Cheap
Night manager was wonderful with a super late check in, but the room was terrible. Smelled like pot the whole two weeks. No one ever came to clean. Cheap, but definitely get what you pay for.

I asked to see the room that was being assigned to me once it became clear that this property was more of a kennel than a hotel. The staff member "refused" to let me do it and said to my 71 year old face "I am cancelling your reservation because I know you won't like it here". I am not kidding. Doesn't get worse than that. Except if you read other reviews, she may have done me a favor.

Disgusting
This place was disgusting!! As soon as we walked in there were roaches on the table & the restroom!! There wasn't a smoke detector in the room. We ordered food & soon as we sat to eat roaches started cooking out of the microwave!!! This place is nasty!!!! Don't stay here!! It was so bad we left at 2am. I wish I could get my money back!

Not recommended!
Very disappointed! I booked for one night to stay after a concert rather than drive back to Orlando. Checked in and spent about an hour in the room before going to the concert. The room was dingy - could definitely use a make over.
When i got back, there were at least 10 German cockroaches scattered through the room including 2 in the bathtub. I reached into the tub to take a picture and noticed the area between the bottom of the shower surround and the upper rim of the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. I also noticed that the rim in the toilet was too.
The lobby is locked at night, so i dropped my key off in the drop slot and left to drive home, then called Hotels.com to report the experience and request a refund.

My experience
When I get there I ended up getting there early 1:30pm and had to wait until 3pm as I was informed it was due to overbooking the night before, then I got to the room it was clean but the cover looked a blanket you would get at a hospital to warm you up I stayed about 3 hrs and decided to go to another location after all the constant people traffic outside pulling at doors and loud talking. When I went to the front desk the first thing I was told was I was unable to get a refund and I was confused because I didn’t ask for one smh. All and all not a bad hotel but definitely with pick at different location next time.

There were fleas in the bed and roaches crawling everywhere. Dead bugs on the floor as well. Didn’t even make it an hour before we drove all the way home instead of staying the night

The whole online advertisement where a lie there are NO Smoking rooms THERE IS NO BREAKFAST They make you pay 40.09 for pots and pans if needs to use for your stay they DO NOT supply more than 1 towel and 1 wash rag per guest you must bring your towels and wash rags down to the front office to be washed and bought back up to you the toilet gave out and they didn’t fix it they provide 3 pillows per bed 4th at a coast and the DO NOT supply a blanket/quilt NO shampoo or conditioner and one little bar of soap so in other words ur paying for a room and a bed bring all the items you need for a comfortable stay because if not you will definitely be disappointed and want to go get a room somewhere els, I pray for you if you ever come across front desk staff as they are equally nasty as there Hotel my husband called to confirm reservation and she said oh the website lies we do not have breakfast or smoking room there is a little yard you can go to if you want to smoke and you must pay for Wi-Fi 8.00 an hr 25.00 for 8 days and hung up I hope everyone reads this and makes the proper discussion before booking your stay sincerely a disgusted custom who stated there over this past weekend 9/16/23

Skip this place
The room was not very clean, I had to wipe all surfaces with clorox wipes. Sheets were clean, but the blankets looked very old and worn. We didn't use them. Roaches were in the kitchen. The stove was dirty, old and rusty. The room smelled. We were there for a hurricane evac and had no where else to go. I'll stay home before going to this property again

This place was honestly scary. We evacuated here during Hurricane Idalia because it was the only pet-friendly place still available near us. We ended up going home the same night when they downgraded the wind warnings because I didn't even feel safe.

Hotel is advertised as a no smoking property. Apparently they only mean cigarettes because as soon as we got to the stairs, there were remnants of cigars all over the sidewalks. Upon entering our room, there was a marijuana smell that lingered the entire night. I immediately called front desk to report this and made sure they were aware to NOT charge us additional for this. The frontdesk stated they noted our account.

Room was very dated, no toiletries provided besides one bar of soap and a couple towels. Not even a trash can. No breakfast included anymore. First room we checked into had someone already staying in it and in the room (very awkward), second had no remote so had to go back a third time to office. Front desk ladies however were very helpful and friendly and took care of each issue, must have just been an off day.

they use swiffer product to clean floors. my feet were black from two different rooms. really gross, also roaches were bad n rm 300 and the smell was not pleasing. i actually bought air freshner, we moved to rm 200, smelled good, just the floor, they really need to mop the floors with soap and water

We had limited choices when we booked last minute. We arrived after 1 am, and the check in was pleasant, efficient. The coffee and instant oatmeal suited our needs.
Our room was clean but very run down. The kitchenette was empty - not a single piece of silverware, a dish or glass was to be located. There was the standard wrapped cup in the bathroom. For my needs, the place was great. It had a bed, was clean and minimal. We checked in late and left before 10 the next morning. If all you need is a clean bed, and bathroom, with no frills, this place is perfect. If you care that the room looks rundown, the towel rack broke off, and the decor is old and tired looking, this will not be suited for you.

At the time I made the reservations, I requested 2 rooms next or near each other as we were there with my elderly parents. Staff in the back office made fun of me making comments that I had to be "near my mommy!" Our rooms were on opposite sides of the building. No big deal except that I had to walk back and forth a lot.
Our room was ok, at best. There was one small round bar of soap. No shampoo or a blow-dryer. There were towels. Also, no coffee maker in the room which was a kitchenette.
Staff is oriented to their clientele who are contract workers. I would not recommend this motel to customers who are used to having coffee and small breakfast in the lobby.

This is an extended stay facility and the room is not equipped with Kleenex, drink cups or anything. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Not what I would expect from a hotel at half the price! Terrible!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I travel with a sports team every weekend. I booked a 2 double bed with sofa. When we get there the front desk told me they didn’t have any of those only king. Rude and could care less about the situation. Not wanting to go and get another hotel , we stayed. Room look old. Sofa bed all ruin like a dog chew on it. NO MATTRESS on the sofa bed! 4 kids ended up sleeping on the king bed. Bathroom with stains all over. No shampoo or conditioner. They advertise breakfast… that’s a joke… coffee and cereal bars…. Homeless people around the property. Felt unsafe. Came late and trying to find the room is hard. Not even a map or anything provided. They should close down that location.

Cheap does not always mean good. This place is suited for Hookers, Strippers and Truckers or someone who is homeless and needs a cheap place to stay or hook up. Disappointed. From entering the property to front desk to trying to locate the room in the middle of the night. After check in you have to find a parking spot and proceed to trying to find your room. Also not good if you want privacy. It's upstairs and downstairs so if you have luggage it will be a walk to take it upstairs. Window is right near traffic so if you want to get it in and what privacy, brace yourself. The Clerk at the front desk was unbothered, seems like she was home in her house.

The condition of the room 118 was it must have be flooded out the fridge was so rusty big hole under sink hole in bathroom door had a whole from a punch the door hinge was damaged the floors was coming up from water being under it in light bulbs in lamps. Outside of room smell like urine. No ice machine you had to make your own ice. No continental breakfast.

Was not very inviting very poor housekeeping parking lot trash every where didn't feel safe . People living there full time could hear them fighting. I wouldn't let my wife go outside to smoke by her self. Never going to sleep here again

The hotel is old. Room didnt have any simple standard amenities. No hair dyer, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, phone, or a trashcan. They did have towels and hot water though. Extremely disappointed and would not stay. I checked out early and came home. The staff also put me in the a room in the back of the hotel and did not feel safe.

The staff were responsive and helpful. Rooms are in the process of being updated and were sparse but clean and fine. Stairs and sidewalks were not clean. Beds and bedding were surprisingly uncomfortable. Lots of traffic noise nearby. We often stay in inexpensive hotels, but this was below average even for that level of hotel. You can tell the management is trying to make things better but still has a way to go.

The phone in the unit was not working. The door did not have a lock on it. There are multiple roaches in the bathroom area And in the room itself. Missing fire alarm on wall. Needs better maintenance

The staff could not operate the computer system. Took me 30 minutes to check in and the room was not good. Early the next morning they tried to enter my room because they did not know it was occupied. I will not be staying there again.

Accomodation were not at all like expected. Just stayed at the Extended Stay America in Gibsonton,FL and accomodations were top notch. I was not anticipating any less but this was clearly an older and not maintained property. Will not stay again.

Not a good extended stay hotel.
No dishes in room had to request them. Walls in bathroom where half painted. Bathtub was nasty and needs to be replaced. Not trash can in bath room. Microwave had fallen off cabinet and placed on dining room table. No doors on closet just a curtain. Would not recommend staying there.

It was really a nice setting and right around the corner from a Tesla supercharger.
No coffeemaker in the room. It was an old property and looked it. No USB ports in the room. But it was clean. It wasn’t soundproofed very well.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
ULTRA FILTHY PROPERTY! It is full, and I am not exaggerating, FULL of cockroaches. The amount of cockroaches was so disturbing. You could see some in the hallway coming out of other rooms.
The condition of the room was deplorable at best. Room smells. Sheets disgustingly stained. Towels smelled as if they had been used. Cabinets and everywhere else were dirty, old and dire condition. These are not “suites” at all. They are rooms in unsanitary conditions!!! I would recommend you sleeping in your car somewhere else.

The hotel seemed a little rundown. There were people living there long term and kids playing in the parking lot. Lots of noise at all hours of the night. Too many people just hanging out in front of the rooms for comfort.

Unfortunately the property was not in good condition. There is garbage everywhere and the paint on the doors is coming off. The rooms were not up to par and very dated. The sleeper sofa did not have sheets snd pillows abs the mattress was stained. The front desk person disappeared around 11pm and we could not find anyone to get sheets. One person in our party had to sleep in the car.

Says free breakfast, muffins granola bards and coffee. Glad there were places close to walk and get some real food. Take the plug end for lightning cords to, I couldn’t find any USB jacks in my room. Be staying somewhere else my next trip.

The property is dated and not kept up. The pictures are misleading. Cigarette butts and trash in the stairwells. We didn't even stay the night. Mildew ans rust in the bathtub. Musty smell throughout. When we checked out 10 minutes after arriving, the clerk didn't even ask why. Barely acknowledged us.

Filthy the floor where not carpeted was sticky and where there was carpeting there were huge dust bunnies just in middle of floor. The bathroom tub hardware was rusted and sharp so I could not shower. The woman who checked me in was not at all friendly. I slept with my clothes on for fear of bedbugs. There were roaches crawling on night stand. I found another place asap. I was staying there due to family emergency so the accommodations did not help. Avoid at any cost. Not to sound cliché but I rarely give ratings

Checked in late in evening, within an hour checked out, due to bed bugs and roaches in room. I notified front desk immediately to check out and get a refund.
I would not recommend this place for travelers. It seems to me that it's more of a monthly stay for those that are homeless.
Rooms are old and have bugs, bed bugs and roaches. Refund was submitted immediately!!

It was infested with roaches! I could not stay the night there and when I asked for my refund the lady said everything was brand new in that room and she didn’t understand why but then I showed her the pictures of everything rusted plus the roaches and she said OK here’s your refund. Which was never given to me I had to call Expedia because she lied ! Had to get a hole other hotel that same night because this place was horrible!

I went to check in and discovered my driver’s license was missing. Aside from the stress of not being able to find my license, they would not check me in without it. I had my car registration, my work picture ID, several credit cards, etc, but they wouldn’t help. The room was prepaid and I still had credit cards they could keep on file to protect themselves. There was just no attempt at all to be helpful.

this hotel is disgusting, it stinks of cigarettes, everything is old broken, it looked like a hotel from horror movies. the bathroom super old all rusty the power outlets with signs of having burned the rusty shower, I don't know how they can rent a place like that . We would never return. We left at midnight, we could not resist the bad smell or the ugly and old room. A disgusting Hotel they should close it did not have anything pleasant. the worst hotel I have ever visited

Not bad but it is an old building and it shows. The sunshine came through the bottom of the door to include a hole in the bottom of the door. Also smoke from customers standing outside the door wafted through the big gap in the bottom of the door and the hole. Had to put a towel there.

The area around my room was littered with trash. I could not park in front of my room, as the only available spot was a handicapped space. Finally, there were small insects crawling up the wall of the bathroom. I did not notice these insects until the morning of my check-out.
