Very clean highly recommended. Don’t book through Expedia. Expedia was 487.00 for 2 nights. Hotel charges less. I paid 87.00 extra through Expedia next time I will go through the hotel.

Moldy coffee maker
Both shower and sink wouldn’t drain, maintenance fixed these after the first night. Coffee maker had mold in the water part. I asked to have this fixed but was not done .

The only complaint I have is the rooms could be cleaner. We had to switch rooms because there was a questionable substance on the couch. The room we switched to could have be vacuumed better and the rugs need to be shampooed every once in a while because my granddaughter who is one and walking her feet were literally black just from walking around in the room.

Overall a really great experience and had zero complaints or issues except we stayed over new years weekend and they refused late check out to all guests which was rather ridiculous considering most people, us included, were out late to celebrate the holiday.

Nice hotel, but unpleasant front desk staff
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very good.

Filthy sheets and blankets. dirty with other peoples hairs on them black curly hairs, straight hairs disgusting. Housekeeping is doing a terrible job the shampoo caddy was empty. There is no body wash in the bathroom. Just a bar soap. Towels need a separate towel rack onto the wall or below the sink storage because they folded and stacked a bunch of towels onto the sink in a pile taking up valuable counter space. The TV remote guide for cable didn’t work. Front desk receptionist was not at the desk when i checked in. She wasn’t too friendly either once arrived. Breakfast was good. Free parking good. WiFi works. Room has USB ports to charge your iPhone and plenty of outlets. The alarm clock time didn’t work had the wrong time on it try to change it but still didn’t work. 🙄

The only thing I might say is the smell of the elevator. I've stayed there twice and the oil or whatever the smell is, is not pleasant.. Other than that, I would stay there again

The rooms are nice and a great size. I just wished they had the Ac on for the main level (lobby area) and elevators. It was way to hot not to have it on. Also had to get my key card to my room reset a couple time for some reason.

Everything about the hotel was great. Except the people in the room next door had a dog that was left in there and barked nonstop for 4 hours. I called the desk and complained and was told they would call into the room. But obviously the people who were in the room weren’t currently in the room. It was extremely difficult to relax and find comfort.

The only thing hotels need to change is the sink stoppers. They have them screwed in too tight that bathroom sinks always clog. Who wants to brush their teeth or wash their face in a backed up sink?All because the stoppers are too tight. Change that. Be the change.

Traveling Thru Goodyear from Texas to California
The check-in host was not very friendly. The room was fine. The bathroom floor tiles in front of the sink were cracked, which made standing at the sink a little uncomfortable because the tiles wobbled. Room was clean. A/C was plentiful. Location was great. It felt like a safe area.

The property is very nice, clean, easy parking, nice rooms, comfy beds, free breakfast and good location. Have stayed here a few times while in town to visit family. This time we had an issue and it was quite frustrating. A man in the room next to ours starting singing (at the top of his lungs) at about 11:45pm
till1:30am. I called the desk twice and went down there after two calls. The night person on duty tried to call the the mans roombut he would not answer. She also knocked (banged) on his door but he just sang louder and wouldn't answer. She said there was nothing more she could do. It was quite frustrating as my husband had to be up at 6am. This guy was virtually screaming/singing so kept us awake for two hours. I also spoke to two other front desk people the next day and was told no managers on duty and I would have to call on Monday to speak to one. All we got was an apology from the desk clerks which meant nothing. I feel they should have refunded that night's room charge especially since we had paid almost $200 a night for 3 nights. Not sure if we would stay here again although it is a nice hotel.

I called early afternoon to see if we could check in early. The woman at the desk put me on hold while she checked. After a few minutes someone from housekeeping picked up and didn't quite understand what I wanted so I told her I'd call back and hung up. I called back about 1/2 hr later and repeated who I was and what I wanted. She snapped at me that if I show up there would be a room available. When we arrived, the woman at the desk barely looked up from her computer and didn't greet us, didn't say a word. I told her I had a reservation and that I had called earlier. She said less than 5 words during our check in. I don't know if it was just me she was rude to or if that's her personality.

I'll preface my comments with his: The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Now the downside. My grandson (10) slept on the sofa rather than the bed and came away with several bites on the legs and torso. They appeared to be bed bug bites. The reception for the T.V. was intermittent on Saturday morning so we missed the news.

We started off our 4 night stay in a room that seemed fine, only to discover in the morning there was NO hot water in the shower. Very weird because the bathroom sink had plenty of hot water. And much to our dismay, the elevator was not working the same morning. However the manager, Sylvia, was able to move us to another room which had plenty of hot water. The elevator was fixed within two hours and the remainder of our stay was comfortable. Also, we never asked his name, but the man working the breakfast service was really great! Very attentive and constantly working to keep the stations clean.

I would certainly recommend your hotel, very nice and clean . I had trouble getting the internet, the morning desk service wouldn’t help other than to repeat the code. I spoke to the young man who checked me in the night before he was so helpful and got me on. His name was Eric . Unfortunately the internet is not very good.there , I don’t know if it’s that way all the time but that was the only thing I can complain about.

I booked the location with the two queen beds and a pull out couch. The beds were definitely not queen beds. They were doubles. In addition it was 75 in the room when we arrived and I attempted to adjust the thermostat to 70 and it would not work. It was late and we went to bed with out calling front desk. When we woke up in the morning it was 78 in there. In the morning I attended to make coffee and the coffee maker had an old coffee stuck in the machine and the packet of creamer was very old and just clumped on the top of the coffee. Having said all that. The room was clean. The staff was great and most likely would have addressed my concerns if I had asked but it was a late check in and early check out due to my travel.

Good location...needs some improvement
This location is excellent with lots of food options within walking distance and the room was very spacious. The deadbolt on the door did not work so maintenance had to come up immediately to fix it. The TV did not have updated programming which was disappointing because we were there for 3 days. The hot breakfast was very mediocre and ran out of items, but they had yogurt and fruit. The coffee is available all the time which was great.The second day, the one elevator in the entire building broke and we were on the 3rd floor. It took awhile for the repair. It is not quiet...there were groups of kids running up and down the hallways all evening and the pool was filled to the brim with kids. Great option if you have kids.

Room was clean and quiet. Check in was easy and the iced lemon water available was a nice touch. Breakfast was straight bad with barely edible eggs and sausage. The waffles are the safe choice. Our only compliant was that the tub did not drain well at all. We were on the third floor so it must have been a plugged drain. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they actually had change at the front desk. Good area for dining with man choices close by. We would stay again.

I booked this on behalf of my mom. She said the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, overall experience was a good one. We did book via a 3rd party site, when she asked for a receipt at check out, she was told she would get the receipt from the website, and they didn’t go give her anything. Would book here again if it was needed.

Th property was convenient to local amenities and the staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and clean and this property offered "To Go" bags containing water and a nice snack package.
Unfortunately, this property was understaffed requiring patrons to go to front desk for towels and the complimentary breakfast was very bland.

Paid more than you displayed on your site got in the room and the bathroom wasn’t clean old towels shampoo soap used and products left on counter..looks like someone splits something and used a cloth so was smeared. Told front desk they said they’d send someone to clean it no one showed up

There was garbage all around the property. When I checked in at 3pm there was an empty case of beer cans in the parking lot, when I left the next morning they were still there. Also lots of cans laying around the outside areas.
