We stayed here because the website said complementary parking. When we got here, we were told that was only for one night and that it would cost nine dollars per night after that. I had to pay for six nights parking but I'm going to dispute it.

No elevator had to carry my luggage to second floor asked for lower level they said booked. Dirty.not safe as your room door open to outside of building so anyone walking in the neighborhood can nock your room door

The hotel itself and the breakfast were good. Not high-end. the room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast wasn't special but it wasn't bad. I've certainly had worse at nicer places. The only problem was the shuttle driver didn't show up so they had to scramble to make other arrangements. It was an inconvenience to a few of us.

Totally perfect for an over night stay near airport. Shuttle service to airport is ok, every 30 minutes. So if you missed it with a few minutes you have to wait another 40-45 minutes to get to the airport.
Breakfast, coffee, tea was ok.

Check in was easy friendly staff,no lift to 1st floor rather strange for an airport hotel where you have luggage with you,there is no courtesy coach after 10.45pm considering this is before check in finishes a bit odd. Room was cold I had to sleep in a jumper as only a very thin blanket and no spares. Sink.was in bedroom rather than washroom. Breakfast was good, checkout and luggage hold facilities good and courtesy bus back to airport good. For the price it was fine would I stay there again maybe.

Comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The breakfast was a full American breakfast. We took the free airport shuttle to pick up the metro rail into DC.

Comfortable stay
We stayed here overnight in September after a long plane journey from the UK. We arrived very late but were warmly welcomed by the night doorman. Check-in was quick & our room was comfortable & clean. We appreciated the free coffee & snacks in reception after a long trip! The hotel was busy but quiet & we slept well. Breakfast was good & set us up for the day!

Although I got to the property early--noon--I could not get a room with 2 queen beds on the first floor. I'm no spring chicken and I have medical issues that prohibit me from hauling my luggage up the stairs and there was no elevator! I think they could have swapped rooms with someone who had not arrived yet...

Just needed a place to grash on a 16 hr layover. Nice free IAD shuttle and staff was very friendly. Property is very dated.... motel. Faint FAINT smell.of mildew and tobacco in the room, cover smelled like dirty feet... but comfortable for a crash.

The shuttle to the airport only ran on the hour before 6 am so we had to catch a 4 a.m. shuttle to get there for our 6:30 flight. No breakfast was served before 6 a.m. but we had protein bars with us.
There was a Howard Johnson with restaurant about half a block from the airport.
We were able to drop our rental car off the night we stayed and use the shuttle rather than having to get to the airport even earlier to drop it off.
Reasonably priced.

If I didn’t have a paid reservation, I would have left. There was no sign on the outside of the place. I drove around for 5 minutes trying to find it. Finally I asked someone. The room key did not work even after I had it replaced. The only thing I liked was the channel selection. If you are tired and coming from a long day of travel, this was not a good experience.

Good value near Dulles
We had an early flight out of Dulles, so we decided to stay close to the airport. We took the Metro and easily found the shuttle to the hotel. Check in was quick and we booked the shuttle for the next morning. The room was large and fine for one night. Nothing special but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. A good value if you need a place near the airport.

It was an accessible room (not requested or needed) and the shower seat could not be folded up, therefore, it was difficult to stand under the water and it leaked out everywhere in the bathroom.

We liked the breakfast choices. We reported the door lock did not work properly. We had to slam the door to get it to lock, otherwise, if you push on the door it would open. Even then, if you push down on the handle and gave a hard push on the door, it would open without having to use the key.

The most disgusting flea bag place I've ever seen. Musty torn carpeting, stains on all the walls and doors which were rusted. Chairs had filth and hairs on them. Old dirty curtains, 1970's shower head, never updated disgusting room. Should be charging no more than $40 a night there. The receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude I have ever seen dismissive and judgemental with any normal question asked. Absolutely ZERO stars. Stay away.

It is very convenient to get to and from Dulles Airport with the hotel's shuttle. But the facilities are a little dated and used. But there is nothing wrong with the room - very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed & very close to the airport rental car return. Only thing I didn’t like was the walls were a bit thin so I could hear music & TV from my neighbors. Also, the people staying next to me were hanging out outside of their room & were quite loud. Thought about asking to switch rooms but I was already in bed.

We missed our connection and are a reservation online. We called the hotel and received friendly service. The free shuttle picked us up and we enjoyed a great evening with dinner at the nearby Irish pub. The complementary breakfast was fantastic and again the free shuttle got us back to the airport Highly recommend this location!

Quick efficient check in. No restuarant on premose but went to O'Mallys Pub @ HI next door which had good food and good quick service. Likeddd the long term parking for airport which is why we made reservation. Pricing and parking cost was very good compared to Hampton in next door. If you are flyong out of Dulles, I would recommend this property :-)

Very comfortable stay. Nice breakfast. Only one restaurant at the Holiday Inn is in the area. No dining very close by. Strictly a great place to stay before a flight out. A very nice man who drives their shuttle to and from the airport starting at 0400am. Great service!!! Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel good. No sidewalks to be found.
The hotel was good, the staff friendly. The room was as described and clean. My only reservation is that there is only one restaurant at a nearby hotel. Any other is several blocks away on roads that have no sidewalks! It is quite surprising to me that none of the roads have sidewalks.

Perfect hotel when flying from Dulles.
This hotel is perfect for stay when flying from Dulles. They are very accountable for scheduling pick up time to get me to the airport, and they are quick to get me back to the hotel on my return. The cost of daily parking is only $9 a day.

Clean and Affordable
I will definitely stay here again. My son had a soccer game in the area. We just needed a hotel for overnight. It was very clean and for the price we paid it was very suitable. I will definitely come back here and stay again.
