When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk spite waiting 5 minutes just being courteous I waited over 10 minutes not once but twice and that was just for checking in.. the first room that was given to me was an accessible room with small bugs hiding in the crevices of the shower, lastly the next room I was assigned it was fairly decent until I went to sleep woke up and saw a daddy long leg( centipede) sleeping right there on the wall just enjoying its stay right along with me and I always bring my own personal cleaning supplies at every hotel I ever stay at and none where like this… overall cleaning wasn’t good and neither was the front desk service your welcome!

The front desk clerk that works the evening /night front "customer service" desk has a horrible attitude. When asked for utensils, she questioned "staff didn't put any in your room?" I've stayed for a couple days now and all the other desk services have been a breeze. Not sure what her name is,she never has a name tag on. My first encounter with this lady was the first visit checking in. She made me wait for 20 mins (before saying she'd be there in 10)after calling emergency number when no one is at front desk. She came to counter and just stares me down with no greeting or remorse of the wait. She needs to be informed on what concierge is when working in customer service.

Upon arrival front desk clerk wasn't there. I worked a double shift so I was tired and ready to relax. Called on phone provided when staff isn't available. Staff with an attitude said I'll be there in 10 min. Went to my car waited 20 min. Called service phone

Absolutely amazing
The staff members were not only pleasant but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. Their exceptional service made a significant difference in my overall experience.
I was delighted to find that my room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. It contributed to a stress-free and happy time for my boys and me during our stay.
I am genuinely grateful for the excellent staff and the facilities provided. Thanks to them, my stay was nothing short of perfect. It is without a doubt that I will choose Extended Stay America again for my future visits.

Everything and everyone was nice and helpful except for the lady at night / afternoon always complained and never wanted to get out of her seat to get anything I asked made it seem like I was bothering her. Also I believe the general manager is the same as the other one in bridgeton and I made a mistake one day extended online accidentally chose the wrong extended stay and they banned me from the hotel lol. In all honesty I wouldn’t stay here again or try the other one in bridgeton they’re unprofessional only reason I stayed there for 2 weeks is because they had a kitchen.

Desk attendant was very pleasant and friendly. I asked for a wake up call and was told that the phone system hadn't been fixed since the power had gone out a while ago so it would call me at the wrong time.

Miserable Stay😒
Where do I start. The refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The cabinet door under the sink was barely hanging on by the hinge. The I smooshed a cockroach!!! And door handle was malfunctioning. This was room 303. I took my concerns tho the front desk and was taken to another room.
Room 208 was cleaner but the window leaked in a rainstorm and mold is forming in the tract. 🙄
The only good thing was the desk staff was very pleasant.

This was a horrible place. Mold so strong i cant even begin to tell you. Stains and visible grease and dirt on EVERY surface. Black mold in the corners or the shower and on the showe curtains. Dirt and food left in microwave and o. Kitchenette stove. Tv was broken, not that I cared but my kid definitely did. The overall front desk was absent, had to call because they were nowhere to be found. Elevator is nasty, our door handle was broken. Everything bad you can think, this place had it. This wasn't a leisure trip, so I stayed for the night, but I definitely WOULD NOT do that again.by any means. I was tired, my family was tired. I say if your passing through, avoid this place, if you stay, good luck. I wont beback!
Also wanted to add I believe I saw a drug deal on one of the floors. To me with a small child, as wellmy family in general, thats unsafe. So again, i wouldn't stay at this location again.

Dont stay here!!
This place was gross, hair everywhere, sheets were dirty. Walls were dirty, bathroom tub dirty. When we got there the guy working the counter was watching tv or something in one of the rooms. The room was humid somehow. The floors were aleays damp. Overall just horrible!!!

Booked a prepaid non refundable reservation FOR JULY 26 2023 and Received a booking number and confirmation number.
Upon Arrival at midnight
The front desk attendant said they were fully booked
I mentioned I had a prepaid confirmed reservation
and to look in his computer. HE REPLIED HE DIDNT NEED TO AND TO LEAVE HIS PROPERTY BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE ANY ROOMS!!!

The place is near a few places to shop and eat, breakfast was limited to coffee and doughnuts or sone tea, cleanliness was limited to the day you check in, no daily housekeeping so be aware and the staff was friendly.

Last minute trip to St Louis
When we were checking in it took awhile because the girl (not her fault) couldn’t find a room for us so she called the manager then said said she was going to talk to the manager so she got in the elevator…. Ok, I thought that was strange, like they couldn’t come down? She came back down after a bit and gave us our room keys. When we got to our room we noticed only 2 wash clothes, we did ask for 2 more the next morning and she said they didn’t have any more. (We had 4 people.) So the girls used hand towels as was clothes. Also she mentioned breakfast, we were surprised to find only coffee and packaged muffins or granola bars. (We went to Cracker Barrel.) Also the room was Ok but it needed a good cleaning. It had a kitchenette but looked like it hasn’t been really cleaned in awhile. Beds were a little hard. The best thing was the air conditioning was cold! My hubby’s favorite thing. We did book the night before for a last minute trip to a concert and it was Ok for the price because I didn’t want to spend a lot. It was in a nice area.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my kids and mom for a staycation. All staff was friendly as well as the other guests encountered. Never felt unsafe and everything was clean and in working order.

Overall it was ok. I didn’t like that they don’t have housekeeping and in order to get new towels you had to bring down the used ones and like exchange them. I should’ve looked better at the details versus the prices. As I thought they had a pool but they didn’t. Also, the one sight vending machine didn’t work and look like it hasn’t for some time.

Stayed overnight before a flight. Hotel was very convenient, staff was friendly, room was clean and beds very comfortable. However was expecting hot breakfast and was informed at check-in that it would be grab and go only. No explanation. Next morning there was coffee and a couple granola bars available. No fruit, no pastries no juice or milk. Very disappointing…

The room and halls smelt bad. I stayed for 4 days and I burnt a candle every day and the room still smelt bad. I don’t think the floors are mopped every time the room is not occupied.

I didn’t appreciate the hotel was available online but wasn’t available at the hotel. I don’t like the front desk staff attitude. He had a terrible unapologetic attitude towards me with my 2 year old and 3 year old on my hips.

You Get What You Pay For
The location wasn’t the best for convenience. The service was amazing, but the cleanliness could be a lot better. I spent 2 nights there and could barely bare the smell of the room. After a while, it got into my clothes as well.
If you’re just looking for a cheap place to stay while you’re visiting and you won’t be in the room unless you’re sleeping, then sure it works. Otherwise, pay the 30-40 more for other places and say yourself the inconvenience of location and smell.

Great service on check-in, even though it was after midnight. We called ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving after midnight because of flight delays, to enure the reservation was not canceled, and/or that our room would not be given to another. The gentleman on the phone assured us that it would be just fine, and he would be the one checking us in. Made us feel at ease during an already stressful, long, and hectic travel time. Check in was a breeze and we are so thankful. Great after-hours service that did not go unnoticed - highly recommend. We will stay here again!

The room carpet was dirty and stained. The elevator was filthy, and the room linen was very dated and didn't appear as if things were completely clean just giving a dirty feel. I sprayed the room and covers down with Lysol. The room remote was dirty as well with dated appliances. Will not stay again

Where do I start… First night when I arrived, there is this strong scent in my room that’s like someone just burned some incense. I spent a while to locate the source, and the smell comes from some sticky liquid on the back of the door. I addition, I was not able to lock the door no matter how hard I push, and the smell is too strong for me to fall asleep, so I went downstairs to ask for a room change. The staff told me that they are at full capacity for the night and will call me tomorrow to get another room for me.
THAT CALL NEVER ARRIVED.
The second night, at 2AM, I woke up due to some itches on my thigh, and saw a spider was climbing up on there. I understand that in summer spiders are inevitable, but this just makes the overall experience worse. Oh did I mention that the curtain stick in the room has some nails not fixed in the wall and jiggles every time I tried to move the curtain?
Just don’t come and stay at this hotel.. please.

Overall stay was average. Room was stale in air. At night the check in lady was very rude and un polite. Did not say anything about room supplies. DId not have any cups or glasses-had to get all cooking supplies and utensils from the front the next day. Keshia the assistant manager was very polite and did help with making stay much more tolerable. I prepaid for the weekend. No business center and no breakfast as advertised. Grab and go was only a muffin.

Staff was personable and courteous; our refrigerator was not working in our room and we were immediately moved to a room with a working refrigerator. Everyone was approachable and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bed very comfortable, stains on pillow/pillowcase. Garbage left on bathroom floor and in can..partial roll of toilet paper-none on reserve (thank goodness I carry my own) tub and sink dirty and clogged (maybe if they cleaned it they would know), my husband had to go to front desk to get a plunger and fix them both...refrigerator had sticky residue inside. One washcloth. Did not expect top notch breakfast, but, some fruit and juice would have been nice to go along with the Muffins and granola bars.

I smelt in the place, there was a lot of people walking around blaring music. We walked up to our room and pushed the door open. Had to really pull it closed three or four times before we actually got it to latch, and it still opened. back up without use of key card. It was very musky in there. We turned around and left right then. The staff was friendly and understood, and refunded us the amount we paid.

It seems people live in this hotel it’s more like apartments not really a hotel. Interior very outdated and run down. Exterior was nice. Feel like $124 for one night here was high. More like a $60-$70 hotel.

My stay was short .. the main reason I choose Extended Stay is the shuttle to and from the airport. Also the kitchenette. I slept well. The room across from mines their was a lot of arguing.. management did knock at the door a few times to quiet them down besides that the stay was what I needed.

I chose this hotel because they have free transportation to/from the airport, and the rooms each have their own heater/AC that draws air from the outside (for COVID risk reduction), and the price was reasonable. The shuttle driver was delightful, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Since I'm sure they have lost a lot of business over the past two years because of COVID, I will give the management the benefit of the doubt as that being the reason that they seemingly have not been reinvesting in maintaining the fixtures in the room. It definitely could use some updating and replacing worn and damaged items. But everything was functional enough that I had no problem getting a decent night's sleep. Oddly, the shower never seemed to get hot - it was merely a luke warm shower. Again, good enough. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

The most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on. This location is very close to the airport, yet quiet. Clean. The staff were very friendly and they have a shuttle to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

During my check-in, the front desk clerk at the hotel asked me if I had any pets on my business trip. I responded negatively. Fast forward to the middle of the night. I was awakened by a dog barking in Room 257, the next door to mine at 2:15 am. I called the front desk to complain, but no answer. I then ventured downstairs to the front desk, but no one available. The hotel lobby looked closed for the night. Good thing that I was not locked out of my room...It would have been tough luck sleeping on the hall carpet of the second floor. Pathetic response by staff!
