I would never stay there anymore the water not draining not in the sink not in the tab they not cleaning the rooms and not giving clean towels I had to fight with them every day for towels and clean room and the didn’t do it. Never! Never! Never again going to this place

The place had mini muffins and beverages as a continental breakfast. Lasted only till 8 am. Many people loitering around. People resided on property. Outdoor trash was over filled everywhere front desk people were not personable

1. there're only 2 lights in the room, 1 went off, the one left is not bright enough to light up the room.
2. the shower handle is missing the handle, which is used to control the water temperature, need to twist it by hand to get hot water.
3. Microwave door is rotten, not safe to use.
Dirty and Old, not worth $166 on a Friday night.

Awful hotel room, dirty, smelled and unappealing!
Room was filthy....smelled of throw up, bathtub was unappealing, bed had bugs that were actually hopping on my phone....sheets felt like there was sand on them. My advice, don't stay here. We left after 2 hours and went to another hotel that was clean and had plenty of towels and washclothes. This Days Inn is a dump!

The rooms need a upgrade, cleaner sheets. The towels were leaving fragments off the towel on your body.. alot of persons live there, microwave doesn't work, ironing board didn't had any covering. When leaving the room for couple hours and you return, it has a smell (moldy).

The first room they gave was someone else's room. The other room had a broken microwave and phone. When I asked to have a new microwave so my kids could heat their food, the front desk told me to use the one in the lobby which defeats the purpose of having one in the room. Dog poop everywhere. Poorly maintained property.

A/C to noise , non-smoking room, smell too bad to smoke, plus pillows smell to marijuana, bathroom was clean with clean towers, shampoo, soup, the necessary , floors where clean.. the breakfast was great joke .. a small freezer with some small yogurt and a spoon

Nice place!
Stayed on our way home from our vacation. We had stayed here on our way to the Florida Keys and had a nice stay so we knew that it was the place we wanted to stay on our way back! Friendly, clean, quiet!

I did a reservation for two non-smoking rooms but they try to give me smoking rooms. I tried to cancel on Hotels.com but the customer service is so worse. After hour finally they gave me non-smoking rooms

The phone was not working. The coffee pot was missing key pieces....for looks only. I was afraid to go to my car at night as there were some shady characters smoking pot on a bench in front of our car. The area was definately hopping with what appeared to be homeless-transient people. The room smelled like a wet dog. The pool area was nice but did not really feel safe to go out. Glad it was one night.

The Wi-Fi was so spotty and terrible I could not even use it, and phone service there is non-existent so good luck working or communicating with anyone. The room was very visibly not cleaned well at all. This hotel is right next to a busy road so there are sirens constantly, and the hotel allows pets so there was lots of barking. The doors to get into the hotel are way ghetto, you have to pull up on them then down to get in, I thought my key didn’t work a couple times but it’s just that the door is so difficult to use. Only one light in my room worked. Then the process to change my reservation and refund a couple nights because I couldn’t stay there past the first night was so complicated that I ended up just paying for my entire reservation and leaving anyway. Very disappointing and will never stay here again.

My room smelled moldy and stink to the point I had to go to Walmart to purchase my own sheets and blankets. All the metal in my room had rust on it from the bathroom to the closet doors etc. I wouldn’t take a free night from them even if it was free. The mold in the bathroom was horrible I cleaned it and bleached it down like it was my own house and the smell still never left the room. I hope the health department sees this post and investigates

The pool was nice, but nothing in the rooms ever dried due to poor ventilation and Florida humidity. The "breakfast" was coffee and yogurt. Mostly acceptable for the price.

It was the cheapest place so we grabbed it. You do get what you pay for. I do feel like the sink and shower should have drained however. It was very loud outside (other patrons). Some sort of nudity outside the rooms. Lots of smokers right outside their doors. But the price was pretty cheap.

When we entered the hotel room, there was an empty sack of drugs, there was dirty underwear on out floor. It was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Very different from the pictures that was in the page.

A MAN WAS SHOT JUST OUTSIDE OUR ROOM.
We checked into room 138 on March 2nd 2023. At 12:15am on March third a man was shot right outside. That should tell you all you need to know.

Horrible - Experience living with the homeless.
Dirty Inside & Outside,
Matresses with Bedbugs and droppings
Rents to plenty of homeless,
Lots of Marijuana Smoking both inside & outside,
Wrong place for a Family oriented day.
Run down hotel.
Will affect your your family mood.
It is an upgrade for people living under the overpass.

A lot of people seemed like they are doing drugs on the property and it smelt like nothing but weed. The phone service is terrible and Wi-Fi goes in and out. There’s bugs in my room and I kept getting bit. Overall I’m not happy at all

This place is so run down. The bed would clunk when just lying, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, if you closed the bathroom door the handle would fall off in your hand when you tried to open it from inside, floors were so dirty by socks turned colors, bugs in the ice bucket, asked for washcloths and were told they didn’t have any, and I’m pretty sure people were living there!

The fence around the property had holes cut into the chain link and junk all around the outside. We have a service dog and there was nowhere to walk her. There were many roaches in the room.

Is it safe?
It didn’t feel like we were staying in a safe place. The thing that swings over the door for extra security was busted off. And another room’s window was broken. We felt uneasy about staying here. The room appeared clean at first glance, but the black smudges on the white door jambs were enough to gross me out. Clean under the chair too by the way. The proximity to some neat places (and cheap rates) are the only thing that would make a person even consider going back and the reason this place can remain open.

The staff is incredible and they do their absolute best with what they have. We had to stay for about a month and needed a budget friendly place. For what they charge most nights, it’s not worth it. The free breakfast thing is not true. Yoy get an email after booking saying they are still following covid guidelines. I am in the industry and they can change the free breakfast advertisement real easy. I feel it’s false advertisement. The owner allows the staff to cut corners instead of doing the right thing like power washing a mattress and letting it dry outside for two weeks instead of replacing it. He doesn’t care if guests are happy or not, let alone the staff be happy. The staff is what kept us there as long we were there. Truly hospitable in every way.

Room was not ready, when finally got room it smelled like a dirty sour mop and our eyes burned from the bleach. The free breakfast was a little fruit cup and granola bat. Only got coffee for one person, asked for more was declined several times. Horrible service, no towels

Our room was at the back amongst long term homeless residents. Some smoking drugs. The front door was very hard to open. The arm chair was dirty and torn. Bare lightbulbs for a bathroom light. We check out immediately and moved on to a better hotel.

It is a good cheap price but there were cockroaches in the hotel room and I had to constantly tell the hotel staff about this issue. Aside from this, everything else was okay. (Shoutout to one of the front staff (Natalie) who was so nice and helpful to us)

Towels were dirty, floor was sticky and washroom was beyond filthy, we has to wash it before use. Housekeeping refused to clean our room on our second day and we had to go in search of fresh towels. Included breakfast was none existent. Fairway Inn and Super 8 near by are 100 times better.

This property was deplorable!!! It shouldn’t even be an option. The building was in an unsafe part of town. It was run down and disgusting. EVERYTHING was old and run down. The staff looked beat up. My tub was clogged and after waiting an hour for maintenance he not only tracked in dirt but I had to clean the tub after. The sheets and towels were old and worn. The drapes were crusty. There was NOTHING I liked about this hotel and quite honestly not worth how much I spent. A FULL REFUND for my experience here would be the least Expedia can do. Also take this disgusting excuse of a hotel off the website EXPEDITIOUSLY!

The Good: The property is conveniently located just off Hwy 1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Landscaping is pleasing and well thought out. Travelling as a family of four (2 kids) we were happy to find this hotel at the last second as a mid-way point from Miami airport to the Florida keys.
The Bad: The property shows heavy wear and tear with scratched and dented doors, patched up walls, tiles that have been clumsily replaced, splattered paint walls and floor, etc. There are also what appear to be long-term residents who congregate in large groups outside of their hotel rooms and engage in all night drinking parties and make noise well into the morning hours. Like other reviews here, we also experienced loud bangs and excessive noise. Our door was banged on twice throughout the night. It was quite a shocking experience and not what we were expecting based on the photos of the property. Our first room was so noisy, with a party going on just outside, that we asked to move. The staff were very helpful and understanding and let us know that if we needed to move again, they would offer us that option. But overall, it's tough to give a good review to a hotel in which we were worried about going outside of our room.

Decent, smallish pool area in a surrounded courtyard. A little older & rundown facility, some office remodeling in progress. Limited ability & options for disabled travelers. We were there only 1 night & late arrival from a delayed flight. Had requested a wheelchair accessable room, which I guess they don't have and were assigned an upstairs room. That really isn't rocket science, about the worst option to try to meet a reservation request & a full hotel. But, the very nice night employee did what she could to get us downstairs anyway. We only needed an overnight and this hotel worked for us, the tradeoff between cost and quality/comfort. Convenient location for travel, restaurants, urgent care, coffee, highway... And the pool would help to entertain kids outside for a short stay. The pool area is an interior courtyard away from both highways and the room/property was quiet enough at night.

There were people yelling all hours of the night. People fight all night. There was someone was knocking on all the doors at night. The fridge was never cleaned and there was gum stuck on the head board. The tub was clogged and they couldnt fix it.there favorite excuse is “ oh you should have come in at 11 amso we could change your room”. We didn’t know it would be clogged!! We noticed it in the evening. you could here the rats crawling in the walls. And I know it was rats because my family stayed in an other room and they had the rat in there bathroom. They stayed oh we don’t have rooms. There favorite excuse is “ oh you should have come in at 11 so we could change your room”

This hotel is the worst in cleaning and the worst to stay. Rooms was very dirty and floors with hair everywhere. I also found rats and gums placed on the walls. I pay Expedia for my stay and they also recharge out of my card more money. So I had to call my bank and report this issue. The worst experience in my whole life. We stay there cause we try to hit the keys. They are in a good spot. I think they should solve this problems soon for future guests.
