We came up to visit my eldest son whom attends DePaul. We also wanted to meet him for dinner and shop along the Mag Mile. So close to it all! Staff is wonderful. Parking super easy. Easy to get an Uber X in seconds! My littles love staying here solely for the tv in the mirror they brush their teeth for soooooo long! Always a phenomenal stay!

Clean one day the rest forgotten about
Day one the room was clean and room was even turned down at roughly 7/8pm. The next day I schedule the room to be cleaned it was not only not cleaned but at 1130pm the front desk manager said she would have it cleaned. There was no staff to do so which they could have just told me but I took a walk around the river for 30 minutes. Now at midnight I get back to the room and still not cleaned. Turn down service day one then just no cleaning after that.

Nice room, did not like the shower.
We were happy with the room, except for how the shower was set up. The shower head is aimed directly at you when you turn on the water, so it sprays cold water on you.

Lightbulbs were out in our deluxe suite, light switches have terrible delay. Elevator buttons need replacement for spa floor. A lot of minor things that add up to show a general building maintenance issue.

Nice hotel. They took away my 2 queen beds and gave me a king. Claimed this was a upgrade. IT WASN’T!!!!! $700 to sleep on a wafer thin sofa.

The view was incredible. The staff was top notch, I wasn't very impressed by the concierge who seemed to just google local steak houses to "help us" with a reservation. Not sure if that's standard for them, or if he was just swamped with the marathon

This was my first stay at the TRUMP Hotel-Chicago. After I mentioned that this was my first time stay at a TRUMP Hotel, Dominique (Frontdesk Host) demonstrated gracious and sincere effort to ensure my stay was memoriable and comfortable. Her attention to the details while explaining and showing me the hotel's amenties and the special features of my Spa Floor room was thoughtful. Might I add, the views are breathtaking. Thank you to the TRUMP Hotel staff, with commendable regard to Dominique. I look forward to my next visit.

I loved everything about the stay & the property itself with the exception of one thing- the shower! Didn’t care for the setup and controls were inside the wet area. No way to turn on water without getting in and then woke myself up with a spray of ice cold water!! Maybe there was a trick I wasn’t aware of, but that was my experience!

Nice hotel with awesome staff
The valet staff and the bell hop were so nice, helpful, accommodating and courteous.
The front desk people on the other side need to smile more. It comes across as someone who is not approachable.

I expected more. The bartenders were extremely slow counting their tips. Room service did not com. Bell service was excellent, especially Frenchie.
Waitresses were excellent. All in all, very pleasant stay but for a Trump property, I would rate it average.

Our room was the best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the hotel, a true 5 star experience. Thanks to Harrison in particular, he made our stay really personal and gave us some great recommendations. One of the recommendations was going for a drink on the 16th floor of the hotel for the views, and it didn’t disappoint. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Initial checkin went smoothly. However, it took at least 30 minutes and several phone calls to have our bags delivered. When bags arrived, one bag was missing. It took another 30 minutes and a trip down to the bell desk to have that bag delivered to my room.

A night at the Tump Tower
The hotel and the customer service was excellent, but there was a few things that did turned my mood off my mugs in the room were not clean, and the bed sheets had hair on it, the most important thing I look at in my room is that it being clean. But other than that everything else was nice the restaurant had great food, the view was breathtaking!
