Parking poorly marked for hotel visitors. Discontinued valet parking. Hotel lobby at opposite end of the complex and not well marked. Have to walk through Casino to get to it. Staff dressed like fashion freaks and don’t explain a thing. Room was not cleaned or towels replaced (Desk said upon exit I had to “ask”. I said I never heard of such a stupid thing and woman said “That’s the Hotel Policy - not mine”. The added resort fee is a scam. I asked what it is for - Answer: the free parking (which is always free for anyone, all the the time, anyway), the coffee machine (!) and the Gym. There is even a Curt sign in the bathroom indicating they will charge you per plastic bottle of shampoo or soap if you take it home! After all this, I called Expedia the second day to cancel the third night and neither they nor the Hotel could explain how the refund works - I am STILL WAITING two days later!

Casino, Regal movie theatre, multiple restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated - off the chain unique and high end look. Not sure if it’s because I booked same-day but my room was only $107 - five star decor…each room different with custom one of a kind art and unique design. Customer service beyond amazing. So clean. Everywhere. No smoky smell so I cannot tell if they allow smoking - but I don’t see any. Just all around fantastic experience.

first thing when you walk in the room is moist. Very moist. The windows had so much condensation coming off them there were puddles on the floor. Putting the heat on made it worse. And I got stuffed up right away because there is such a built up dust resuivior under the back of the bed. In the morning when the sun was coming through the windows I could actually see how much dust there was in the air. So much that I could pick hair out of the air with my fingers. The air purifier is full of dust. And I also suspect that the open ledge around the ceiling is full of dust. Dust is dirt, bits and pieces that have fallen off all the previous guests that have stayed in the room and the microorganisms that eat that. That was what I was breathing in. I've worked housekeeping and I know it's a thankless job. That being said, I booked a room at a luxury hotel and was in one of these "stay well" rooms. I wasn't able to get any sleep and decided to have a coffee. After I drank it I got sick and that's because the creamers were expired. WompWom

Nice size casino to take young children to. Went bowling, watched a movie. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only downfall was the movie theatre was pretty messy and it was way overpriced for popcorn and snacks (like every theatre)

Football Playoffs
After reading reviews on here - I was hesitant on a few things like parking and finding the hotel. I have no complaints - parking was fine, free and plenty of spots, easy to find the hotel lobby, just follow the signs. Hotel room very clean, beautiful bathroom. Check in was quick and easy and lots of choices to eat. Can hear people in other rooms but no worse than any other hotel that I have stayed at. My husband loved the complimentary ear plugs!!

Terrible experience from the parking to the check out! Difficult to find the hotel vs. the casino especially when traveling with someone under the age of 21! There is no hotel entrance from the outside so you have to walk through the casino to find the hotel which you can't do when traveling with a child because it's blocked off for under 21- very poorly designed. Now for the room - walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next rooms/hallways (and I mean EVERYTHING) which is why they provide earplugs and a noise machine on your night stand which didn't help. Sketchy people hiring all kinds of "entertainment " next door. We asked for a room change but hotel would not accomodate us. We were there because it was in close proximity to the horse show in town - really bad choice! I will never stay there again and do not recommend!!

Lovely small hotel/casino!
I didn’t have many expectations prior to visiting since I was staying here for necessity and not a vacation, but was really pleased with my time at the MGM! The property is small compared to a Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods, but still had everything you want and need. Well, an indoor pool would be nice, but otherwise the food options were plentiful, the bowling was a cool and fun feature, and although we didn’t see a movie, it’s very neat that there’s one right there on premise. The property was super easy to navigate, clean and friendly. I would most definitely return!

We have been to Las Vegas several times so there is no comparison. I would have liked a fan in the bathroom & also A chair in the shower or bathroom as I am older & it would have been helpful for me .The walk from the parking lot to the front desk is inconvient.The food was not great in the Tap & Wallburgers.

First Time Visitor
This was my first visit and I enjoyed it. The mattress was too hard for me personally but the eloquent bathroom and setting in the room made up. I don’t really stay at expensive hotels but this one I’m really feeling the need to go again. The usage of the elevator really put my mind at ease I never saw that before, it made me feel very safe considering it’s attached to a casino.

We had a beautiful view of the city but our windows were absolutely filthy. We were hoping to take pictures but couldn’t get any without the dirt and film on the windows showing up. Also, we had a room with an adjoining door and our neighbors were unbelievably loud. We were going to call down to the desk to complain but based on the conversations we could very plainly hear, I think that might have made the situation even worse. The possibility of an adjoining door where sound can easily carry through should really be listed in the room descriptions especially in the Stay Well rooms.

Visited for a long weekend to visit museums and see Brit Floyd at Symphony Hall. Rooms were super comfortable, food in hotel was good ate at TAP and food court. Gaming was fun. Bowled one night too and enjoyed as well.

The rooms are decorated, and laid out well. Not large rooms, but comfortable. The hotel, bar and restaurant staff were excellent! The casino security could do with some personality and courtesy lessons. Not one agent would smile or could be bothered to interrupt their personal conversations to respond to a simple question, or to return a simple "Good morning" with a smile or even acknowledgment. I would stay here again. It was overall a good experience.

The hotel is within the Casino. It was little confused to find the hotel entrance. The rooms were quiet, clean, well decorated. Air was fresh inside. Facilities inside were in new condition. Only one drawback was that the self paring lot not that clean.

Hard to find entrance
Once in the room, it was fine and a bit funky, in a good way. But there are no clear signs for the entrance of the Hotel and it was difficult to find a place to unload and park. The casino is the main draw for most, we just needed a place to sleep on a long drive.

The main issue is checking in to hotel…no signs for check in or parking. If you like circling the block looking for an entrance this is the place to go. Had to resort to stopping and asking a private parking attendant how to find check in. It is a casino first and a hotel far behind. Nice location but not guest friendly. Suggest they put an online checkin process on their web site. Saves time gas and frustration for first timers.

If you want a simple hotel, skip this
I had booked this hotel as it was close to some museums which we planned to see and also because it was centrally located in town. I didn't really appreciate that this is a full-blown Las Vegas style casino with an attached hotel. That's mostly on me I guess, but just be aware. If you are seeking a place to stay and play slots or table games, this may be ideal. If you are just looking for a straight up hotel, this may not be your best choice.
The room itself was nice and spacious. We both liked the shower set-up a lot also. And it was quiet despite being downtown and connected to a casino.
Parking was somewhat of an issue. They have an enormous 7-story parking garage. When we came back from dinner around 7 p.m. on a Sunday night, there were no spaces on levels 1 - 5 and only a few on level 6. Luckily they do have space-available indicators on each level to assist with whether to go hunting there. I think parking was free, though there was some sort of 'resort fee' that may partially be for parking (?). It was really crowded in the evening (but deserted in the morning). You then have to walk a ways to the elevator, ride that down, and hike by the entire gaming floor to get to the hotel lobby. It makes any trip out of the hotel a significant event (probably by design).
We were looking for a place to get breakfast before we checked out. The website failed to mention it, but the front desk told about a food court that had breakfast.

MGM has done an amazing job capturing the modern take on Springfield's industrial past. Every touch was considered. The carpet has Springfield bus and train tickets. The rooms feel perfectly 1890's. The bars each have unique historic artifacts. Dr. Seuss's house boards?! It was a really nice way to spend the weekend.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the entrance by Jennifer from guest services, and she was pleasant and very informative! She made us feel welcomed immediately! Then at check in( front desk) we met Quennell. This young lady knows her job and loves it! Very professional! We then spent time over at the sportsbook bar and met bartenders Michael and Samantha who were also very professional and both had a very welcoming personality! Later in the night we met Omar from guest services! What a joy it was to meet him! You are so lucky to have him, and kudos to your company for recognizing such great talent.
After check out we stopped into Tap and this is where we met Taylor! You very fortunate to have someone with her personality on board! Very knowledgeable on the menu, and extremely professional!
She suggested the chili sauce wings, and until they arrived we thought your shower was the best thing on the property!
Funny story on that...we met a guy at the big E and he heard we were staying with you, and he said " wait till you get in that shower!" It was pretty awesome, and the room was excellent! Keep up the good work guys! You knocked it out the park!

Systems we’re down so some machines were out of order but it was still a great time. The music in the club was great - we danced like crazy, played slots and roulette. The bar vibe was cool too right at the casino floor w/ lots of tvs. My only critique is I wish there were late night fast food options like jersey mikes or just something quick…

The property is very large. It seems safe and secure. Our rooms were not cleaned during the day. Towels and conveniences were not replenished without being asked for. I was quite surprised by the lack of care for the rooms given the prices and that this is generally a standard service.

I loved the hotel and my room. Very cool, very comfortable. The only issue I had was that after a show at the convention center (right down the block), only one of the four or five restaurants that are part of the complex was still open, and so of course it was mobbed.
