Old Style Bathroom
Bathroom needs updating. For what we paid, there should have been a walk in shower and not a shower/ tub combo. The floor wasn’t very clean.

Rate increase and Zero protein breakfast.
This property would be a solid 4 stars if it weren't for 2 things: 1. After Christmas, we wanted to stay 1 extra night. The front desk would not honor our existing rate. Instead, quoted a higher price. However, they did suggest going online to Expedia.com to book at a better rate. WHAT? We switched hotels, which was highly inconvenient. 2 Continental Breakfast was $9.00/per person for all-carb, zero protein choices.

When I checked in the acted as if I was bothering him. No greeting, just a terse "Do you have a room here?" All of the other staff was wonderful. Also, I specifically booked the hotel for the pool, and the pool was closed. I wish I would have known that before booking.

Love the stay here
The hotel was a staging point for my daughter’s wedding and bridal party. Rooms were clean and offered top notch toiletries. Mirrors clean and full to allow complete view of clothing. Reception area roomy allowing for family to gather. Breakfast offerings were wonderful and well stocked and drink service friendly and prompt.

Hilton Garden Inn
We had a very nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was very clean in the room. There was a scent in our room that was unfavorable to me. I have extreme allergies and am very sensitive to any scents. I wish all hotels understood this and used scent-free detergents for bedsheets and towels, etc. Couldn't quite pinpoint where smell was coming from. Overall, a nice experience. Super convenient location as we flew into Deer Valley Airport and rented a car from Enterprise, both just up the road.

I had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped me with all my needs and questions! There was a gentleman at the front desk I would especially like to thank for he was EXCEPTIONAL and made my stay perfect! I am excited for the next chance to return to this hotel specially for him and his accommodations.

Nice quiet place
Our A/C crapped out so we needed a hotel stay ASAP. This is a nice quiet convenient spot. Very clean and convenient. The shower pressure could be better but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend! Beds are SUPER comfy.

The property is convenient to the places we visit when going to Phoenix. Very quiet and clean, however both times we have stayed there the Restuarant was closed. We had to go elsewhere to eat dinner and breakfast which we really didn't want to do.

A definite stay!
Checked in after a long day of travel. Front desk petson was really nice. Rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows were like heaven to sleep on! Definitely book this place.

Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Everything I wanted/needed. Great variety of shops/restaurants nearby too. If I had to nit-pick, the beds are a little firm for my liking but everyone has different opinions on soft/firm beds. Not a big deal for the few days a month that I have been staying here.

My family and I stayed there made the reservation last minute but when we arrived the staff was the upmost friendly and helpful. I always have trouble with Wi-Fi at hotels but I was able to work without issues using the Wi-Fi here.

Cold shower water to start. Then two nights of solid noise from room above us. Obviously unchaperoned kids. Manager was successful in quetting them down once (at 1:00 am) but they were back at it by 7:30 am). Repeat on night 2. Then elevator wasn’t working….down three flights with luggage in tow. Just snake bit I suppose this trip, but never an apology for the fails. Will look for another option next time.

The all of the staff members were professional and very pleasant.
The evening dining was not great. The food was bland and not very tasty. I ordered a steak and it was terrible so much so that I couldn't eat it. The soup was cold and tasteless. We left and went to IHOP.

Hotel staff was AMAZING! We were going to have to be checking in at 12am (way after check in time). I called the hotel and I believe Lando was his name stated that would be perfectly fine. Finally made it to the hotel & he greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm! Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Called front desk in the morning to confirm check out time and i'm sad I didn't get her name but she was super sweet and friendly as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

2 day stay
We stayed 2nights. On day 2 we were off to Flagstaff and came back later that evening and we were tired. We came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned. Called front desk and was told that we had to request having it cleaned. We weren’t told when we checked in. Will not stay again.

Great stay while traveling
We had a great stay! We got in late after a long day of traveling. Loved that the pool was open until 11pm and we could enjoy a little bit in the pool! Room was so comfy and had what we needed!

I stayed for three nights. I asked for clean towels, washcloths, TP, trash picked up and tidy up the bed. I came back to room none of it was done so I end up doing it myself. Then staff left a trash bag of towels, TP and washcloths on the floor. The next day I asked for same service and again nothing was done. For $150 a night i got crappy service. Not staying there again.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Your front desk guy Sal was absolutely AMAZING!! He was Superb at his job! So friendly and helpful. Readily available when we were in a jam needing a ride to a wedding for 6. He took us immediately. He brought us extra blankets and pillows. He needs a promotion!! I would come back just to see Sals smiling face.

Our trip was a quick visit with family. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio by the fire. It was very pleasant. Desk clerk doubled as bartender and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was a disappointment. There was a hair in the tub, front desk clerk on check in wasn’t very helpful and had an attitude. They treat you different if you use a third party. I walked past the front desk 4 times and each time their was a issue they were blaming on someone else. The add said free breakfast, I must have missed the fine print. This place was convenient for my one night stay but next time I will

Great service, beds, and surprisingly lovely pool
Sal & Celeste were so friendly & helpful from check-in on. Celeste was especially gracious with our late check out & allowing us to enjoy the pool, because our schedule was uncertain (one of our kids was participating in a nearby tournament), and it was an enormous help in still providing a good time for my other two children while we waited. Our suite #205 was fantastic--clean, with very comfortable beds, couch, & sofa bed. The pool was super clean & not crowded, & we loved the little cabana to get some shade in the middle of the day. The complimentary water upon check-in is always appreciated when you arrive in the desert after a long car ride! We also loved the nearby restaurants, especially Lychee Kitchen, which had sushi & delicious poke. And we went to Bosa Donuts four times in two days--for the breakfast sandwiches, the lunch sandwiches, the boba tea, and yes, the donuts! Parking was easy (and there was great shade near the building). Location was perfect for going to both the Arizona Cup at the Dept. of Game and Fish, and for heading to Scottsdale for a family dinner. We would definitely come back again! Our only suggestion for improvement is that the pool towels were thin and half-sized, with a blue stripe; we joked they were like bar towels. I suggest putting nice pool towels with matching orange stripes in the guest rooms, so you can keep track of them, because the pool felt really upscale otherwise! Love the all-weather chaises!
