Mold around bath tub.
Previous guest’s soap left in bath tub.
Strong smell of marijuana on the 2nd floor of the building.
Was refused access to the lobby at 5:45 am and told to go back to my room by front desk staff. I get up early and needed some place to go so I didn’t wake up the other person in the room.
I don’t know where the “quality” in this place is.

If you like mold in your shower, this is the place for you! They advertise free breakfast, but had no coffee for 2 out of a 2-day stay. Next door to a truck stop and near the airport. Low flying jets overhead made it pretty noisy. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied at all while we were there so cigarette butts on the ground were a common sight. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.

Hotel was ok staff was helpful..the door to our room the door didn’t work for the key card the entire time of our two night stay. Whenever we left together someone had to let us back in. Very inconvenient.. my husband and I took turns going to breakfast so we have to bother staff to let us back in. We were told multiple times that it was going to be fixed but never was

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our room was the type of room that horror movies are made of. The ceiling was stained and showed damage from a leaky roof. Our comforter smelled like weed and cigarettes and had a mold stain and cigarette burns. Our sheets and towels were damp. Our sheets and towels also smelled like weed and cigarettes. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The air conditioning unit was covered in mold. The lamp shade on the lamp was completely dilapidated and falling apart. When we arrived at 8 o’clock on Friday night, it took 15 minutes for anybody to come to the front desk to check us in.

For some unknown reason, our prepaid Travelocity booking from Aug 11 did not go through to the property. Having driven 10 hours, we were initially told there were only smoking rooms available and that we would have to pay an additional full price including $30 upcharge as the reservation was lost. The manager was able to get us a non-smoking room although it still smelled of smoke. After about an hour, the front desk informed us the reservation had finally popped in and we would be credited the double pmt and upcharge.

First room smelled like an ashtray, second smelled musty. Bedding was soiled and stained. Wouldn’t recommend for families, it’s loud and a seedy area.

This was the halfway point for us driving back. It was easy to find, the check in was easy, and there’s a couple of restaurants nearby. It was a good price with a good location and reasonably comfortable.

This was a decent hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to a main road and a truck stop. For the price, it’s hard to beat. My room was clean but did smell a little musty. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. Hot waffles, eggs, sausage patties, rolls, and cereals. The coffee wasn’t great. I recommend walking to KoffeeKoala behind the hotel for great coffee. There’s some fast food options within walking distance and a cool little tavern called Luckys Sports Shack behind the hotel that I recommend for really good food, good people and a drink. Overall, I was happy I stayed here.

Not bad for the price
It was a good stay for one night. Not sure I would stay here for longer. I had a king size bed with a couple tiny pillows. They looked lost on the bed. Very uncomfortable.

It was my worse experience of my life.
It was loud, rachet, ghetto. Cops came to calm the neighbors, and illegals were housed. The bathroom had a slow leak, The wi-fi was slow.

Not so clean!
It could have been cleaner-the coverlet (tan) on top of the bed showed stains-I pulled them off and left them on the floor-the carpeting was pretty dirty-showed dark stains-the bathroom door needed to be washed with plain old soap and water-we had dead cockroaches along the wall where the window was-they were still there when we left 2 days later!

Bathroom door would not completely open because the shower curtain rod was not high enough. I am on a cane and we asked about first floor which was all booked. That was okay. Once i mNsged to second floor by the outside staurs a friend came in later and told us there was an elevator. Room was just dated. Needs fresh paint, cauling redone and please don't hang the hair dryer to the wall with tape...doesn't hold

Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. However the building and rooms are tired and in not so great condition. Holes in the wall and parts of the ceiling looked like they were going tofall down. It should be gutted at the very least.

Friendly staff. Room smelled could have been cleaning product used or something to cover up smoke.
2nd room smelled as well but a little less.
Both rooms had knocked up and worn furniture.
2nd room had holes in the sheets- went to front desk and was promptly given other sheets.
It was fine for a quick no frills stop over.

The room was clean but water in the sink backed up and the refrigerator did not work. The light came on in the fridge but it as not at all cool not even when turned all the way up. We were in the first room near the office and it was a bit noisy.

Dirty with hair in sink, drywall repair needed. Nice lady at the front desk when we checked in. Whole place was run down including elevator. Loud highway, car alarms, people rattling your door. Just not what I expected from my other stays at quality inns. Had my wife and our 2 young daughters with us. Next trip through won’t be stopping there. Minor amount of tp left in roll with no replacement

DON’T STAY HERE
This establishment was filthy and run down. My flights were delayed so my arrival was at 3am. When i opened the door to my non-smoking room the stench of old cigarettes almost knocked me down. The toilet seat had spots of urine and pubic hair on it. The bed linens and towels were stained, as was the floor of the shower. The bathroom vent was covered in a layer of deep gray dust. The bathroom countertop was gritty to the touch. The lamps were very dusty. Trim and walls were peeling and discolored. The building itself was filthy and run down, exterior walkways to rooms were poorly lit with unbagged trash on them, and frequently no one at the front desk, and with spotty wifi. I had originally booked 3 nights, but checked out after two - it was so gross.

Came late and attendant was understanding and very nice. Room given was perfect for our late arrival and very close to parking for our vehicle. It was a very affordable and nice stay for the night. We were very happy with it.

Should have taken more time looking before booking
It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but when I turned off the a/c, you could smell it. The a/c vent, the bathroom vent, and the only lamp had not been dusted, if ever. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. I will definitely not go back there.

Well its no five stars in quality. Breakfast was a 4 though. Clean and tasty sausage gravy and great coffee. Premises are way in need of upgrade and maintaining. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor and had to get in a dirty elevator for the first floor. In a smoking room with burn holes all over the blanket gave it a ghetto feel. Then, at 930 am maid opens my door unannounced wth!! Check our is 11 am !!

A fair deal for the money.
It was fine - just what I paid for. Only problem to report - the bathroom door would not latch. I reported it at check out. One thing I liked very much was that they have a built-in night light in the wall-mounted hair dryer.

Staff was very pleasant. Easy check in and out. Location was convenient off 2 highways. A car, sitting in a parking spot, was blasting music in the middle of the night. Annoying and disrespectful.
Room was gross! Burn marks on the bedspread.Throw it away! Remote had gunk all over it. Floor was dirty, not cleaned. Would have skipped staying there, but was already paid for.

1 handicap spot that was on a slope. Room had no fully functioning lights, bulbs incorrectly placed in lamp, no switch. Small stain on bottom bed sheet. Breakfast bar was messy and empty and missing items not replaced. No coffee cups, no bread, no eggs, no juice. We had to ask the person with the earbuds at the front desk for too many items. No initiative was taken to review, take note of what was missing and restock.

We were passing through on our way to Florida needed a bed for the night. One of the first things we noticed was one of the bedspreads had what looked like blood on it and multiple cigarette burn marks. The hotel is in need of some repair for sure as well.
The woman at the desk was vey nice.

The property is in a good geographic location in proximity to Columbia.
Unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom were not clean. The carpet was really dirty and there was garbage on the tile floor. The bedroom had a missing lamp shade, the refrigerator did not work, and the bed was similar to a cot with a mattress with no box-spring.

The price was right, which usually means giving up comfort or cleanliness. This Quality Inn was clean. In addition, the beds & pillows were new and very comfortable and the linens & towels were exceptionally clean and soft. With any hotel, if you look hard enough you can find something to pick at but, for the price, the room was nice and comfortable and served our needs for our stay in Columbia. The staff took their time with each guest and made us feel very welcome.

The room was outdated and looked dirty. Lamp shades were stained, sheets had cigarette burns in them, in a non smoking room. Carpets were stained. Key cards didn’t work when we returned late at night, got new ones, those don’t work either, had to go back down and have the night shift worker use a key to unlock the room.

Ok - But Watch Your Self and family in evening
When we checked in we found the room to be nice but there were multiple people milling around outside chatting and mainly men. Two women alone traveling, that makes us uncomfortable. One man acted as if he was on something that made him act a little strange, he spoke to us and told us he had our backs and acted intoxicated. I said something to the front desk and they said some walk through the property while going to the other businesses. There were a few cars running in the parking lot and made it feel as if it were an area where deals were going down.
In addition the room had some areas that could use improvement. The shower head was loose from wall and there were no wash clothes when I showered. Obviously if I knew that ahead I would have asked but I was already in shower and reached for a cloth and nothing but towels. The pool was fine but the area around it was very unclean. That needs cleaned. We were close to airport so it wasn’t as noisy as expected, but being outside of room it felt uncomfortable in evening.

very funny smell in the room and bathroom ( not cleaning smell) Rm. 104. had to literally buy a can of air freshner to deal with it. didnt want to switch rooms after driving 600 miles all day.

Good enough I will be staying again this month.
Staff were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was clean, and most importantly, the air conditioner worked beautifully. The breakfast had something for most people and was quite good.
Minor problems: 1. The TV didn't work - probably the remote-control batteries needed replacing. I mentioned to the staff in the morning because I was not using the television. 2. The ice maker on the third floor was problematic. A trip in the stifling elevator or walking down and back to and from the first floor was necessary.

The door of the room was facing the outside parking lot. Other people were outside yelling many times during the middle of the night
