This was a mama getaway trip for me. The hotel owners could invest in a quieter heating system. I didn't sleep well the first night. It sounded like someone was breaking in each time the heating system chipped in. I planned on spending most of my time watching Netflix. The TV was not a smart TV so I had to use my phone. Other than those two flaws, everything else was great. The staff members were absolutely amazing. They take a lot of pride in their work.

Large and spacious suite! Had 2 rooms with 3 beds, great for families. Hotel is clean, front dest staff friendly. Breakfast needs some improvement, not many choices, food okay, it is closes exactly at stated time, and not much things left if you come 20 mins before they close breakfast. Location very convenient and 5-7 mins walks to famous Greenville waterfall, enjoyed it!!!

Great value for the rate. Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Solid amenities including a well equipped gym. Multiple restaurants, bars and things to see and do nearby.

We love this area! This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to downtown, close to restaurants and very walkable which we really like. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic - the carpet was a little dirty, but everything else was great. Can't wait for our next visit!

This hotel is super dog friendly. This is the first time we traveled with our dogs and this hotel was the perfect place for it. Check in was quick and easy, the entire staff was above friendly and so nice to us and our dogs. The room was very large and spacious. We had never stayed in a Homewood Suites before and will be staying at them from now on. Just want to say again, thank you to the entire staff for being so friendly and kind!

Overall, the stay was comfortable. We loved our spacious room, the fitness center, and breakfast.
When initially making the hotel reservation, I requested a late check-out. During our stay, we asked the blonde front desk lady if they’d be able to honor the late check-out request. Instead of simply saying no, she said we did not request it, and there’s no way we could’ve requested a late check-out because we booked through Expedia (hotels.com). I reviewed my reservation again and saw the late check-out request. I’m not one to argue, so after she answered the question, I said thank you and carried on with my day. Oddly enough, housekeeping knocked and attempted to open our room door 4 times between 10:30am and 11am. Check out was at 11am, and that’s when we left.
Outside of that, it was a fantastic hotel stay.

Our room was overlooking the vents on the roof . I have stayed here before and the views are usually not like this room. I felt like because I booked it thru Expedia , they gave me a step down than usual! . This was a Sun night . There’s many other rooms available.

Appreciated having a laundry room while other Hiltons don’t offer the same. Loved having the privacy of a bedroom separate from living room and kitchen. AC did not cool the bedroom. :( Otherwise loved it.

Nice getaway.
Good location. Across the street from the ballpark. Saltwater pool was refreshing. The nreakfast was prettu good. They have cereal, wafles, fruuit, breads to toast, yogurt. One morning it was breakfast potatoes, smoked sausage and premade egg omletes (I wasnt a fan of those). The Wednesday happy hour could be taken up a notch. It was beer, wine, cheese cubes and chicken noodle soup. The room was great, Walk to Smoke on the water and have a great dinner.

Staff was fantastic! Love this hotel! Literally across the street from Fluor Field, we stayed here for Greenville Drive baseball game. Room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. Although near the elevators, it was quiet. Plenty of gated parking.

Loved this Hilton! Wonderful staff, great location, easy walk to beautiful River Walk with coffee, ice cream, bakery and BBQ along the way! Everyone was friendly and we were able to bring our dog to breakfast with us every morning!! So much fun.

We booked and paid more for a room with a view of the Fluor Field Baseball Park. We were placed in a room with a view of the car park and service area of the hotel (room 424). When I explained the situation to the front desk agent she said that there is nothing that they could do. Not a partial refund or anything. Expedia contacted the property general manager and again they said that nothing could be done. Very dishonest and not helpful team working in that property…

This will be the only hotel we use when staying in Greenville, SC. The proximity to Liberty Bridge is amazing. This hotel is literally down the street from cute shops and restaurants. We parked our car and didn’t use it again until check-out.

Nice hotel but overbooked the rooms.
The hotel was wonderful. When we arrived they did not have the room that we reserved available. They were overbooked and we had to wait 20 minutes until they were able to find a room to accommodate our needs. The people at the front desk were pleasant and worked hard to find us something. They did and the room was nice. The breakfast was good but they ran out of most things around 9:30am so get there early. Also, I felt like the woman that was running the breakfast area needed help. One person doing everything can be challenging although she was working hard and trying to help everyone. The location was great, if you want to explore the town!

This hotel really did live up to its rating on the Expedia site - and then some! I had a moment of dread when I thought I must have misread the total charges when I booked my room online, because it looked like such a high-end, expensive hotel when I arrived. The location made it all the better and I will definitely be back! Do not hesitate to book your next stay at this hotel- I am staying at a similarly priced room in Gainesville, GA and, after having stayed at this hotel in Greenville, I was spoiled! The Gainsville hotel had the same rating, but the differences are stark!

I'd stay again
The suite was nice and well equipped. Booking for 5 people, had 3 towels and rags, had to ask for more and soap, which were provided. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking is attached garage. Very close to so many things in downtown. Breakfast was quite good from what i recall hotel breakfast to be. Check in was super quick, check out even faster.

Hotel was on a good location near some restaurants but the lady who did check in did not once look at me when speaking to me. I found that unprofessional. The room wasn't clean the best and both my son and I got allergies the minute we went in the room. Also the breakfast was poorly done. Greasy sausages, cold eggs and tater tots that were not fresh, probably made in a microwave and served.

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at this property! Great downtown location with awesome view of Fluor Field. Easy onsite self-parking. The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was perfect for our family. The main bedroom had a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and second bedroom had two queen beds. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The customer service was superb. Every single solitary staff member that saw me asked if I was enjoying my stay and responded with an action step if I did not respond in a positive manner.
Park your cars!! Several great restaurants are just downstairs. If you want to go further, there is a FREE trolley stop just behind the parking lot that will take you to other places further up the main street. (Only available at the end of the week though).
The only downside is that the breakfast options weren't really to our liking, but the service made up for the lack of variety. However, it's free.. so there really isn't a need to complain. And there are several other unique breakfast options within a mile of the hotel.
Would I visit this hotel again? Already scheduled another reservation.

The staff didn’t care about their guests smoking weed in the parking garage that’s restricted only to guests.
The hotel doors were propped open because you need a key card to enter the hotel, and some of the guests had a big family get together which everyone there wasn’t staying at the hotel. Kids were running down the halls, parents smoking weed in the garage, all secured doors were opened up to the world.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
It is a beautiful hotel in a great location that is walkable to shopping, restaurants, Fall Reedy Park and the river walk. We were there on a cold rainy day but we still walked around and enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was great and so was the view of the city from the room.

Its a dog motel the room across from mine had 5 pit bulls. They barked all night. Who allows this.Then our AC/Heat units stopped working we suffered that night so we reported it went out the next day when we came back that evening no one had came to fix it. Suffered again that night woke up the next morning to the sound of a kennel off barking dogs. Lesson learned we are done.

Hotel was nice and parking was easy. Someone had used the toilet in our room and didn’t flush before we checked in. Linens were not great as one of the “blankets” were a mattress pad/dust ruffle combo. And the top blanket felt like a curtain.

Nice Hotel and Great Location...Mediocre Room
The hotel itself is very nice and the location is great. Our room though left a lot to be desired. Upon walking in I noticed lots of hairs in the sink area and in the bathroom (on the floors, in the shower, stuck to the towels). The tissues and toilet paper were almost empty and there were no extras in the room. The shower pressure was non-existent. There was dripping and/or pipes banging in the bathroom which kept us awake all night.

The facility was beautiful, the breakfast was accommodating to many areas, the staff were very friendly and comforting, the room was excellent except the a/c unit never shutoff when the temperature was met by the thermostat, it was actually annoying to hear the fan just run and run all night long, I would have thought being a brand new building the appliances would be the latest and greatest, if the A/C unit runs all the time , times(x) the number of rooms doesn’t that cost create a negative for being efficient, anyway it bothered us every night, the only negative!
