Came back to room after being gone 7 hours (3:30)
Room not cleaned called desk said housekeeping there until 5 asked if they could come at 4:30 so we could get cleaned up
10 minutes later they came sent lady away told to come back at 4:30 left a bottle of water in room no mention of it not being free. Got charged at check out
House keeping did not restock our coffee and tea either

My room was dirty with trash on the floor when I walked in. My door got jammed on Saturday night. They opened it but it didn't solve the problem of being able to open the door. It kept getting jammed so very inconvenient. And i am sure this is unsolvable but the elevators are way to slow.

The property is very clean, the area is quiet. The staff was very nice at checkin. Our room is large enough and the bed comfortable period. It's just a few minutes walk to dining and shopping.

Room is so uncomfortable, fan is making noise. In the middle of the night we had to call front desk to come turn off the fan it was too much. Room is not that comfortable, the closet is while open no microwave in room.

Lots of walk to options. The Is property was unique with hip vibe. Lots of people with pets but the property was well kept and clean. No indication of animals other than seeing people with them.

I liked my stay here because the rooms were clean and newer and the property was quiet yesterday convenient to walk to Delray shops and restaurants. You will need a car bc to walk to the beach would be too far. I liked the pool and the pool bar as well. I think they should give you breakfast though for the price. The free coffee was a nice bonus.

I reserved a king bed but they couldn’t accommodate. Also there was a huge leak in the shower which I complained about for 2 days that they didn’t not fix. Also there is a lot of construction noise which u hear by the pool

Super fun and funky hotel, great location. The pool and patio areas are nice, the rooms and balcony are comfortable and everything is very clean. The gym facility is a great space to get your morning sweat on and the bar a great atmosphere to unwind and relax in the evening.

We've stayed at Aloft Delray in the past, but it's value vs price is longer good. The poolside towels are limited in availability, too skimpy & need updating. The in room towels are not any better. The poolside shrimp tacos were terrible. There should be more clothes hangers in the room & since breakfast is not included, it should be offered until at least 11:00. House keeping is very slow & unattentive. On a scale from 1-10, it was a 4

Best Hotel Stay in a Long Time!
Our stay was great! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were okay throughout our stay. Very accommodating! We also had daily turn down service in our room which was unexpected but very appreciated given the fact that a lot of hotels no long offer that after Covid. My husband and I went here for a few days just for a vacation. We will absolutely be back and saying at Aloft again!

I was lied to at check in the guy told me no more rooms were available, because I wanted to get a separate room for my daughter because I mistakenly booked a room with one bed, and the guy at the front desk told us all the rooms were booked up so I went on the site and they’re not all booked. There was no need to lie I’m not understanding why he lied?

The lady at the front desk was awful. She was rude and treated us badly. At check in they did not ask us for a credit card and every time we asked for something to be charged to our room it was hassle! Then we kept getting calls from different people about the card but they wouldn’t put it on file when it was given to them. The refrigerator did not work. We complained about it but they never did anything about it. We won’t stay there again. Not because of the fridge but because of the lady at the front desk!

Good I just wish there was a full mirror without the dividers on it and the water ran out the shower door crack. Overall cleanliness was great and everyone on staff was amazing. Most of all I love how everything was close and in walking distance!

Staff was super friendly. Room was nice. Great shower water pressure—which when you have long thick hair this is the number one thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay for me. Great gym and pool. Location could not be better-within walking distance to the beach and the main streets with tons of shopping,dining,and bar options. Everything was safe and secure. Parking was 19$ a day, breakfast not included. Didn’t have time to check out the food or drinks at the WXYZ bar, maybe next time. The room is eco-friendly, which is not always a good thing. The AC kept turning off in the middle of the night, and the mini fridge in the room didn’t seem to be able to get cool enough. Some road noise could be heard in the mornings, but this is because the location is so awesome. Would definitely stay again-just maybe bring a small fan next time to help with the AC. Bed and sheets were super comfortable!

We had a lovely weekend stay here. The room was very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming and it was very convenient to walk anywhere in the Delray Beach area. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioning seem to either be very cold or I would get into the heater mode didn’t seem to be an in between

Aloft is a great place to stay.
Everyone was extremely friendly and was very helpful when needed. Very pet friendly, seems like everyone knew Tucker's name. Good location, only 3 blocks from downtown Delray.

Property was conveniently located to walk to Atlantic Ave. Property staff was not overly welcoming, upon check in no direction or overview was offered for the property or amenities. The room was decent sized, though king bed seemed smaller then average king. Balcony view was less than desirable and provided no shade. Bathroom set up was awkward, barn door would slide open while in use. Shower door would leak a great deal with use/after use and lastly the placement of the faucet in the bathroom sink was set to far back so water would get all over the counter and washing hands properly was difficult. The in room refrigerator was good sized but only one bottled water was provided.

The hotel is new and very clean with a cool modern vibe. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was very nice. It is just a few blocks from restaurants, bars and shops. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes.

Alison at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. We arrived in the morning and was able to check us in immediately. Very nice and pet friendly !!!
The location was brilliantly located a few blocks off of Atlantic .. six blocks from the beach .. we will return to the Aloft our next trip through Delray :) Marlee liked it the most 🐾

Perfect but the bar!
Every bit of this stay was amazing…. only warning would be to watch out for the bar as 4 drinks cost $80.00 which are usually no more than $10.00 each even at fine dining restaurants.

Everyone on the Aloft Delray Beach staff from the front desk people to the bar staff to the maid staff were excellent. We were always greeted with smiles and the service was impeccable and they went above and beyond for us especially Allison at the front desk. My friends and I will definitely be staying there every time we visit Delray which will be often. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel to all people I know.

The Hotel was even better than we anticipated. We loved the outdoor pool and bar area. We were a bit disappointed that the rooftop bar closes at 5pm because its so relaxing out there and would've prefered drinking outside as opposed to the bar in the lobby.
Also, the pool table was located in the lobby so everytime we went down for a drink or game of pool it always had kids playing on the pool table so that was the other down side but other than that, we had a Great time. It's definitely better suited for a family vacation. But nonetheless, we would stay here again!

I booked two rooms and our rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel , the guy at the front didn’t really care , then we get to our room which was very nice but the hotel hosted an event which led to ridiculously loud music and screaming so loud my toilet shook until midnight . A maid tried to enter my room an hour before check out .

When I arrived I noticed the pool water was hazy and green. I went to the front desk and was told they were waiting for the pool company to check it out. Later I was told the filter was broken No one should have been allowed in the pool for health reasons and management never informed us or other guests of the hotel. I was very disgusted and considered calling the board of health. On the 3rd day of our stay the pool was cleaned and ready for bathers. The manager was not forthcoming with the condition of the pool and exposed guests and especially children to unhealthy conditions of the pool such as E. Coli.

Motor in the pool broke down- not their fault. The manager did not let anyone know, but the water turned a very green with algae. There was no reciprical agreement with any nearby hotels and the manager was not very accommodating at all until we sent an email to Marriot corporate- he let us know that he was not at all happy that he had to deal with corporate office but we could not use the pool for half our stay and the only way that any kind of compensation was given was when he was pressured. A.J.(the hotel manager) handled the entire situation in a very wrongful manner.

Was told when I arrived that someone already checked in to my room. After explaining that wasn’t me and i had no idea who checked into my room the front desk person “cleared it up” and upgraded my room for which I wasn’t told I’d be charged anything for. I gave my credit card for “incidentals” but when I got home I checked my statement and saw I received a $500+ charge? As far as the room and stay…it was nice but had a slightly cheap feel. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut (sliding door). Every time someone shut their room door in the hall the entire place shakes. Otherwise it was pretty decent. Pool and deck area was very nice as was the bar. All in all was a nice place.

This is a nice, modern property. Not much for storage in the room but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. WiFi worked ok and we got our Netflix account going on the tv. The pool was nice too. They had a kitchen but no restaurant to sit at in the hotel. Free coffee for breakfast. The bar area was nice.

Great stay in Delray Beach!
We took a family trip to Delray and had a great stay at Aloft - the location is close to Atlantic Avenue which has all the restaurants and shops and not too far from the beach. The pool area is very nice with really good food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not the Aloft atmosphere.
I loved the Aloft hotels, but this aloft did not have the bliss accessories in the room. The smell good aromas throughout the hotel that aloft is known for. They do not cater to the business traveler. There was an Indian wedding that went on through out the night and into the morning hours. Way past quiet hours. They did accommodate me by moving me to the other end of the hotel which helped out a little, but was very frustrating gathering everything up and moving at 11:30 at night. So didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Sure wished I would have known this before booking.

The contemporary minimalist decor was unique but it looked and was clean. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant, particularly Alison. The food service was also limited but worked fine. The gym and pool with the bar were nice amenities. The location was convenient. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that housekeeping seemed short staffed and that delayed our room cleaning.

Not enough storage space for clothes, not enough hangers(asked twice for more and no response to request), shower leaking water all over floor(needed many towels on floor to soak up water when taking a shower), fake eyelashes stuck on wall near picture frame(gross), no bell service, temperature control was terrible, ( always too hot or too cold, thermostat didn’t work properly), had a black out one night( had to take a shower in the dark and get ready in the dark, it took hours for the problem to get fixed, had to use cellphone flashlight and leave room door open to get light in from the hallway, room size was good because there was hardly any furniture, pool was nice but small, didn’t enjoy my stay here, wouldn’t go back or recommend (especially for the amount we paid per night), totally not worth it and disappointed
