Very friendly and helpful checkin! The Hot Tub didn't work, which is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. Was nice and newly updated. There was a little bar next door, that ending up being more of a dive bar, but was a lot of fun!!
Great people all around, and felt totally safe!!

Breakfast ended at 10:30, at 9:30 there was nothing left. I did like the coffee in the lobby. Early check in was great, as my son was getting married that day.

The hotels are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint we have is the breakfast...the food looks under cooked and is only lukewarm. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in...and the breakfast all had the same problem.

Rest at last!
Last minute stay after my windshield was smashed on I-80.
The only thing you should know about this hotel is that this should be the standard of Excellence in every Hotel. From top to bottom the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are Beyond relaxing which is exactly what I did. The only thing I would do different is show up earlier so I could get that relaxing Spa experience. LOL I've never been to a spa but I can only imagine the atmosphere being exactly as it is in this hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and plenty of room. There were 5 of us together, and we all had enough space. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For us, the location of the hotel was ideal

Staff was very friendly and professional. We had a minor problem and they fixed it right away and apologized. The only complaint is they do not have enough handicap parking only 4 for the entire hotel Also they forgot to put my rewards in for the second time and I am unsure how to add them. I would highly recommend this facility and will stay again

Winter stay in Morris
The hotel and rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Also pretty well maintained although our bathroom door would not stay in an open position. The hot breakfast is pretty good. I noticed some steps toward being eco-friendly, like toiletry dispensers, but they have a ways to go. Would love to see all hotels provide a water bottle filling station like you see at airports - could be right by the ice machines?

We booked this property at the last minute as we were just passing through. The property was clean, well lit and the staff was kind and helpful. I’m typically easy to wake but I didn’t hear anyone else and I slept soundly all night on the comfortable bed. The breakfast was good for what you get in a free continental breakfast.

Our stay was canceled by hotel night of arrival.
Canceled by Manager Mike. Not sure why a hotel would cancel the stay of a guest they had not talked to especially after they called and left a message asking me if we still needed our room and if we did we didn't need to do anything further. I get a call at 8 pm as we are driving to our hotel from hotels.com letting us know that the hotel canceled our reservation. We had our confirmed reservation a while before our stay. I checked right before we left home that all was good. Is it normal practice for a hotel to cancel reservations of someone they had not talked to and on the night of the stay. It was cold out and 8 pm when we were notified we had no place to stay by hotels.com. Fortunately there was a hotel nearby that had a room. I was shocked that a supposed reputable hotel would do that. We tried to reach the manager but he was gone for the day. We left our phone # and asked the clerk there to have him call us to let us know why. He called the next morning and blamed the over booking on Expedia and told me I needed to talk to them. I said we had this reservation for a while so my room was not the one over booked. Also if it is Expedias fault then why was the hotel leaving a voicemail to see if i still needed my room? Now when I book through hotels.com I am not able to trust that it wont be canceled on me. Also hotels.com could not remove the booking from my account so I had to be concerned that I might get charged for a stay that never happened due to the hotels fault.

This was definitely above average! Very nice clean, modern hotel. Beds are super comfee!!! Nice warm pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was very good!

The property was very good, very clean and new. There was a Menards next door and another hotel next door, and several restaurants nearby. We were awakened during the night to what sounded like shots fired but found out the next morning it was firecrackers being lit. The breakfast was average but it did the job. Still serving packaged food as if the pandemic rules won't allow them to resume prepandemic food service.

Love this place!
GREAT HOTEL! We used the pool, had breakfast, and the beds are so comfy! I had 3 teenagers with me and had a corner room. So roomy and lots of outlets for charging all the devices. Had 2 beds and a pullout bed! Lots of room and two windows. Quiet, didn’t hear the interstate. Would return!

Absolutely beautifully recently refurbished rooms - well thought out - spacious. The breakfast dining area super nice. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5 year old granddaughter. Will definitely return! Five stars!

Clean and safe pace
Nice folks and rooms were obviously cleaned for Coronavirus. I bring my own ground cloth and sleeping bag to reduce contact with corona virus but I think as clean as the room was that I would have been ok without. They had food provided for breakfast in the most safe way. I will stay at this place again going back home. Because of places like this, traveling is a little more safe when going by car.

Great stay, please enforce mask rules.
Stay was great, room and bed were very comfortable. However, not great on maintaining social distancing and mask rules. There was a wedding there at the same time, and none of the other people in the hallways wore masks. This isn't the staff's fault, but masks weren't worn by other guests at all. We did not stay for the breakfast because the eating area was so small and nobody wore masks when they weren't eating.

Family funeral stay
We traveled to a family funeral. Not a happy time, but it was good to stay with and be around family at the hotel. We felt well accommodated. My daughter flew in and arrived early. Her early arrival time was accommodated and very much appreciated.

Awesome but a Little Pricey
Stayed at another hotel for 2 days, then moved to the HI. Best hotel in Morris from a cleanliness, room comfort and lighting, accommodating staff, breakfast, and workout facilities perspective. Price is almost double everyone else, so that should be considered.
