There were mosquitoes in the room, water in the bathtub takes forever to get drained.
Every other person I saw at the reception were having an arguments over the payment issues.
There is a $15 extra charges for early check-in.
Place was okay but didn't feel very safe.

I could not stay over night because it is so dirty, unsafety, no healthy. I paid but I had to left about 10:00 PM on Friday 5/26/23 (I booked stay one night from 5/26/23 to 5/27/23) and booked Double Tree Hilton to stay one night. I lost $93.00 dollars. My daughter so sad.

Hotel was clean and management was helpful. This is not a good area of town but we just needed a place to rest before traveling on. Not many toiletries available in room or coffee pot but we managed anyway.

Sorry wrong roomâŚ
Last minute check in. So I was relieved to find a place to stay. Late night check in, clerk was courteous and helpful. However the first room I was assigned had someone already in it. So to say the least that was awkward, not to mention dangerous. I canât imagine the feeling of being asleep in your hotel room. Have someone open the door to your room in the middle of the night. After profusely apologizing to the people in the room I went back to the desk and got a different room key assigned. The rest of the stay was ok. Middle of the road for most features as you would expect.

I understand how busy things can get but I was not happy with the room and would like management to help the housekeeping department be the best they can be. Thereâs no way the microwave should have been dry rotted, the kitchenette didnât work, sink drained so slow, stains on the bedding and hair in the refrigerator. If the housekeeping department is so overwhelmed to the point theyâre dismissing hair and rust; management needs to do better and maybe give them a raise!

Run down motel along the highway. We felt unsafe and worried for our safety both inside our room and most definitely out in parking lot. Bedding had stains, hairdryer did not work. Positives were friendly front desk staff, bathroom had been updated and dogs stay free; has small fenced area for them to do their business.

Sleepless waist of money
I booked a room with a King bed, and they gave me a double full. The room smelt like weed, was hot, the sheets were dirty, the walls werenât even finished being painted. The blackout drapes had holes in them so we had light shinning in from the hall all night long. Sleepless waist of money.

Its a nice hotel close to alot of things and good price. We are moving this way and this place was close to my husband work and locations of where we are looking to live at. Stores are very close too. Walmart here is close ,,, hope they will put something else there ,,, alittle sad to see a big empty store there. Be a good location close to hotels and apartments ... . Red Roof folks was very helpful getting us right in to our room.

The worst thing u can find in ur hotel room is cockroaches or big water bugs same thing still a big cockroach bad service that means they donât take care of any maintenance on their building wonât stay there anymore

We stayed over the 4 of July weekend and left monday. The rooms are nice with a lot of features like the microwave lil fridge hair dryer and iron and ironing board. For the price they ask for along with a $40 deposit itâs worth the money compared to other motel that charge that much just for a bed with nothing else inside the room, but the only situation we had was the day after 4th of July is the housekeeper never came to clean room 149 I let micky or Nicky at the front desk know and she said that they were working there way to getting to our room to clean it and when we came back to our room it wasnât cleaned, we called the front desk and ask them to send the housekeeper and they let us know that they would be coming to clean tomorrow since the housekeeper left for the day! So now we have piled up trash and dirty towels... the service sucks.

Not Worth It
The front office clerk was clueless so check-in took forever! At one point he told me Expedia could only confirm that I had reserved one room rather than the 2 that my confirmation email clearly said I had. The beds were VERY hard and there was alot of construction in the parking lot that woke us up VERY early. The rate was cheap, but still not worth it!

Black mold around light switch, old soap in drian of tub, roach in tub, blood on bedspread, cigarette burns in bedspread, door broken, as if kicked in, girl in room above us was beaten by a man from midnight to 4am, called for help, but no one came to check on her...refrigerator was all beat to hell, walls and doors were filthy, worst experience EVER! NEVER GOING BACK!

I had to cancel my reservation shortly after I checked in. I notified the hotel as soon as found out and they even told me to call Expedia so I can try to get a refund but then when I called Expedia they told me the hotel has to authorize the cancellation before they will issue my refund and the hotel refused because I had my key for 2 hours. I even paid extra for cancellation insurance so I'm not happy with their staff at all

It is located across the street from a Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart closes at midnight though! There was not adequate parking so I was unable to park in front of my room. (Wrong room too! Not what I reserved/paid ahead for). Domestic violent incident happened outside 3 doors down. Heard abuse but did not witness. Saw the lady sobbing & shaking. In fear for my safety as well as victims I didnt offer her help đ Ice machine not working. Told front desk girl and went to wait for help. Nope! Nobody there to fix it.

I had to pay a $40.00 pet deposit for each of the two rooms I booked although I only had one pet. I also had cockroaches in the room I stayed in. Also the location did not feel very safe. The best thing about the hotel is it is next to a Dennyâs and Walmart. The Dennyâs had the best customer service and food that we have ever experienced at that chain.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was pleasant. What impressed me was the modern decoration, fixture in the bath area update, and very clean, King bed a mazingly comfortable and well dressed for sleep.Overall, I had wonderful and comfortable rest.

Horrible customer service. Cigarette burns in linens, blood on pillows, feces in toilet, prostitutes soliciting on the property, roaches outside the room. Did not even stay 30 minutes in the room and was refused a refund.

I had paid my 2 night stay in full but the front desk charged me $40 extra. This place literally stinks everywhere. I was in a hurry at the time of check out and the front desk lady was busy on a personal phone call and made me wait 10 minutes.

Non-smoking rooms cost extra. The room had bare wires. Poorly patched holes. The tub was installed wrong so someone of average height would bump the ceiling while taking a shower.

Just an older building, you could hear anything and everything the guests in the next room were doing and saying. There were a lot of guys hanging out outside their rooms just talking pretty late at night. And our room smelled like someone had either just smoked weed in it, or was smoking weed in a neighboring room. Will work in a pinch. But wouldnât necessarily stay here again. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Strong bad odor in room and rude staff
I donât write reviews that much. I have travelled all across the world and within the United States. This is by far the worst hotel me and my family have been to.
As soon as we checked in at 11 PM in the night, we noticed a strong bad pungent smell in their room. We asked for a room change. A lady from the security came and said as you have sat on the bed we cannot change your room. She was so rude to me and my old parents. She was not listening to us. When we asked to cancel the room she did not pay heed to that as well. Since it was too late we didnât have time to change the hotel and we have to spent the night there.
I will say this was by far the worst night of my life in any hotel.

Well I went though booking.com to book and the only reason why is because we had a really bad storm, lights was out for a whole day so I couldnât stay home. When I got to my room nothing work no a.c at all. The guy was there trying to fix it but somehow the lights went out there to it I would have known that I could have stayed home

Will stay somewhere else next time
Stayed here last mo during a thunderstorm so it was quiet.until the morning when we saw a drug deal go down. Last week, I had 2 diff ppl ask for $ for food. Went to get ice outside & 2 diff hookers asked if I âwanted a dateâ. Another asked if I had âa lightâ & when I said I donât smoke, she approached someone else.we come here to see a dr for a follow up surg.& I have given it a great review in the past but will stay in the best western again with the âinterior roomsâ that is very near by & is only about $10 more per nt & has a very good HOT breakfast included! The red roof has some wrapped muffins & cereal.

Everything was fine, except I wish they would mop the floor with something that didn't leave a film on the floor that makes it feel sticky/dirty. Nice that they have the simulated wood flooring in the room instead of carpet though.

Too much noises rooms smell like old
We decided to get one whit pool we get there pool out of service breakfast only cereal and muffins
And check out was till 11am by 10:10am they open my door whit out knocking saying what time we were leaving bad experience will never go back there

Would return. Great price for area & clean room
Would return-microwave , frig & coffeemaker. Grab & go breakfast is cereal & muffins but Dennyâs 24 hr is in parking lot. Walmart across a side street (can walk) is also 24 hr. Very clean room. Cheaper than most in the area with same amenities

I expected more hotel-quality, instead of motel-quality. However, we needed a room last minute and were lucky to find reasonably priced availability. The staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was passable. Though I personally would not book with Red Roof Inn again simply due to quality, I would rate my overall experience as an acceptable 6/10.

Not our favorite RedRoof.
The crew at this facility seems to just to herd guests out like cattle. First they come in 15 minutes before the posted time for end of breakfast and start taking everything out from under our noses, then they start knocking on our room door 2 hours before checkout! No kidding....every 30 mins, either housekeeping or mgmt knocking on the door while we're trying to get ready! Probably won't stay here again. We're usually very happy with RedRoof, but this one was disappointing.

Stayed here last minute for a family function for 2 nights and should have known was not going to be a great stay when we pulled up to the room and noticed 2 "ladies of the night" hanging over the balcony of the 2nd floor. Looked like there was construction in progress due to the amount of construction materials laying about the property but never saw any work being done. The rooms were fairly clean but had a problem with crickets in the room. The bedspread on one of the beds was stained with what looked like blood.
