The breakfast was nicer than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hallway noise and people walking above our room were loud at times. It sometimes sounded like someone was trying to unlock our door and get in. Had some trouble with room key working, and had to insert key card 3-4 times before it worked, but nothing major (probably due to us inserting and removing the card either too quickly or too slowly 😄.

The area around the property had prostitutes and a homeless camp which made my girlfriend and I feel extremely uncomfortable.

There is no service practically, the amenities in the room were non-working and was never fixed even on repeated requests. Breakfast if runs out before the scheduled time frame, those are not replenished. Late comers are deprived of breakfast.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It was very noisy my first night. The room didn’t have any towels and neither of my keys worked at first. Pretty poor first impression but the second night was better. Fresh towels on day 2 but bed wasn’t made. Seemed like inconsistent service

Good borderline great room for price
1st this is a rating comparable to other motels in it's price range under 100$ a night, not to more expensive motels which I've also stayed in. The room was clean and relatively up to date. Floor vacuumed with no noticeable dust or dirt in the corners. Bathroom clean no mold on the curtain or shower area for which I have found in other motels of this price. Reason for 3 is that when I first walked in there was a strong musty smell of wetness and could tell the room had not been used for some time. It was late I didn't feel like changing rooms and the windows opened, so i opened and aired it out. 20 min. it wasn't noticeable. Come to find out the smell came from the bathroom sink which hadn't been used and believe dried P trap. After using it several times the smell was gone. Bed was firm, but comfortable with adequate pillows and bedding.

Paid online Korean lady still charged us $100 bucks extra. Druggies all over the property, "women of the night" outside across the street, beware of this place, Unsafe.

First, when we arrived I learned that two rooms had been reserved by Expedia (and charged to me). I wrote to Expedia immediately when the website said I must sign in to reserve our room. You took money without signing in and then once I signed in. Please address this issue and remove the duplicate charge.
Unsafe because at 2AM, the stranger in the room next to us started pounding on the adjoining room door. He had unlocked the door from his side, was pounding on our door and was threatening to break down the door and then break everything in the room while pounding on the door. Nobody was available at the front desk (at first) so we called the police. On second attempt at the front desk - staff came up and threw them out. We had to call, yet again, to the front desk to learn what the outcome of her interaction with these violent people was. 2 1/2 hours later the police returned our call.

decent room not great location
Customer service friendly, room clean and decent, however very sketchy activity going on across the street and transient sleeping in the small parking garage which made us uncomfortable. Our bed was on this metal box that sounded like someone kicking a metal filing cabinet everytime we got out of it.

Breakfast was nice, but the people staying here were very scary. We had an intoxicated man outside our door asking us to come out and fight him for hours, while we were in our room. We notified the front desk and then he was back at our door an hour later. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the conversations of people on both sides of us.

Property was averagely clean, room not too bad but everything was outdated. The worst part of this stay was the surrounding areas, across the street there was a spot with prostitutes in a corner both day and night along with questionable individuals, felt unsafe. I'm not sure if this is the experience everywhere in Seattle or just this area. This has been the ugliest but most expensive hotel I've stayed at. Definitely would've payed more regardless to stay in a safer area

Do not stay here!
Absolutely horrible! We stayed for three days and our room was not cleaned one time. The whole hotel is rundown and needs to be shut down. Our room was a complete dump. Look at the pics below. Will never stay here again 😡

Nice 2-3 star hotel
Rooms were very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were okay, some were a bit lumpy, but there were 4/bed, so it worked. Breakfast items did not change from day to day, and were minimal, so could improve here. Area where this hotel is located is okay, and we felt safe, but there were "ladies" on the street corner across from hotel, that did not help with the location being a good one, but it was close to where we wanted to be, and parking was free, and we always found a spot to park. Overall, I would probably stay here again. View from our room was of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier, so if you can get a room on the South side of the building, that would be recommended.

This was not a safe area. There was homeless living in tents in the surrounding area. I witnessed a drug deal in the hotel's garage. There was a hooker staying at the hotel and picking up her clients on the main street in front of the hotel.

This is a strange hotel. There is almost no parking, but there are two parking garages. It would be fine except for the stack of old mattresses in one of the garages. There is junk in the gym and fingerprints all over the elevators.

Don’t stay here, the amount per night is decent, but NOT worth it. The room wasn’t even finished being cleaned. The floors were still wet, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets were filthy. It’s like they didn’t even go in to clean. It’s extremely unsafe. The people next door were fighting, verbally and physically. They deactivated the key cards to go in to the room. This was a horrible experience, there are way better hotels than this.

Staff Danielle was great! Helped us with anything. Room is clean but outdated. Bed was comfy. Area around the hotel is rundown and less desirable than some areas. All in all for the price it was a good deal. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage etc..

The neighborhood is unsafe lots of homeless and prostitution in the neighborhood. It was sad to see and not a place I would recommend to anyone. The hotel staff was nice the hotel is super outdated. Don’t stay here especially if you have a family. The gym is not open one of the reason I reserve hotels because the gym but it was not operational. They had a bunch of old mattresses in the parking lot making it look more run down than it already is. Prayers for this neighborhood and people 🙏

Pros: Check in was easy. cameras in all the parking areas. room was roomy. beds were so comfy. clean. breakfast was decent. In the area could walk to an asian market, hobby lobby, pet smart, and home sense. and a couple of restaurants.
Cons: limited seating at breakfast. in the area -
hookers/homeless people across the street at night.

The hotel was good! Nothing fancy, and the breakfast wasn't great, but overall it was good! I'm not sure about the neighborhood and the girls on the corner, the homeless, etc but stay was good and nothing happened to the car.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are old and in need of refurbishment. We walked in to a large stain on the carpet. The kitchen was old, and dirty, with messy drawers containing food particles. Lamp shades have holes. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, although small was clean. Ladies of the night are plentiful on the street outside and you see them picked up all evening. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of how old, dated and in need of repair it is.

The staff was absolutely amazing,but the Hotel is very ran down. The cleaning person never made our beds and only dumped trash. There were railings in the hallway and you could hear all through the walls. This place needs an upgrade for sure.

There were no outlets for electronics, the safety grab bar in the shower was not properly attached, The showerhead was not properly maintained, there was no visibly handicap parking instead these spots were reserved for special guests.

An unexpected turn
The staff here went out of their way to take care of us. I had accidentally left something in the refrigerator in our room when we checked out. I called about it a little later and they went to our old room, got it, and took it down to the lobby so that when I made it back there they were able to just hand it to me. This was just one example of how they took care of us.

First of all, the staff was super excellent. They were helpful, pleasant to talk to, and A . The breakfast was great too.
The Comfort Inn facilities we're cleaner than expected and I did a great job in a difficult situation. Comfort Inn was excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to stay at a Comfort Inn again...except here.
What was disappoint was the prostitution occurring on Aurora Avenue and it proliferating into the hotel. I don't know that I would consider this a Comfort Inn issue as much as a Seattle appears to be welcoming this.

Perfect for our needs
The suite with kitchenette and sofa bed was perfect for our needs and conveniently located for our purposes also. Some of the furniture was tired and old, but the king bed was very comfortable and the shower water was nice and hot. Would be good to have some coat hooks by the entry door especially in the winter months.

Aurora looks better from Comfort Suites
Needs some updating and a bit more attention to the bath tub and around the toilet but other than that it was great,

I want my full refund as I did not even check in. Witness several prostitution activities while waiting in the lobby. Plus, I have mobility issues which they did not have handicap parking accessibility near their entrance. Parking from area very dark in a very unsafe neighborhood. I expect my full refund for this reservation.

This hotel was great for the price, free parking & free breakfast. It's hard to find a decently prices hotel with free parking & breakfast in Seattle. The staff was also very friendly & accommodating. I will say that the area around the hotel seems pretty sketchy. There was always a car parked outside the hotel every night that seemed to be selling drugs to passers by & the walls of the hotel are VERY thin. It also seemed like there was always some kind of party going down in the rooms around us around 2 a.m. It was a great hotel but you may feel a little uncomfortable at times.

Our hotel room was great, it was a king suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Unfortunately our room had 2 heaters/coolers, both of which did not work. The maintenance manager came and fixed it, but then they stopped working again after 10 minutes and we did not want to have him come back again. So we had no heat during our whole stay. When we mentioned this upon checking out, the man at the desk simply told us it's an old building so it happens.. no apology and no offer of compensation unfortunately.
Walls were a bit thin so we heard everything our next door neighbor was doing at 2-3am unfortunately. The area was alright, fairly safe and accessible and close to the highway. But there was some activity across the street involving women being picked up by cars, visible right from our window.
Overall the price point was good and our experience was okay, however we likely wouldn't return to this one.

A prostitution ring was happening right in the parking lot and street right outside the hotel. Even first thing in the morning there were hookers and pimps hanging around hotel parking lot. Service at hotel itself was ok

Poor service
No one was at the check-in desk upon arrival. The room I reserved was handicapped but was informed it was not available because the customer decided to stay another day. I was there for a significant orthopedic surgery for my daughter which required multiple showers. The bathroom was not handicapped accessible.
