We arrived late and when we went to our room the fire alarm was going off they moved us to another room same thing we finally were given a new room. the next day we were out until late and when we returned there were no towels called desk and was told to come down and get them . If this is how you treat guests especially during Christmas we will find a new hotel.

We reserved a two queen bed room, we arrive and they let us know that only two people are allowed per room and the additional guess will have to pay 15.00 each. We did not like it, but we were there, so we paid. Next they when we're going to take a shower, there were only two towels, called the front desk around 8am) and since they did not have anyone one available to take the towels to the room, we hd to ppick them up in the front desk. At checkout, I complaint and their answer was that I should have requested the towels a check in. So they were quick to charge the additional 15.00 per person, but they don't provide anything for it. This place is really bad.

The hotel itself was okay decently updated. The manager however was RUDE SHORT AND UNHELPFUL. We came in from a 3 hour drive asked about the food place next door and was told it closed a while ago. Wasn’t given any suggestions. We called 3 times before the check in to confirm the time of pool closing was told 10pm. When we got in the pool the manager walked outside and yelled GET OUT THE POOL IS CLOSED. There’s a way to deliver a message and if we were told by your staff hours prior one time and earlier that week the same time MAYBE hotel staff should be told it’s at manager discretion. During check in we had family in 3 of the rooms we asked to be booked close to them and the manager reply was “oh you’re not here long it’s only family”. After hours of travel during check in we weee required to confirm the number of guest and after check in when I walked back in with my family my husband was asked if he needed to be checked in. We called down for towels after late check in and got yelled at my management HOUSE KEEPING IS CLOSED. The next morning a family member went down to the desk and was able to get tooth brushes towels and other things from the regular staff. When I went down for a tooth brush the manager told me “we don’t have any you can go tot eh gas station on the corner it’s in walking distance.” LONG STORY SHORT DONT BOOK. HERE!!

Please do not stay at this hotel 😫 horrible service the manager is very rude they have hidden fees 20percent of your bill will be on hold never stated this when booking also we called prior to coming to the hotel to clarify the pool hours I was told on the phone 7am-10pm we got here at 9pm kids changed got in and not even 5mins later he kicked my kids out the pool!!! Proceed to argue with my husband in front of my father when my family was out by the pool chilling we had juat walked up to meet them! and he tells me he been in business for 15yrs and the pool hours has always been the same , I guess this gives him a reason to be rude to people !!!! I would never ever stay at this hotel ! Drove 2 and half hours to be here just to be yelled at over nothing ! From the time we walked through the door it was a straight attitude! I have always stayed at holiday inn and this is the WORST ONE BY FAR!

I walked by the coffee pot, microwave and fridge for 2 days and didn't even know I had them in the room. When I finally saw them was disappointed that I kept getting dressed traveling the elevator to the lobby for a small cup of coffee. The breakfast wasn't good. Was shocked that in Florida, they didn't offer orange juice.

Good, clean option for stay
We were very pleased with our stay. The service and accommodations were great. The room did have some previous water damage on the wall by the AC unit, but it was not an active problem and did not impact our stay overall. Breakfast was good each day with hot and cold options. It was nice to have both a microwave and mini fridge in the room.

The night staff was rude and inattentive.
The hallway floors were dirty and had garbage on rugs.
The AC never got below 70 degrees and was extremely noisy.
The carpet around the AC unit was saturated with water.
There was no smoke detector in room.
The corner light did not work: was a broken plug.
Ice machines were not working and area outside around ice machine was soaked with water.
There was nothing satisfying about the hotel except the location was good.

Great property for price. Rated LOW for Eco-friendly b/c of the OPPOSITE reason - room too dark and water flow too low b/c of trying to be too "eco friendly". Seriously thought, great staff and nice hotel.

We went to the Holiday inn express because we wanted to go to a nicer hotel then we did last year in Stuart. This place was twice the price but not much better. The beds were very high. The shower was in the bathtub and had only one bar to hold on to. The breakfast was good but did not have a big selection.

Fairly nice place, but front desk staff was aggressively unhelpful.
We needed fresh towels, and the manager told us he had none, because of supply issues. However, when I walked by the supply room, the towels were stacked up high. There were plenty, he didn't want to be bothered.
He also refused to print out a room receipt upon check out, claiming his printer was broken.
The front desk also wouldn't look for an envelope left for another guest, that he really needed.
Just very rude, unhelpful.

Very impressed with this Holiday Inn Express
I was very happy about everything with this hotel. The room size, it was clean, had very comfy beds. Black out curtains when at 10:00 am seemed only 5 am. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Right off 95 and close enough to what all we wanted to do in the area in Stuart and Port Salerno. Would definitely pick this hotel to stay at again. Stayed for 2 nights.

Breakfast was included, but management do the minimum for the guests. Worst breakfast with the Covid19 excuse. I talked with the manager and she toldme doesn’t have workers to take care of breakfast. I think, this is not an excuse for an IHG Hotel.

Should have never stayed
Arrived and informed I could cancel as the elevators being worked on. No offer to book elsewhere or a reduced rate. No smoke alarm in the room (227). Chemicals used to disinfect were like Raid bug spray and during the day the spray or carpet cleaner caused respiratory distress and asthma attack. My daughter also had issue walking to the the room. Room was clean . Complementary breakfast typical cold breakfast and not much selection. I don't think Covid can be used as an excuse for the above issues. Staff was pleasant and I feel they did try but the situation was disappointing.

Got in late so we didn’t have a chance to really check out the facility. With that said, the room was clean and presentable, beds were comfortable, descent water pressure. However, the property outside was littered and not very appeasing to the eye. Mainly on the back-side where we parked.

Solid awesome Stay!!
I was a lil weary reading the other reviews but it was FANTASTIC.. Awesome stay, the room was spotless.. No one bothered me at all about anything. Perfect check in and check out, everything worked flawlessly.. plenty of hot water.. Plenty of parking A+++ Across the board!

Comfy room, falsely advertised amenities
We arrived at our room at 1am and undressed for baths and discovered there were no washrags and only 1 towel for 2 people. Our room was comfortable and clean, however the toilet did not flush effectively for our stay. The advertised breakfast buffet was not a buffet but individually wrapped items, no microwave for the oatmeal, no ice, no lights, no tables to sit at and a big pallet of something in the middle of the room. We then took our snack to the pool area preparing for a dip in the pool, the pool was filled with bugs and some debris, the pool net was torn, and the few chairs and tables were nasty. As we attempted to re-enter the building we were locked out and had to walk around to the front of the hotel entrance. When we let the manager at the front desk know about the pool he informed me that he told me the previous night that the pool was closed, however I never spoke to him the previous night and said as much. I did mention that it was advertised with a pool and his reply was he told Hotels.com to remove that.

My only suggestion is that if you need good internet , this is not the place for you. I was constantly kicked off and relogging in . Literally , 25 times in two days. It was ok for me , but if you need to do important work... you won’t be happy . But the place is great , I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family and always had a good stay .

Don’t like being pushed out in morning
I really enjoyed my stay. Only issue was I had do not disturb sign on my door the maid knocked before check out asking when we were leaving. Right at check out time someone else comes basically pushing me out it was rude and aggressive. There was no one even in hotel it’s a Sunday will never stay again.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I booked it for the Gym, but when I got there there was no gym. There was a sketchy party in the parking lot outside my room that blasted music until 3am and the party went until 6am. The hotel knocked on my door and tried to hurry me out at 9:30am. I'm a common traveler and rarely complain online but couldnt help myself on this one.

Everything was good except I got charged $325 instead of $225. The front desk said that I only booked for one person on their end,even though I showed where I booked for four. What one person is going to book two queen beds for themselves? Went ahead and paid because we had already driven down for my two sons football game.And it was already hard enough to find a this room.

We have stayed 2 years in a row. First year no issues. This year the AC did not work but they checked it out and moved us to a new room very quickly. They usually have a great hot breakfast but due to COVID they had grab and go with just a couple items. Overall would recommend and we would stay here again.

Had a horrible experience with the manager of this Holiday Inn. I asked for clean towels - I would exchange them for dirty ones. My husband and I were in the room and I had taken my top off. The Manager just used his key and walked right in the room to tell us someone would be there soon with towels. Couple of hours later I asked if someone could bring the clean towels and once again he used his key and walked right in. I asked if he could knock and not enter the room unless invited. It was a very unpleasant experience. And I am a rewards member and have stayed at HInn thousands of times.

Believe the Reviews; the WORST Holiday Inn Express
When I read the reviews on this property, I thought to myself, much like you must be doing now, no Holiday Inn Express could be that bad. Well, the reviews are correct, and yes, it is that bad.
This hotel more closely resembles an abandoned building than a hotel. Why IHG hasn't revoked the HR Patel's Franchise is beyond me.
The lobby was dark, the hallways bare and sparse. When I got into my room, it was evident that someone made a horrible attempt at remodeling the space. The room was hot and stuffy. The thermostat was vintage; think the 1990s. While the bathroom has been renovated, the tub, well, that was vintage as well; think the 1980s. (I hate that non-skid tape that we use to apply to the tubs to protect us from litigation should someone slip and fall.). The faucet, well, let's say my six-year-old grandson could have done a better job installing it.
When I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. I thought to myself, just let the tap run as the hotel is nearly empty, and it's probably a long run from the water heater. I went across the street to Dunkin Donuts and got breakfast; when I returned, having left the tap running, the water was lukewarm at best.
So, I skipped the shower and proceeded to check-out. When I brought this to the person's attention at the front desk, they could have cared less. No, "I'm sorry," "we're having issues," or "what can we do to make this right."
There's plenty of other hotels in the area; keep looking.

Not all employees wore their masks. We saw one leaving a guest room without his mask. Hotel is still under renovation with holes in the bathroom walls. New beds are very comfortable and other than the bathroom renovation, the rooms were clean.

Great location off I95
Beds are high but comfortable. Of course due to Covid 19 there was not a breakfast included, however they had out some food options for us. Our microwave did not work, we were told to unplug and reset it and it was still having issues but no big deal, they said they would replace it, however we were leaving. Nice location off I95, near shopping and restaurants.
