I never write reviews but the person who checked me in was great so I wanted to call that out! She was attentive and friendly. I like that the lobby area has a large sitting area with tables. The room I got is pretty spacious and comfortable.

I love the Hampton Inn at Las Vegas/Red Rock.
I went to Las Vegas to visit my son and his wife. Checking in at the Hampton Inn was very easy and I felt welcomed by Juanita. The hotel is centrally located for the activities I was going to do during my visit. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, I slept all night. I enjoyed the breakfast, everything tasted good and the dining area was very neat & clean. The lady working the dining area was very nice and friendly. My whole experience was great, that is why I always go back there.

The bathtub did not drain properly. The shampoo and soap were out in the shower.
Air conditioner was noisy but when called they came and looked at it. The breakfast was good. Staff was great. Overall. Would stay there again.

Great hotel!
The location is great. There are a lot of good restaurants and amenities around. The front desk people are super friendly and attentive, taking care of every detail.
The breakfast is good too, better than comparable hotels. The room was very clean. All in all, it was a great stay and I will definitely stay again.

Location is right off the high which is very convenient. There are shops and restaurants close to it in case you need something. Breakfast was splendid and the customer service at the hotel from all the staff was great. Hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the strip and airport. I fully recommend staying here.

Our room was everything it was stated it would be. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It had a little kitchen area, separate wash area and bathroom. It was clean and the view was lovely. Convenient to all our events.

Great stay, unfortunately no cribs here
The overall stay was great. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only small complaint was that we requested a crib for our 2 month old and they said they dont have any even though hotels.com lists "crib available up on request" in the details. If our baby was older this may have been an issue for safety reasons, but we asked to be moved to a 2 queen bed room and were able to have our baby sleep on the other bed since she doesnt move yet while she sleeps.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good (they even offered me a tray to carry food back to our room for my husband who just had surgery and our kids). The surrounding area was nice but the Walmart 10 min away was questionable. I’m very pleased with our stay and will definitely be staying again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay Hampton!

Very bad service
Hotels phones got hacked and room phones rang from the hours of 1am to 4am nonstop. Ours rang 4 times with someone trying to get my cc info for “incidentals”. I didn’t comply and was asked to pack my bags and would be escorted out. This was at 3am. Found out it wasn’t actually the hotel making the calls and Hilton or hotel front desk couldn’t care less. We got just a “sorry” from the Hilton. No refund or compensation for a quite frightening night of no sleep.

The gentleman working the desk in the morning of my departure was the most rude agent I have ever encountered. I made a simple call down to the desk asking for 15-30 minutes extra time to check out. I was told the property is sold out and needed to get out of the room asap and hung up. Immediately after he hung up I looked online (including their direct website) and all sites I looked at showed availability. Because he was so rude, I took my business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

The shampoo bottle was empty and I found it when I was in the shower. I planned to stay one night so there would be meaningless to ask for refill. But it would be nice to check it before guests arrival.

Had a great stay over the weekend with my family. Staff(Big John and Grandpa) are theeeeee best and made us feel at home! Complimentary breakfast was simple yet delicious!! We will definitely be returning to stay anytime im back in town!

Housecleaning doesn’t know what they’re doing. Showers, glass, toilet, sheets. Nasty!!!! Soiled sheets, feces in the toilet, Smokey room, dark yellow lighting. It was like I was at a low level motel - microwave and sinks haven’t been scrubbed. The aC unit was falling a part. I was thoroughly disgusted for this level hotel. Pictures were taken. We couldn’t stay here. We last 5 hours and left - We checked out before we could legitimately check in.

Everything was perfect -- room, location, and service. I was even able to reach this property by bus -- I do think the hotel should offer a shuttle, because the location is not far from Red Rock Casino and they could pick up more than a few airport travelers as customers as well as people who would like Red Rock but cant stay at the Casino because of cost.

Needs some investing in improvements
The hotel location is great but it is showing its wear and tear. My room door had problems closing smoothly, the AC is loud and ineffective, and in general, the room looks worn out. The breakfast is the embodiment of cost-cutting, very few options, including day-old muffins, scrambled egg powder mixed with too much water, and inedible oatmeal.

A definite favorite!!
I love this hotel and stay here often. The staff is so friendly, the room is always clean and there are always plenty of towels. My favorite stores, food and a low priced gas station are close which adds to the desirability of this hotel. There is also a work-out room and warm pool!

The air conditioner panel was broken. Couldn't adjust the temperature or turn it off. There was someone else's dirty sock left in the bathroom behind the towels. When I checked out their systems were down so she couldn't print a receipt. She said she would email it and I didn't receive one.

A great option in Summerlin
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge and very nicely appointed. The location is great and near so many shops and good restaurants. Upper floor rooms would probably be better as I could hear the people above me walking around the rooms and it was pretty loud.

I stayed at many Hampton inns, and this one was a complete catastrophe not being able to sleep all night because of paper, thin walls, people arguing, and walking around above me and next to me. For two nights of the Four. I went to the front desk and complained about it. They moved my room but I told him I want an adjustment to my bill and they said they could do nothing because it was a third-party booking which is Expedia.

Wonderful Experience
Loved this hotel. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the room was roomy and clean with really nice furnishings. The little store next to the front desk had everything from chips to frozen dinners which could be prepared in the microwave in each room. There was also a refrigerator. Breakfast was served each morning in the lobby. There was a variety of options from hot dishes to muffins and toast. You can even make your own mini waffles! The young ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating they helped make the stay even better. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nice West Vegas location
The location was great if you have plans away from the congested Strip area. Easy freeway access,and plenty of dining options. Breakfast was plentiful each morning and rooms were meticulously clean. Staff was friendly.

Both rooms we were in were dirty and run down. The bedding was stained in both rooms and torn in one of the rooms. Noise level was terrible. A motor of some sort turned on and off every five minutes, making it difficult to sleep. We notified staff but they were unable to help us with the cleanliness and noise issues.

The hotel was fine overall, except it was so noisy!
from 1-230 am we were awake. I asked the hotel staff about the noise and complained. They acted like it was no big deal. We were there for a funeral, it was a very tiring and emotional time for our family. If the staff would have said something or apologized or offered some kind of compensation, but nothing, just an "oh yeah, we heard about that".

Easy on and off the freeway, quiet away from the strip. For us once or twice staying on the strip, that was enough. Plenty of places to eat and shop. We went to a Raider game and we just went to the Luxor for self parking and it was really easy. Free breakfast that gave plenty of variety, and everyone was very friendly.

The hotel is in a great location in Summerlin and adjacent to the 215 freeway for easy access to all of Vegas. Nice long paved bike trail (15 miles) behind the hotel and lots of restaurants, shops, bars, casinos close by. Try the Sorry/Not Sorry ice cream shop a couple blocks away.
The hotel is being renovated and my room was a recent completion. Loved the place, breakfast was varied and plentiful and all the people were extremely nice especially Jaya at the front desk who went out of her way to figure out and explain my bill to me. All in all a wonderful stay for a hockey tournament and would go back there absolutely.

The property is undergoing renovations so the rooms are in the process getting a needed facelift.
The 1st night we were in room 212 and about 2pm I woke up smelling tobacco smoke and again could smell tobacco smoke about 8:30 am. The property is completely non-smoking so I spoke to the front desk and explained our situation. When we return in the evening the front desk staff had made arrangements to have us moved to a different floor. Cannot thank the front desk staff enough for understanding. Huge kudos.

Great hotel, high crime in area
We had a great time at the hotel until our bikes were stolen off the back of our car in the hotel parking lot. Police informed us that vehicle and bike theft are rampant in Las Vegas right now. Hotel staff should have informed us or a sign should have been placed in the parking lot to inform their guests.

The room was extremely clean and the bed/linens were super comfortable. The bathroom had recently been remodeled and Hampton thought of every detail (multiple hooks to hang wet towels, long vanity and extra shelf for storing toiletries, low shelf in shower to shave legs). All staff members were friendly and efficient. The breakfast selection/quality was excellent and the lady worked so hard to make sure everything was well stocked and quickly replenished. I look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay for a short time.
The only trouble we had was with the pillows. I think they're down and they had no support. They always just smashed down and didn't support the head well. We asked for more firm pillows but received some that were a little more stuffed with the same stuff and weren't much help. Everything else was great and it got the place very clean.

Great location. Only negative was that the AC/Heating unit was very loud and the low setting didn't seem to work. It was either on full blast or not on at all.

We like this location because it’s centrally located between my daughter and grandchildren homes. We stayed here on our visit and really enjoy the stay. However, this time the conditions of the mattress were very bad. We brought this matter to staff, but couldn’t get it resolved. Next time we will have to pick a other location to stay
