Avoid if you can
Not a place for a family. Lots of illegal activity going on. I booked and payed for my stay with the app and was ask for a cash deposit. They refuse to use my credit card for the deposit. Demanding a $50.00 cash deposit. When I was taking the cash out of my wallet the clerk noticed how much cash I had on me and then doubled the deposit to $100.00. I was on edge all weekend and wasn't able to relax at all because I was worried about being ripped off. Only after a room inspection was my money returned. It was not the get away I was paying for

There was no soap or shampoo, only conditioner. The smoke detector was in a drawer!!!! There was no door between bathroom sink and bedroom and two over-sink light bulbs were missing and the third had NO method to turn off light so it shown brightly onto bed all nite! Advertised complimentary breakfast starting at 0600 online and via poster in lobby but desk clerk said they never serve breakfast! He could not answer why sign was not removed. A cover plate was missing over an active plug. There were many, many holes where things had been taken off wall in bathroom. Garbage and run down wood outside of rooms by stairwell. This is very old building that has not been well maintained!!!!

The room was the worst room I've ever encountered. Broken security latch on the door, rust and gunk around the shower drain (opted not to use the shower), broken closet door, holes in the wall. I reserved it through Travelocity and I'm shocked that it is a property that they list. Had it not been 11PM when I checked in after a very long day of driving and a prepay I absolutely would have left. Really makes me think twice about using this platform for hotel reservations.

Don't Book Me
Totally despicable Days Inn. Dark and dingy. And that's the entrance. The room, I wouldn't let a pet stay there. Safety latch on the door was missing and the bolt holes were still there and you could look inside out or out side in. How Day Inn can have such a poor olace is upsetting. Years ago I traveled weekly and most always stayed at Days Inns as they were known as respectable and safe. That boat has left shore. I wasted $78 on it and didn't stay the night. My loss but lesson learned.

All you can smell is weed in your room, outside your door. Our door was busted, by the size of the dent in it, the cops probably went through it. THERE WAS NO ANEMETIES!!! NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST!! And no coffee!! There was a high police presence in the area, which was good and bad. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL AT ALL!!

Peeing by the pool.
We had to find other accommodations. Bathroom and room very dirty. Empty pool. My wife told me as we were checking in one of the the employees were urinating right my the rooms outside. Please don’t recommend this hotel till renovations have been made.

I will not stay at this property again . The guy at the front desk was just rude and disrespectful and the room had mold all over the ceiling and the walls ... There is no pool and no breakfast . The bed had bedbugs just plain disgusting. Then when we said something they would not change our room nor would they let us rent another room and we had a reservation for a 2 bed room ended up with one bed or call Expedia to get your money back with could take 3 to 5 days .

Had cockroaches and fire alarm went off all night only stayed 1 night and was charged for every night.
Bad business costed over $2800 in stays that was not used.

The clerk at the front desk seems to be holding the fort down by himself. I had problems with my TV channels. He left the front office and came up to re-program my TV. That was exceptional.

Even though they advertised breakfast was included, there was no breakfast of any kind.....not even a cup of coffee. There was rust patches in the tub. There were large threadbare places in the carpets. The tv did not work. However, the beds were comfortable and appeared clean. I cannot believe Wyndam gives this a seal of approval.

My stay here was awful! They don't have smoking rooms or breakfast like advertised. The rooms shown when choosing are also false the room I was in was not updated the tub was stained and covered in burn marks. The towels and washcloths were also stained. The toilet stopped working the first night and there were smashed bugs on the wall

The front desk clerk his accent you couldn't understand him. The room was disgusting, has holes in the walls, sheets smelled, towels smelled like dirty rags, the tub was dirty (i placed a towel so I can stand in it) bathroom door no doorknob, thank god I brought flip flops as you couldn't walk barefoot. I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN! I took pictures as proof as im going to notify Days Inn - this is unacceptable and for what I paid even worse!

Woaah!!! I don’t advise staying here. The lobby smelled absolutely horrible, our room was damp and the ac didn’t work well, tv wouldn’t power off, too cover if be not laundered, we asked for a non smoking room yet was put in a “non smoking room” that had cigarette burns everywhere, there were addicts and “women of the night” roaming around. We didn’t feel safe. Absolutely terrible.

Well the rooms shouldn't be the prices because the room is not kept up at all things where broken in the bathroom linens where dirty and towels and rags holes in the bathroom walls bathroom door was broken looks like it had been kicked in stains on the wall holes in the sheets and covers as well. No complimentary breakfast like advertised and also no ice machine on property at all. Alot of the residents out there sleep all day and stay up all night making noises and knocking on your door begging.

Paid extra for a non-smoking room and you could clearly smell smoke, they tried to cover it up with some kind of fruity scent which was also gagging! The TV was stuck on the same channel and when we asked the front desk not once, but two times for help, no one showed up, towels looked dirty, bath tub had mold all over it, black stain at the bottom. The room overall just was dirty. Fruit flies all over. Towel bars ripped off the wall, horrible water pressure, the ice machine of course didn’t work, and no breakfast of any kind as advertised!!! We heard several people complaining and honestly I would have been in line to do the same, but we were so exhausted from an all day basketball tournament that I just didn’t have the energy. I beg you, do NOT book a room at this hotel!!!! Management could careless about your concerns as a customer, as long as suckers keep booking stays. They deserve to lose business and/or be condemned. One positive, at least the toilet flushed!

the room was so run down that a flea bag hotel in the movies was a step up ..there were exposed wires from the electric outlet, the room was very dirty stuff was ripped off the wall, the furniture was in such decay and the bathtub was in such bad shape I was afraid to use it for fear of catching something, also couldn't understand why clean service came by 830 every morning waking us up

Avoid this place like the plague
I searched online for a hotel in the Jacksonville FL area for 1.5 hours as we drove from S FL. It was getting late and this place was the only hotel with any available rooms priced less than $300/night. We paid about that much which is an outrageous price for this old, outdated dump. Truly the worst place we've stayed in decades. The lobby smelled like Indian curry. The smell in our room was an overpowering "air freshener" which I'm sure was there to cover up god knows what, but it gave me a headache. The bathroom was disgusting and the floor was filthy and sticky/slimy. We did not walk barefoot there or on the carpet which was extremely old and I suspect was just as dirty. I checked for bedbugs and despite not seeing any evidence of them I felt itchy during a nearly sleepless night. The A/C blew the curtain out well over the bed so we used the ironing board to keep it from doing that. The area where this property is located is sketchy and I was worried about our new SUV parked outside the room, but in the morning it was still there between a Lexus and another luxury SUV. I wondered what those folks were thinking about their stay at this truly horrible property. The only thing half-way good I can say about this place is the 2 guys working in the lobby were pleasant, although they blamed the high cost of the room on the government's American Rescue Plan stimulus money, and the fact that they had to raise the pay for the housekeeping crew from $9/hr to $14/hr. Hmmm.

The area really isn’t horrible, the rooms are beat up and down. One side of the closet door was broken (and missing), multiple discoloration/water circles on the ceiling, holes in wall, burn stains on bathroom tub. I really surprised how poor condition the room was — only positive I didn’t see any roaches!

RUN, bedbugs are here
I was so tired getting in that I didn’t inspect very much when I came in. I sat the bags down and laid on top of all the covers..
A few hours later I wake up under the covers (guess I got cold) and discovered not only someone else’s hair all in the sheets, but tiny bugs also! It’s so nasty. Hotel acted like it was normal, and then denied every knowing about it when Hotels.com called.. it was disgusting. Stay away.

Worst Stay EVER
This was the worst experience EVER. First the front desk was rude. When we got to the room it stinked, there was no smoke detector, we didn't have a remote for the tv and when we called about one we were told to wait til the morning when the manager woke up despite the fact that we were checking out. Then we had no phone in the room at all I had to use my personal phone to keep calling the front desk. Let's not get on the multiple cigarette burns in the sheets ugh just horrible

For the price, I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a night of peace and quiet forget it. For a Monday night to have people laughing and partying late at night, people milling about the property well after midnight, and people yelling for their dogs at 3:30 AM then this is the overnight stay for you. The room itself was reasonable. Maybe it's just a roll of the dice? As for me, I won't stay here again.

The lobby was not open to clients and no complementary breakfast offered. The ice machine was broken. The room was not cleaned, the smoke alarm unusable, no cups, ice bucket, hangers, or coffee pot. We cancelled our reservations. The employees were nice, but the rooms were terrible.

Disappointing
The mattress was so deformed that I had to jump up on the bed a bit, in order to sit back far enough, so as not to slide off! There was NO sitting on that side of the bed. The holes in the walls really should be fixed for the price you pay to stay there.

It was not clean. The smoke dete tor was ripped off. The cir uts blew if you had tv and microwave on. The lights were burned out. If you have pet friendly rooms and someone has no pets probably not a good place to put the no pet people. I have pictures of it if interested. It was definitely not worth the price.

I didnt like anything about the property. The staff was rude. I told her about the rooms and both was disgusting. Insects in the room... roaches and ants. Look like someone had put out their cigarettes on the tub and bedding. People hanging out and walking around property looking for drugs and begging for sex. Would not recommend at all.

The local police are paid to sit in the parking lot till 8pm for security. Parking lot was full of homeless, filthy parking lot. We decided after talking to the police to leave and stay somewhere else. The hotel is used by prostitutes also per the same officer. He told us if we stayed to be inside by dark , lock the door and not come out till morning and leave nothing in our vehicle.

The Police were required.
Lots of people appearing homeless walking around the area and hotel parking lot. The Police were there on a couple occasions for I’m guessing domestic disturbances where the male and female were yelling screaming and then one party left the area. 2 incidences of this nature within less than 8 hours.

The property was disgusting. The room was musty, did not look cleaned, paint chipped, bathroom mirror half on the wall, etc. You cannot even get into the lobby and no breakfast or pool because of COVID. The area seemed very sketchy and unsafe with kids. They did refund our money with Expedia’s help and we found another place, but I can’t believe they allow people to stay here (not worth any money)!

The place has potential..but alittle unsettling when going to our room and the weekly tenants came out to see who was pulling up the owner should not mix daily guest with weekly they was all hanging out my husband got asked if he had any drugs we seen two black men go behind trailer there was several people coming from different directions inside room was bare minimum two pillows on king bed sheets were stained and when I was pulling them off the mattress cover had hair and dirt the curtain didn't cover window fully there was no breakfast or even coffee bit in lobby I seen signs that it would be available I asked for wake up call but nothing come

Don't stay at this hotel it is a hotel where sell drugs and sell there body. We stayed there for 5 days. The housekeeper came to our room clean the room and gave us towels with a dirty bath mat with brown stuff on it. The next day she came in nock on the door i told her we were she left in never came back to bring towels. Please don't go there

Never take your family here. The description doesn't say they use most of their rooms as long term living space for drug heads and prostitutes. One guy sitting against the building asked for a light while rolling a joint and my son in laws were propositioned by prostitutes. There was druggies fighting loudly all night and screaming at each other outside the rooms. We had three rooms and all of the rooms doors had lock holes drilled several times and broken door locks as well as the odor coming from the rooms The only up side was the lady at front was friendly but otherwise it's a bad halfway house. My family got no sleep at all and pretty sure someone got hurt at night. Someone slashed all the wheels on a car next to ours, thank goodness they left us our cars untouched.

There was nothing to like. The property was a mess of broken glass, graffiti, peeling paint, broken bathroom fixtures, falling ceiling vents, and stains. The parking lot was a patch of gravel with no lines painted in. The people in the room next door, who shouted that they had been living there full-time for months, loudly completed multiple drug sales, screamed accusations of aggravated assault at someone, threatened another that they would be calling police, and repeatedly hit/fell against my door (as this was all happening outside in the breezeway). I felt extremely unsafe and checked out after less than an hour, forfeiting three nights' prepayment.

I didn’t like anything about it. Bathroom had stains all over the tub, the toilet seat, cigarette burns on the bed sheets and the latch on the door was broken. We checked in and saw the room and checked out and left 5 minutes later.

Had to change the room twice. Both roaches both the tv didn't work both had neighbor crackheads. Horrible. It was a bath and sleep stop after driving for 6 hours with two kids. Bathroom was gross the water smelled. Holes in the walls. We didn't pull of the blankets to sleep. We slept on top the blankets and used our sweaters to cover ourselves.

Definitely not as clean as it looks. A lot of people screaming and talking at night loudly. No water pressure. Looks like it needs to be torn down and built back up. Live and learn. Only had to stay 2 nights.

Would not recommend
This hotel was not at all in good shape. I think maybe it was under construction? None of the amenities were available and it had a very sketchy feel. The locks were broken on the door and the entire non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The lobby was all boarded up which I thought may have been a COVID precaution, but none of the staff were wearing masks. The quality definitely did not match the price we paid for the room. We would not stay here again.

How is this recommended on this site!
This place is absolutely terrible. It has drug dealers selling out of the rooms, as well as multiple people hanging out in the courtyard smoking Marijuana. The room is in shambles and desperate need of repairs. Also the housekeeping staff is not being held accountable for their lack of integrity in regards to their job duties. Will never stay here again.

Its a "trap" literally
The manager was the rudest man ever. He tried kicking me out the room all 3 mkrnings while i was in a towel. Said "you leave right now" "get out do t close the door. Im standing right here till you leave" i paid for 3 days and he tried kicking me out every single day. Also no vlean towel service. The place is a drug trap. I was offered weed and other things by the people sutting in there door ways trying to sale me drugs. Had to hold my br a ath becauze i was walking throught a cloud of weed smoke. Never again will i stay here

First I waited a about 20 minutes for somebody to come to the makeshift front desk. Once in the room we noticed burns on the tub and it look like soot from an on the walls. The remote to the tv didn’t work only to turn up the volume. The pillows appear to have make up on them from the customers. Overall, it accommodates me for what I need to do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Biggest mistake of my life, didn’t read reviews before booking. I didn’t bother even hanging around after what I saw, I immediately booked another reservation and ran. Everything said in prior reviews is true. To top it off it is also on a isolated location so safety is a major concern. Do yourself a favor and book someplace else.

Bad customer service
I booked this stay for one day. When we get to the hotel they said that the booking was cancelled but the app was still showing that my booking was confirmed. Then they proceed to tell me that they had no rooms available and that happens a lot with Hotels.com I personally never had this issue before. Needless to say I got charged for the booking and I was left without a place to stay. I called Hotels.com and I was on hold for over an hr and no one picked up.
