The staff is very arrogant, they run cards
Even if it says book now pay later, cancelled my room once because this, and said it’s my fault, I will not recommending this hotel for anyone to stay . Families wanted to use the pool but it was “too cold” at 28celcius so they said the pool is closed. Not enough food for breakfast they actually ran out on stuff

Our room spacious and clean! Breakfast was very good! The pool was closed,was not happy! The internet sucks in the rooms,had to go to join others in the lobby area if you want internet! I wouls look for a different hotel next time in Miami!

Stayed in the lobby for about 4 hours due to early disembarkation from our cruise. The uncleanliness in the lobby alone made me second guess why I even booked the reservation. There was a lady cleaning the area but she didn’t really “clean” anything. I could see fingernail clippings by the end of the couch on the carpet. There was wet stains on top of the tables and coffee areas where people had been sitting that looked like they haven’t even been properly wiped down in a long time. Finally get our room and was disgusted still. Smells like animals in the hallways, our air unit made an ungodly whine all night long. Barely any hot water for showers. The men’s toilet handle to flush in the bathroom behind the front desk was broken. The mattresses didn’t even have mattress covers…you would think a hotel would have them just to help with bed bug issues. Just not worth the money in my opinion. Save your money and book elsewhere.

We were there for a surgical procedure. We were told the room service has to be requested so we requested it upon arrival for all the days we were staying. The first day we have to requested it again and the person doing the rooms was reluctant to do it. 2nd and 3rd day the same. She really doesn’t want to work since I overheard her saying she is tired so please quit your job but dont make the customers go trough this lack of service
The manager changed our rooms the second day because wifi never worked. They made me call a company who maintains the wifi service like I was a homeowner checking on my service. Finally on the new room there was wifi.. but the ac was not working lol. We didn’t complained about that because we realized that the hotel is a disaster. We had only one more night. Also on the first room as a note the ac made a lot of noise and the tv is installed perpendicular to the bed making it very uncomfortable to watch. Entire hotel needs an overhaul!

well the pros is that the room is spacy and the stuff and the manager were polite
the cons is that the room was very dirty with hair every where and lots of stains on the bed cover
there was a cockroach in the room
the airport planes noise was unbearable since the hotel is very close to the airport with poor isolation
also the AC was very loud

The manager Erika was very rude as i found a room full of dirt and dust under the bed.
She did not care and said we should not move the beds ? and it is just under the beds as if the floor is no part of the room.
What a very bad experience… First and last time with Wyndham group if their management is that way.

The rooms are large but some are renovated and some are not. We traveled with other family members, they lucked out and got a more updated room with viny flooring while we ended up with a room with dirty old carpet. Not what we expected from the photos shown on Expedia. The beds have a very soft mattress. Bathroom floor tiles are cracked and need replacing.
Noisy air conditioner and lots of noise from private function room on ground floor loud music and thumping noise till gone midnight.
Mediocre breakfast consisting of boiled egg unedible sausages, waffles, bagels , toast and cereals. orange juice and coffee were the best thing for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were closed without explanation!!! This hotel is under the flight path so you hear planes take off constantly.
Over priced for what we got. No shuttle from or to the hotel. They did offer free shuttle to the cruise port. They charged $1 a bag to store suitcases. I suppose there is a first time for everything as at every hotel Ive ever stayed at its always been complimentary. We would not stay here again if we travel to Miami in the future.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights and requested housekeeping which i never received. Also, the toilet was leaking and I informed the front desk, no one came. Also i checked out over 2 weeks now and still waiting on my deposit after i was told it would be on my account in 3-7 days.

Ice makers not working, no carts available for luggage, other customers leave them in their units, a concrete building you can still hear people banging walls and floors, spanish music ONLY in the lobby and blasting loudly, hardly anyone at the front counter speak English, we are in the USA, its not just spanish speaking people who stay the night in Miami. Hotel is old and not very clean, bad management and ownership, letting the hotel fall apart.

Both elevators broken. so we had to go up and down from fourth floor. I asked one of the room attendants and she said it happens all the time. So imagine if you have bad leg or knew or ankle.

Muy limpio , ya es un hotel viejito aunque está renovado tiene sus malas condiciones, tuvimos la mala experiencia de debido a la tormenta el agua se metido por el techo y el cuarto tenía un olor a humedad moho que para las personas con alergias cómo yo no lo recomiendo, temprano cómo que por algún lado entró un olor muy fuerte de aromatizante para mi no fue muy bueno pero solo fue un día , tenía un crucero y dejamos el carro en el estacionamiento y compramos boletos para que nos llevara un autobús , el staff fue excelente, el desayuno estaba ok no había variedad

Rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, big smart TV’s in room. Fridge, microwave, coffee/tea machine. Great location next to airport. We had a very esrly flight and instead of staying in Miami beach where we were, we stayed a full day and night so we could make our 7am flight with a 7minute airport car ride.

This hotel management is horrible! I booked a stay here, cancelled it, and then when I got to Miami to the other hotel I booked instead, this reservation was still on my itinerary. They rarely answer their phone at the desk, even the agent I was working with through hotels.com couldn’t reach them. My reservation was for November 24th, and I FINALLY got through to them today, 12/14/23. They charged me and would not provide a waiver even though I never stepped foot in their lobby.

It's a hard NEVER AGAIN for me
Front desk communication was horrible. Even though I called in advance to see how much my card would be charged, I was given misinformation. They wanted to charge my card TWICE (the initial charge was already drafted from my account) for a 1-night stay. When I asked why they needed to charge me $175 2x for 1 night, their answer made no sense. Fortunately the manager orver-rode the charge. The elevator had froot loops on the ground, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt and the front desk asked me why. The entire experience was tacky and unprofessional

Location and hotel appearance was good staff was nice and breakfast was good. Our room was big but unfortunately our bathroom smelled terrible (like mold) and bed was not so comfy. The room it self did not smell and the AC worked great but we did have to maintain the restroom closed at all times to avoid that terrible smell.

I stayed at the inn with my family for 6 days. The first 2 days went fine. The AC in our room was very noisy. Whenever it reached the desired temperature it turned itself on and off about 10-15 times. This often woke us up.
After two days we ordered housekeeping because we ran out of body wash. Not only did the room not get cleaned but we remained without body wash until the end of our stay. We kept asking the front desk, and they assured that they’d send someone over, but no one showed.
The WiFi was an issue since the beginning. Sometimes your phone would connect flawlessly, other times the phone would just not connect at all even if my life depended on it. Something as basic as WiFi should work flawlessly for any stay.
The last three days, there was an issue with the tv. All channels gave the “no signal” warning. So we were left with no entertainment while staying inside.
We were instructed to park behind the property. This worked well for us for the first three days. After the fourth, there were maintenance activities planned. So they blocked off the rear of the property. The problem was that if we wanted to leave, we couldn’t remove the barriers. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting and asking for help, someone removed the barriers.
The niceties were definitely a plus: the pool, spa, free breakfast. All good things, but cannot makeup for the poor service.
