Great experience!

It was at the end of a dark road in what seemed to be a commercial area. When we checked in, after dark, there were a few people that we felt uncomfortable with standing at the entrance smoking, and a guest calling the front desk saying someone was banging on their door. We considered not checking in. It ended being an ok room, the bathroom floor was sticky and amenities very basic. I will not stay here again.

Great Location - Good Stay
The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was a great selection, and their breakfast staff were very attentive. The room was clean, well maintained, and the facility was very easily accessible with plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Dissappointing
There were a bunch of uncontrolled children running the halls and all over the parking lot. This had gone on for days and the hotel should have kicked them and their group out. The hotel itself is dingy and in need of updating.

As good as I could hope for
Clean room and clean bathroom. No musty or other odors.
The bathroom was well-appointed. Climate control was relatively quiet. I didn't need earplugs to sleep like in other hotel rooms.
The only downside was a couple of maintenance glitches: the shower drain took a long time to drain the water (needed Drano) and the height adjustment on the desk chair was broken.

Decent hotel for the price. Floors in the room looked visibly clean but were so dirty they left the bottom of our feet black, so the cleaners probably need to change the water more often when they mop. Washer and dryer was old and left my clothes smelly, but other than that the experience was alright. Staff was friendly enough.

Happy to have a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfasts were excellent! Coffee was hot and available all day. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
The trash can out front for dog poop was overflowing. I mentioned it to the desk staff and was told "there's one out back." Well at the time, we had just arrived, and I was not walking my dog out back. We arrived on Saturday evening and as of Wednesday morning it still was not emptied.
The pool is supposed to be heated. The room was heated but the pool water was cool.
Because there is no housekeeping service, our trash cans filled up. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told "well just sit it outside your room." There was no explanation prior to asking.
We will stay there again because it is close proximity to family and is pet-friendly. But front desk staff needs to be more responsive and pleasant.

Wonderful for family needing two rooms
The staff was fabulous. We requested and got adjoining rooms. They were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The variety was nice. The pool was a fun reprieve for the children. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for food shopping & restaurants. I liked that they have a real full container of lotion in the bathroom. We did have a handicapped bathroom so not sure if all the bathrooms gave that.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, very comfortable, updated, continental breakfast, free parking, easy to get around, close enough to drive to Boston, Cape Cod, Maine, N.H, R. I. Perfect if you don’t want to stay in Boston, and affordable for families. Pool was nice, clean area and fitness center, laundry available too. It was full and busy there but all of our needs were met immediately for room service etc. we were very happy and will stay again! Traveled with family.

It was perfect foe me and 3 teenage grandsins. We came to visit Western New England University ( which is great!) and were very plessed to discover so much more!
The Basketball Hall of Fame should be on everyone's list! I made a free throw on their beautiful court in only 3 tries!
And right next to Wilbraham home of Friendly's Ice Cream, a real New England institution. Easy drive to Hartford wirh Rein's Deli on the way. Matzoh Ball soup half sour pickles hot corned beef...

Hampton Inns are always clean and comfortable. Only issue was heater blows directly on me while sleeping. Had to shut off heater during the night. I will stay there again because Hampton inns are great.

The front desk staff at the Hampton Inn were exceptionally helpful to my husband and me. We needed to leave the property a day early and since our reservation was made via a third party, they were not in control of whether we would receive a refund. They coached me through the process and we worked together to obtain the refund. They were terrific!

The hotel is next to a highway, it was pretty noisy all day long. Plus, we had a pretty loud neighbor, who slammed shut the door everyday around 6 am. Other than the noise, it was a decent stay, the hotel probably needs some updates.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Westford while attending a family event nearby. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The registration desk attendants were very personable and hospitable. We were most pleasantly surprised by the Weekend Breakfast host, Bury Prak. He was extremely accommodating during breakfast and went out of his way to customize the omelet to my liking. He was very friendly and a hard worker and I appreciate him making the special effort for me. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We ran into a lot of traffic driving almost 4 hours but didn’t realize we would be marked a no show if we didn’t call the hotel. We needed to wait 15 minutes for an audit to complete before getting keys.

It’s a low end budget property, and probably understaffed. We had a “suite” — king plus sofa bed — but I had to get bedding for the sofabed, and make it. The hotel was having a very full weekend, with a couple kids’ teams there, but hadn’t adjusted its breakfast output well to accommodate the surge. Room was clean but a bit down at the heels. Bathroom amenities sparse. Pool room hot, pool water very cold. Two machines in the workout room.

Walls are too thin. We could hear everything all night long. We asked them to address a group of middle schoolers who were running the halls until 1:30 am but either they didn’t or the guests ignored them.

The hotel was in a good location. Plenty of food and convenience type stores near by (CVS/Walgreens/Whole Foods) and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
