To begin with the check in was fine but the 2 guys did not seem to be right for the hospitality business.
The first time we used the toilet it over flowed. I called the front desk and he asked me if I needed a plunger. I told him I did not know what he was going to need. He showed up with nothing and went to get a plunger. He came back and plunged. He left wet towelson the floor, the toilet set up, water all over the toilet and floor.
I called the front desk and got the same guy and I told him of this, he asked me if I needed a mop. I told him that I was not going to mop and he could do it.
He came back moped and left. Still wet towels on the floor, wet toilet and seat, slippery floor, and black skid marks from the bucket and his shoes.
We were told that house keeping was closed.
At this point we were done.
We have stayed at alot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels for both business and personal and have never experienced such horrible service.

Stayed there for one night. Easy check in and out. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The only complaint was the downstairs customer complaining about noise in our room. Literally 15mins after we arrived they complained about noise. I guess bringing in luggage is too much for some people, but was not the hotels fault.

Stay here!
Room was in excellent condition, clean, and spacious. Pet friendly too. Breakfast was plentiful! I recommend staying here over any other hotel in Yuma!

Would Stay Here Again
Very nicely upgraded. Looks like a new hotel though it has been there for 13? years. Nice design touches in the room and throughout the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast - real cooked food which is hard to find any more.

Hotel staff was excellent, everyone from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the breakfast employee were excellent. The hotel had a carpet beetle issue from the downstairs lobby area to the room. Thankfully we have not seen any in our luggage or clothes but there were a lot. Most were moving very slowly or not moving at all. Hopefully the issue was taken care of.

We had an excellent stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. They also had really good breakfast options that made the whole family happy. A good convenient breakfast really can seal the deal in my opinion especially when traveling with kids.

I would like to thank the staff that was serving the breakfast. Never seen a more polite, friendly and attentive couple of ladies. They helped with peoples children, thanked the guests and were on top of everything going on. Very refreshing yo see!!

The room we booked does not exist. We traveled with 4 kids, third bed was not a queen bed, but a pull out couch which we had to godown to desk to get bedding for ( and they did not give us correct bedding) because room phone did not work. Then make couch ourselves. One day prior to departure, they unexpectedly make up our room while we were out, and put couch back together and we had to make up again! Money was missing from daughter’s hidden compartment in backpack after that . Coffee maker and room phone did not work. Air conditioner/heating system loud and woke us all night. Would not stay again

Not my favorite hotel stay. The night clerk charged my. Are twice and said he couldn’t fix it. There were about a dozen bugs in the bathroom that kept showing up through out the night.

Check in was easy. Hotel is nice and clean. Beds comfortable and air worked well. The showerhead was just okay but water was hot. Nearby is a mall and restaurants so lots of options and it’s right off the expressway.
The pool is open to 10 which was great. It is outdoor but clean and there is also a hot tub. The laundry room is convenient but there were a lot of these little bugs on the floor. The room looks new and things are clean and I love the set up. Definitely worth the price.

Had made a reservation for a 2 bed & checked in got our cards. Went up to our room, the cards weren’t working, could not open the doors. Asked for help 3x until they came up & realized it wasn’t working for them either. Finally they opened our door with their main key, only to walk in & have it be a king size bed. Was not what we had reserved. Attendant came back & told us that they had given us the wrong room. Besides the confusion, the rooms were very clean & AC was working. Would stay again, just recommend the staff to double check reservations at check in.

The kitchen crew did a great job on the breakfast and totally made our morning with there great humor ,the front desk staff made us feel welcome the room was more than we thought it would be (wonderful) everything was clean and everywhere smelled fresh the pool area, amazing it is our new get away from it all place right here in Yuma. thank you for having such a great place to go in yuma

The staff was friendly, but they didn’t always greet you. The hotel was clean and cool, but not walkable to shopping, although had a couple restaurants close by. The breakfast was modest and free. The rooms were clean but they were not cleaned daily.

Got there close to midnight. Was given a suite that was not cleaned. Had to put my under age kids in a separate room because they told me they didn't have any other suites. Come to find out in the morning they had 2 more available. A discount was offered for the next time. I'm not even from that area

Two nights in Yuma
Was in town for two nights and needed a place to stay for our family plus dog. HIE was very nice. Much of the hotel has been recently renovated and it’s very nice. Room was super clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. No issues with check-in and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent and overall our stay was great and we will stay here again.

This Holiday Inn Express was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Not sure if the doors were thin but a couple of times I awoke to people talking while walking down hallway. They had naturally loud voices and I am a light sleeper.

Attn to detail. Its the little things that matter.
the floor had footprints that included tread not matching our shoes. there was hair on the floor in the bathroom next to the shower and toilet. The mirror showed wipe marks of the towel, but was not a clear mirror. The microwave showed wipe marks of the towel that gave the impression it was not clean.

No available rooms after booking!
They had my booking but no room! They turned us away and said we had to get a refund from hotels.com. Every number I try calling tells me it is disconnected! I would really like my refund!!
