There was bed bugs in the bed and the sheets smelled disgusting my son and myself are both bit and itching on our arm! The bathroom molding was falling apart and bugs behind the wall.

The lobby was clean enough and smelled fresh. However the hallways, elevator and room smelled HORRIBLE. Old, musty....smelled like a wet dog at best. Luckily, there was a Lowe's nearby where I could drive to get some disinfectant and room deodorizer. The carpet in my room was so dirty I refused to take off my socks. The chair and sofa were badly stained and both need to be thrown out. I would not sit on either. The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on a large bag stuffed with material. There were stains on the wall, the curtain, the door frame.. it was overall a mess. I checked out at 11:00 p.m.... much earlier than my intended stay of all night.

They gave away my room, and I had to wait more than two hours for them to clean another room for me. When I got to the room, the bed was smaller than what my original room had, it reeked of pot, the shower curtain was on the bathroom floor, and the AC was barely working. They put an air purifier in the room to try to get rid of the odors from the previous guest, but it was really loud. There were food wrappers and trash under the bed. I moved rooms the next day, but the new room wasn't much better. I won't be staying here again, even though the staff was helpful and did what the could.

Went in the bathroom in our room and there was mold on the sealing and there where tattoos needle on the floor when went to the desk to complain they said it's okey and not to worry about it and keep on with there day

Noise levels throughout the night, could hear people on the floor above.The bathroom was not clean, mirrors were dirty, floors and tub had loose debris all over. The fixtures were dated and corroded. One floor lamp was covered with rust. The carpet was sticky and had lint everywhere.
The beds were very nice, and the air conditioning worked well and was quiet.

Staff was very nice, BUT, room was filthy. Went to take a shower, no shower curtain. carpets,filthy, disgusting actually, with stains everywhere.Upholstered chair was so bad would not sit in it. Advertised as “pet friendly” which was primary reason this property was chosen, sister brought her little dog with her but we were told it no longer was. lamps were all rusty, There was so much not enough room to continue.

The shower did not work. No guide for tv the staff said they could have 10 to 500 channels but I found 0.; It took 2 hours for the room to get cooled off. Had to go to first floor to get ice. The bed railing stuck out as a trip hazard. No hangers to hang up clothes. Other than that it was fine.

This hotel is very unkept. It has lots ok mold’ very dirty, it needs lots of housekeeping work and maintenance. Clerks were very professional but the appearance of the place is unacceptable.
There were no elevator inspection permit in the elevator.

I was informed at check in, not before, that there would be a $200 deposit to ensure that if I trashed the room or smokes in it , the hotel would get their money out of it. “No exceptions!” When I walked into my room it reeked of cigarette smoke. I went back to the desk and they put me in a different room. The desk clerk checked the records on the previous guest in the first room and announced that whomever had checked them in had not taken the “no exceptions” deposit. Since housekeeping had not reported it, I wonder if I would have been charged for another guest’s poor choices had I not told the desk.

They do not honor reservations with hotels.com!
I didn’t even stay here because they did not have a room for us even though I had a reservation and pre paid a month prior!
They seemed understaffed and not the best welcome even from the beginning. There was no one at the front desk and when they arrived and I tried to check in, they didn’t have a room! They may have had one open later if they got the AC working! Needless to say, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Took over 2 hrs to get checked in. First room 211, was non active room storage room. The second room 305, tv didn't work. The door looked like someone broke into before. The staff only said did it lock.. the room was dirty the carpet had stains all over, the hall way the same trash every where. Very dispointed in over service. Well never stay there or recommend it.

At check in clerk was nowhere to be seen---office was dark. When we discovered the bell button, clerk appeared looking like she had just been awakened---or worse! Carpets were wrinkled and dirty. Bags of empty food bags and water bottles were left outside room doors. Our "accessible" room was 80 yards from the nearest elevator and had a 15" toilet---not at all accessible for a disabled 81 years old lady with a walker!! This was an emergency stay caused by an equipment breakdown in our home, and it will take another such occurence and no other rooms available anywhere for us to stay again!

I took our dog for a walk after midnight and there was a group of men drinking and caring on in front of the Inn. The refrigerator didn't work and there was no ice machine in the building. I came back from walking the dog and a man was sitting on the floor and talking on the phone six feet from my door. The door across from had to be repaired from being pried open.

The place needs to be renovated, however, it is good. The lady who checked me in was sweet. She had a very nice personality.
However, the guy here is rude.
I love how clean it smelled as soon as we walked in. The rooms are spacious.
Only cons: broken lamp in room and there are two lamps that won’t work, and the rude guy when my daughter asked if the pool was still open. We didn’t get in until shortly after midnight.
Pros: clean, spacious, comfortable, and the front desk lady was sweet.

Terrible stay got to hotel exhausted got checked in hotel seemed dated. Went to room noticed stains on comforter stains on carpet but didnt care was exhausted . Took shower pulled back sheets checked for bed bugs none that I saw. Feel asleep woke up in morning took shower walk from shower to foot of bed and had 6 or 8 fleas on my feet . Totally discussed grabbed all my luggage luckily I didnt set anything on the floor when I got there and went to the bathroom on the non carpeted floor took another shower to wash off the larger number of fleas got dressed and went to check out and there was noone working rhe desk so I couldnt complain . Just left my keys and walked out had to go to my business meeting. The stay was horrible with the fleas I travel alot and will not stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Somehow, my reservation that I paid for was cancelled. I made it here at 1am with my 10 year old son and there wasn’t a room for us. There are no rooms with 90 minutes to us either. Now we have to sleep in our vehicle. Very upset and I don’t know how something like this happens. I fully paid for this weeks ago and now there is nothing. This left me and my 10 year old son stranded in a town we have never been in and in a state where I’m not from. Extremely upset and don’t know what to do

Overall, this was a terrible experience. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the first room we were assigned to smelled like a dog had lived there for a long time. Room did not lock and when asked to change rooms we were told the only other room was the room that smelled like dog I previously mentioned. There was noticeable mold in the comforter and in the shower. When we asked for extra sheets they didn't come. Our other room also didn't have a lock. We asked for two queens and got a king. Staff was friendly enough but my God don't stay here

I was very unhappy with the establishment and staff! I did not stay at the hotel and got a different one because of the poor cleanliness, lack of AC and how poorly the staffed treated us. I will never be going back to a sleep inn and suits hotel. I would very much love a refund.

Expensive & Nasty!
I walked through the front door and immediately smelled weed in the front lobby! Walked to my room and was nasty smelled like smoke. Most ghetto hotel for $140 a night! Ridiculous! I ended up not staying there and losing my money I spent! This hotel shouldn’t be this expensive! Definitely a easy 2 star Hotel!

I arrived here at 1am, having called and confirmed that the late arrival would be received.
When I arrived and got my key, the room was entirely unmade- in the same state as the last guest left it.
Immediately informed the front desk, who told me that the were no other room options. So here I am at 1:15 am, chatting down Expedia to get refunded while also needing now to find a place for the night.

This place was revolting. Full of shady people, hanging out in the hallways and in the parking lot. Constant police sirens.
Our room smelt like mold. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was filthy and there were stains all over the walls.
We actually left without even staying the night because it was so unpleasant and we felt unsafe.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. There was no hot water, roaches in the room, holes in the wall, the bathroom was dirty. No housekeeping came during our stay. The night shift lady was no where to be found for hours. When brought to another employee’s attention she said she was probably getting high. We also had to pay $100 in extra fees.

As soon as you walked in the smell hit you.
The lobby floor was dirty.
You could see a room off the front desk with broken lamps and such piled up.
We went in to our room and there was something all over the bedside table. I went back to the desk to ask for cleaning supplies and two women came up and recleaned all the surfaces.
We had to ask for a remote for the tv.
I told my husband not to walk barefoot.
The water in the shower smelled terrible.
The breakfast was not good - powdered eggs and no butter for the toast.
When we left and got in the car we could still smell the place on us. When we got to our destination I washed all our clothes.
Disgusting place. I definitely would not recommend staying there.

It was dirty, there was the air dryer unplugged with all wires sticking out next to the sink. Very hazardous. Very loud with people screaming all night long next door. I left after 4 hours. Impossible to stay. Should get full refund

Beside the filth, the place was a complete fire hazard. The plug behind the bed was pulled away from the wall and had exposed wires. The hair dryer did not work. When I plugged it in the wall, the plug fell apart in my hand -another fire hazard. The clerk could not help me with a replacement hair dryer, so I went to an extremely important meeting without being able to adequately dry/style my hair. This was a replacement room. The first room had a door that would not lock from the outside, so my belongings were not secure if I left the room. The night clerk was very helpful, but the day clerk was obviously frustrated and was rude.

Took over 30 minutes to get checked in. When arriving at room the smell off smoke was horrible took another 30 minutes too get another room .After a couple of hours In room began to smell an awful smell coming from the heat and cooling system. Could not find anyone to check so i took the unit filters out and they were completely stopped up so i cleaned them and put back.after about and hour smells got better All afternoon and up to 1am persons overhead kept making loud noises and stomping feet so at 1:15 am we packed up and left.worst results ever had will never go back. Should be refunded.

The location was fine, and the staff were friendly.
However, the surroundings of the property were dirty, felt unsafe in the evening due to the kind of people in parking lot.
Worst however were the following:
1. The shower had no hot water except a few minutes and then changed again to cold water for rest of shower
2. The hair dryer was hung on a device held up by a loose screw that came out easily. This is a health hazard--the dryer could easily fall into the sink, which could cause electrocution.
3. The shower door did not close completely, resulting in water on the floor
4. The TV remote did not work, even when the batteries were changed. TV could not be used.
5. The Shower door had mold on it.
6. The Air conditioner did not work properly--it took a couple of hours for it to get to the requested temperature; the room usually felt humid as well.
7. The breakfast--items were constantly missing, such as the milk, the bananas, the butter, and I had to ask for them specially.
The staff taking care of the breakfast items was a very nice lady who was very cooperative.
My mother, Gisela Werner, and I stayed 2 nights. Due to all the problems resulting in a very uncomfortable stay, we request a refund of 1 night's stay.

When entering the front entry, the smell was terrible, the smell of drugs through the hallways almost takes your breath away. Upon entering the room, the floor carpet was filthy, afraid to take shoes off, the desk chair, also the chair for sitting was filthy and spotted up, afraid to sit in it. Skirting around the bed was filthy. Looks like it has never been cleaned since the hotel has been in operation. Bathroom was decent. 1st impression is last impression. Will never stay at this motel again.

We were put in a non smoking room but our room smelled of someone smoking plus someone felt the need to get high so that was a smell. The room was nasty. Just glad we were not there long. I sprayed down the bed I didn’t trust it. Almost left the hotel never again!

The location was great however upon arrival and check-in after dinner, The guest above me was running and knocking over things in the room .I went to the front desk twice to complain no action was taken. Nightmare!!
Was not able to check in because hotel.com agent said it was pet friendly but when we arrived to check in the desk clerk said we would not be able to have the dogs in our rooms while attending my Son’s funeral service and we would have to find other accommodations!!! So we were not able to check in and had to try and find another hotel immediately which would it ended up being a Hampton Inn in the same town. So now I have a claim in on the insurance . Just all around terrible service at a such a difficult time. They we even told the dogs would be in kennels in the room when we were at the service and not roaming loose in the room. They said no they will have to leave with you. Just awful Hampton Inn was very accommodating and said under this situation there would not be a problem

Was not allowed to check in early at all. Pool was pad locked. Room was dirty and had visible repairs. Lamps with no bulbs or burnt out light bulbs. Breakfast was bagel or waffle. No juice/ water. No coffee cups, no knife to cut waffle. Only good part of stay was the clerk working 3-11 shift.

From the entire area surrounding it smelling like marijuana and cigarettes, the unkempt people that hung around the property, the horrible selection for breakfast (waffles and sausage), the air conditioning that BARELY worked, the stuffy smelling room, and the filthy bathroom, it was a very poor stay. The only nice thing was the lady who checked me in, she was very friendly.

This honestly the worst hotel ive ever stayed at i booked 2 nights barely stayed one had roaches in the room door was broken didnt have to use key card to come in the room the dead bolt on door was broke door didnt lock at all i was on 3rd floor room 304 hookers walk up and down the hallways all time's of the night will never ever stay at this place ever again worst experience and i stay in a hotel alot and thats saying someone so beware you've been warned this has happened to my friends who had 2 other rooms rented on 3rd floor same nights as me July 22nd , 23rd -2022 .thank you for your time definitely read up on this hotel before booking your room.

Do not waste your money
I checked into the hotel at 4 pm; the room smelled like smoke even though there were no smoking signs around the hotel. The bathroom shower was moldy, and there was used soap in the shower. (gross) The bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. There was white powde2r on the dresser by TV and all behind the dresser. AC did not cool. I went to try to get my money back and leave, but they offered me another room. That room smelled like smoke, and a washcloth was tied over the smoke alarm. The TV did not work, and the shower was still moldy. The pool is closed due to not being safe for swimmers (per Sign)—92 dollars a night for filth and no swimming pool. Morning breakfast was a joke as well. The juice machine had watered down juice, and the food was terrible; in the corner of the food area were old TVs, mattresses, and furniture.

We did not receive the room we booked through you. We were given a smaller room. Toilet seat was falling off. Wasn't clean carpet was damp ,soft spots in the floor, beds were hard. The staff was not friendly except for the lady that checked us out Sunday morning.

The front office staff was very friendly!
Our issue with this stay is that when we were getting into bed, my boyfriend found a roach crawling in the sheets. We left immediately and placed the key in the express checkout box, as there was no one at the front desk to inform of the issue. We did not spend the night.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in an hotel. The room was dirty and filled with the scent of cigarettes. There was no cups for coffee,so I asked the front desk where I can get cups and he told me i don't work in dining without looking at me. To make matters worse i told another worker about my displeasure and they left my room dirty. I have pictures that I am going to post on Facebook to see if others had the same experience

I booked this stay for my mom. She works locally at a skilled nursing facility and was scheduled to work many nights in a row. I thought it would be nice to have a quiet place to rest in the daytime for her so I chose this hotel for her so she could sleep peacefully during the day. The night she checked in she explained to the desk personnel that she had a five night stay that was two separate reservations. They assured her there was no problem and she could remain in the same room. The next morning she was extremely disturbed by the housekeeping staff and forced to prove she had a five night booking by going to the front desk. One of the hotel staff stated that her credit card was declined and that was shy she had to leave. This is nonsense as I booked the room and my credit card is very valid. When the front desk personnel checked the computer, they noted that my mother was correct. She, unfortunately was not able to resume her sleep and subsequently had to go to work less than rested. As she was leaving for work that afternoon, the hotel manager inquired about the incident and told my mother that she should have made sure there was a note in the computer regarding the multiple nights with multiple bookings. I find this to be deplorable. There was a conversation and an assurance given at check in that this would not be any issue. This was a failure of communication within the hotel staff. There was no reason for the manager to blame that lack of communication on my mother

Instead of being greeted with "Hi, how can I help you", it was in an annoyed voice, "do you have a reservation?" We were told that there was no breakfast even though the web site said there was. The whole hotel looked tired, lots of spackel all over the walls covering holes. The blow dryer in our room had a broken plug in. We were just really disappointed that the pictures and amenities on the web site did not match the facility at all.

Horrible. They had a $20/night pet fee that they freely admitted was not disclosed on their website. Check-in took forever by an unfriendly clerk. First key they gave me didn’t work. No coffee or juice at the breakfast, which was awful. Place was a construction zone, including right outside my room, equipment everywhere and loud and dangerous. Carpet pulled up right outside my room to trip you. Very little hot water. Stay somewhere else.

I didn't stay at the property since it was absolutely filthy.
I walked in and the receptionist was nowhere to be found and i waited 20 min while she was out walking dogs on her break. They are understaffed and the hallways are filthy and the floors in the rooms are as well. I looked at a room before booking and decided against staying.
The walls have repaired plaster showing etc., and just a mess for what they charge for rooms. Do yourself a favor and remove this property from your website, you'll thank me.
