The hotel smelled like wet dogs like it was more of a pet hotel than a hotel. Room as well smelled of dog as well and my wife is asthmatic so not good!

Pool was nice & room size was great with couch to sit on besides the beds. We got a late night meal from the hotel restaurant after a hockey game which was convenient. The only negative was the water softener made it difficult to wash off soap in the shower. We also got takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings across the street which is open until midnight.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! My only comment about the room is that it seemed to lack enough lighting. The window was north facing. In the mornings and evenings, it was hard to get enough light.

Hotel was okay, parking is a major issue!!! Very limited and if they have an event they will block parking for event guests which leaves PAYING hotel guests struggling to find parking. And if you park in the lot next door they will tow you. Room was good, nothing special. Rust at the bottom of the shower but other than that good as expected. Probably would not stay here again.

Clean; Comfortable, But Over-worked Staff
Beds and pillows were especially comfortable—- love feather pillows vs stiff foam rubber or poly-stuffed ones. Room was clean, basic —- nothing outstanding. Awful view of State Road—- Employees were very friendly and accommodating—- unfortunately, this hotel is under—staffed. Workers hurry-around and appear under stress—- we wanted to order something light for dinner— but decided against that—- bc a medium—size group of employees/cohorts were ahead of us and we were told it could be up to an hour or more before we could be served. Bar tender did an excellent job trying to keep up with patrons on a busy Friday night

The hotel personal were very polite and always smiling. They were genuinely nice and smiling, like they actually liked there jobs. in today's normal operations of life this is a rarity trust me. the property is centrally located to get to all types of locations and has nice walk pathes.

I did not like not having a nice restaurant, nor bar. The staff in restaurant should be relieved of their duties. The manager is rude, the "chef" or warm up person (on duty Saturday 6/11 early shift)should be fired Hateful and don't bother me with what you really want attitude, the sit in dining room and talk on his phone for 30 min. Food was disgusting.

For two adult guest one bar face soap and bath soap smaller than the palm of my hands to last us 4 days along with 1oz conditioner, shampoo and lotion. No daily housekeeping or towels. Have to ask each time you need towels. No robes, no water in refrigerator. The buffet is not really buffet breakfast. But sit and order one meal. Only good thing during my stay was the voucher for $10 for breakfast that we were able to use the entire time. Would not visit or recommend.

Overall a good stay. Started off a little rocky. Initial room was unacceptable with very filthy lounge chair and bad reception. Requested another room and this was honored. Eventless stay after that. Convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants, and highway.

Comfortable and quiet stay in a generous sized room. Newer hotel (only a couple years old) with modern decor and furnishings. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Breakfast isn't included, however, there's a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly and helpful employees. Smooth check in process. Highly recommend.

Traffic by Hotel Will Keep You Up at Night
The staff is very nice and hotel is very clean, however its too close to the main road. Unfortunately for my family and I, we were staying in a room that faced out towards the road and the noise constantly woke us up in the middle of the night. Not really an issue with the hotel as much as it is with the location.

Nice hotel but $12.00 for breakfast, that was not that good, is ridiculous. That issue alone will keep us from staying there again. We like the convenience of having breakfast in the hotel when we are pressed for time with volleyball tournaments. We will be staying at hotels that offer complementary breakfast when we travel to Tampa.

Over all the hotel was clean and bright. Our room had a very "musty" smell, not sure if it was the carpet or the AC. The staff did there best to remedy the situation but only got a little better. The staff were friendly and helpful and were key in making the stay great . The location was perfect also with easy access to I 75 and 275. Perfect for the business traveler.

The location of the property was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was great! The room was perfect for our family of 4. The only thing that I reported was that the pull out couch did not have the sheets nor the top blanket in the room. We had to go down to the front desk to get the bedding as it was around 7:30pm when we realized the bedding wasn't in the room. Unfortunately we did not get the top blanket so we had to improvise with towels as blankets.

The one feature we really liked is the ability to completely blackout the room to sleep. The shade fit the window perfect...no flapping curtin showing light because of the ac unit. I guess it helped that the beds we super comfy too.
