Worse possible cooperate hotel stay in my 40yrs
Disgusting environment. Understaffed. Unclean. I checked in at 11pm
I had to change rooms 3 times for cleanliness reason or inoperable amenities. Finally one hour after third move in and out I took a room with a non operating appliance because I did not needed it and I was just so tired. Floor filthy, dirty towels to point on yellow and still wet , not dry . I slept full on top bedding , fully clothed with in mind to just get a little rest and run for my life. There were people in the stairwell there I thought I was in new Jack city. Place needs security. More staff. Better everything. The front desk attendant was nice and apologetic .
But I’ve never seen a company run cooperative so bad.

We did an early check in and when we got into the room it hadn’t been cleaned yet, the staff was prompt to get us a different room and all was fine. I liked how the rooms had a regular fridge and working stove and microwave. Didn’t like how run down the actual building was, mostly cosmetic

Rooms were dated, but clean. Comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. No issue whatsoever for the price paid. The exterior signage from the highway was poorly lit. Hallways and outer areas were worn and elevator was filthy.

Very good stay for the money
Our experience at this hotel was good. The grounds and room was very clean. No road traffic at all as it sits on top of a hill. We were in town for Country Thunder. It was only 13 miles from the motor speedway which was convenient. The exit this hotel sits off of has tons of places to eat which is a plus.

The staff was being amazing. They went above and beyond for myself and husband and our three dogs.
The housekeeping staff was extremely nice and friendly. They also went above and beyond for us.
The front desk staff were amazing as well.
This hotel was so clean and the staff are helpful and will do everything they can to help, even in emergency situations like we we're in.
I will recommend this hotel all day to everyone

It's a place to stay
Check in was fine, floor needed to be cleaned, shower was slippery and had sand in it , room smelled of Marijuana, we ordered food and used the ironing board and bed for table and chairs, bed was comfortable, near stores,restaurants gas stations. People there are friendly. Although I wouldn't stay there again , doesn't mean you shouldn't, I have higher expectations of how a hotel should be.

Stayed during holiday weekend so there weren’t a ton of options but this one was priced well and seemed nice in photos. Staff was very nice. When I walked out after checking in, a woman told me not to stay there, it looked as though she maybe has been evicted and all her belongings were in bags piled in a truck. Anyway, we continued to the back building to our room. As we walked up the stairs, we noticed the piles of trash and cigarette ashes in the corners. The first step at the landing in most floors were rotting away as well, we could see through them but they were still solid feeling. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, and the bed only had what I would describe a sheet as a blanket. The rest is the run was clean though. We did request another blanket and thankfully got an actual comforter. The breakfast was just packaged granola and muffins and coffee. The stay was fine for being a holiday and the staff was great but there were definitely things to mention.

Not as advertised! No free breakfast!
Check in was very slow due to computer system. It’s advertised as free breakfast but they said they no longer offer free breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Room was clean but had a musty odor. The receptionist was nice and apologetic for the slowness. It did have a kitchenette which was nice. For the price though, look somewhere else!

We understand the property is been renovated but they need to clean up the mess. Beer cans around the stairways and outside at the sidewalks. No breakfast, unless you count a honey bun and a cup of coffee. Don't recommend it.

The floor was dirty is our room but other than that we were very pleased witj the staff, property and our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the new updates being made the view and the quietness of the property. We will definitely stay there again

Noisy and rundown
Very tired motel. Door safety catch broken, bath badly stained. Rooms not well insulated, could hear neighbours and rain. Breakfast very poor with just juice, yoghurt, cereal bar and packet pastry. Had to take back to the room as no seating. Pool looked nice but raining when we were there. Notice on reception suggested it was having work done.

The hotel is advertised that they have free breakfast. The reviews are correct it is only available on weekend and even then I would not call it breakfast. It was limited to what I would call light snacks. Should not be advertised as breakfast.

Renovations are in progress, and some good things are being done. We had a very clean room, a comfortable bed with a firm mattress. However, there were some problems that may be due to the renovations still being in progress. Both the bathroom sink and the kitchenette sink were clogged and very slow to drain. The room only had one chair, so one person had to sit on the bed. The door to the fridge opened the wrong way, so it was difficult to get into the fridge. Hopefully, some of these will be addressed before our next visit.

Ok clean, but nothing to hold to in shower. No anti slip mat in shower cheap tissues. Horrible breakfast selections with NO CHAIRS OR TABLES TO SIT DOWN AND EAT! Renovations could be so much better if a little more money spent.

As I walked into the room the smell of the room was dank. I pulled back the bedspread to a roach crawling out from underneath the sheets. We did not stay.

Check in went ok. Hotel is being renovated, which isn't apparent in Expedia description, and noisy until workers finished (7pm when we were there). Our room had bugs in one of the beds, which we discovered after being in the room for a short while. We left and Staff was unable to process a refund until a "Manager came in" the next day however Expedia was able to refund us immediately. Unfortunately we had to find another room at 9 pm at night but we were successful.
My advice is to avoid this place until reno's are done and bugs eliminated.

We paid a little more to stay there because it mentioned free breakfast and then when we got there they said they only provide that during the week. Not happy since that was the factor that sold us on staying with them. Not all the lights worked.
Positives-Bed was comfy & they did have a trolley for bags to go up the elevator.

Building is being painted but more attention should be given to inside of rooms. I can only speak for my room. Curtain for front window of room could not be closed completely so I used hanger to keep it closed at night. Curtain is old with areas where light can get in due to fading.
There was loud banging inside back wall behind bathroom sink area. It happened every few hours and disrupted my sleep. No breakfast on weekdays though Expedia website & the room itself advertised it. Should be updated. Room was clean, shower was fine & there was small fridge. I stayed 1 night but I would have asked for another room if I was staying longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Worst, most expensive hotel stay. Ceilings on balcony falling apart with gaping holes that showed mold. Elevator didn’t work, which we were on the 4th floor. The room itself was very outdated and smelled of stale cigarettes. Very limited outlets to plug in any accessories. “Breakfast” was a joke- only a few granola bars or yogurt. No coffee, no hot water.
During our 2 night stay, we noticed that the hotel had dropped their nightly stay significantly. When I questioned 2 different desk staff about adjusting or price matching at least one of my nights, BOTH insisted that Days Inn will not price adjust and that my room was already booked prior to cheaper pricing. Neither of them attempted to contact a manager or corporate to confirm. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I paid $299/night (plus taxes & fees)…..

Very pleasant Stay
This hotel is in a very great location, right off the highway, it is an old hotel, but they have some things updated! Overall it was very comfortable and it was our second time staying! We would highly recommend this hotel!

Worst stay ever
When we checked the person at the front desk wasn't real friendly the night i called the front desk for a extra blanket and towels no one answered it went to voice mail I left a message no one called me back, we got extra towels next morning from housekeeper. Fire alarm blasting at 1 am Sunday morning for about 30 to 45 minutes before someone turned it off and it went off again three hours later.we checked out three hours later my first stay there my last stay there.

I won't go back....
This Days Inn advertises that they serve breakfast every day, even have a placard in the room stating this but when we stayed there, there was no breakfast service. We were told that they had stopped the breakfast during the week but still have it on the weekend but when we checked out Saturday morning there was still nothing available but coffee and juice. We expected to have an in-room coffee maker but there was none, the clerk said they would bring one over but they never did, I had to go to the front desk to get one along with the coffee and cream and sugar packets but when I tried to make coffee the next morning it didn't work. I had to ask the next desk clerk for another coffee maker. At least she checked this one before bringing it over.The room must have been in the process of some renovating, the pictures at the head of both beds were missing but you could tell where they had been from all the marks on the wall. The beds were comfortable and seemed relatively clean but if you're looking for a place to do anything more than sleep then I wouldn't recommend this property. The staff was friendly.

Had to pay $20 to check into the room 2 hours early. Got to the room and it was horrible. There was a crack in the door to where you could see outside and insects could fly in. The black out curtains were rotten and disintegrating. The tub faucet would not cut off completely and leaked all night. There was a roach in the floor (probably thru the door opening). I killed it and did not see any more. I did not feel safe at all, I should have demanded a refund and left - that is on me.

In our room, the hard-surface floors were sticky is places, the telephone didn’t work, surfaces (countertops, side tables, etc.) had not been wiped down/cleaned, the tub didn’t look clean.
Breakfast the next morning had been completely picked over by 8:00 AM (started at 7:00 AM). We opted to go somewhere local for breakfast after seeing another guest pick off some fuzz/hair from the Apple juice dispenser.
The beds were clean and there was hot water. Parking was available and close to our room.
From what I could see, breakfast offerings are Activia yogurt, Chewy granola bars, sticky buns, apples, apple and orange juice, and coffee.
The hotel is an exterior-hallway hotel, all rooms have exterior doors that open from the outside. Rooms have A/C units located under the window next to the door.

Personnel is friendly and helpful. First night the mini fridge was too loud and front desk was able to change my room quickly and with 0 issues. The only thing is Hotels.com advertise this as "free breakfast" there's no such thing. They only have apples/oranges and a few crackers on weekends days Only, so it leads you to believe different. Is more like coffee and if you;re lucky some juice. Otherwise, everything okay. now, location wise, is eperfect, has a bit of everything near by.

The property was okay. Even with the price being the lowest around, it was still quite disappointing. What looked like blood on the curtains and dried semen on the clock, didnt notice either until the next morning before leaving.

Great stay!
Great check in experience. A clean and comfortable room. Plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive or less. A clean and refreshing swimming pool. Best value for the money that I have experienced in a while. The hotel sits on a hill two minutes from an I-85 Interstate ramp, but there is no sound of traffic since you are above it.

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The check in was convenient and quick. I was in my clean and eco- friendly room in five minutes.The air conditioning worked great in the room. The beds were comfortable and the flat screen TV had many channels to chose from.

I did like the grounds. They were very well maintained.
I did not like that the hot water faucet in the shower kept falling off. It was extremely noisy, the curtains had what appeared to be burn holes as well as either blood or nail polish. Also, no coffee pot and even though it advertised a breakfast there was only coffee, fruit and granola bars.

The metal bed frames made a loud gong noise when you sat down or shifted your weight. It was noisy in our room, difficult to sleep. It was serviceable, but not completely comfortable.

Room was clean. Appeared to be recently updated with new flooring (carpet removed). Staff was very accommodating.
Only down side is that the website/booking stated that there would be free breakfast and all that was available was coffee in the lobby. Even a To-Go breakfast would have been nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel should have been repaired, remodeled… etc.,years ago. They seem to be a hub for the some kind of construction or railroad workers. I did not feel safe as a women, taking my dog out to potty in the dark.

As we were checking in a disturbance occurred 2rooms down from us. We changed rooms as another guest told management to call police. Refrigerator was down right disgusting and nasty as far as the ac unit. We either froze or got too hot. Bed made large booming sound when we moved. Woke up others

The staff at the desk was attentive. The hotel is pet friendly and I really appreciated not having carpet. However, the room needs improvement; specially getting bed sheets without stains and reglazing the tub. Morning coffee was very good, no breakfast. Overall experience was ok.

Perfect for a stop over
We always stop in Bristol as a halfway point on a drive we take frequently. This hotel is good for a quick night's sleep but I probably would not stay here if we planned to spend alot of time in the room. Our only complaint was the tub was in bad shape.

We were assigned a smoking room unbeknownst to us. They allowed us to change rooms but to a non smoking g that had been smoked in? The continental breakfast was bagged pastries, yogurt, orange juice in a store bought jar fir everyone to use from ( not very sanitary). The cream fir the coffee was also from Walmart in their store brand jar, again, for everyone to share from! The staff was friendly

The rooms were clean. Our heater didn’t work and when I informed the staff they didn’t seem to really care. The hotel from the outside seemed very outdated, but it seems like they have recently painted the lobby and rooms.
