When I checked in, I had paid for a King Room and they told me you (Expedia) oversold and accused's me of booking just a few days ago, not so. It was a horrible experience
It was more an Econo Lodge room than the Hilton Branson. So disappointing.

We were forced to take the handicap accessible room with no room to negotiate simply because the reservation was made through Expedia. No housekeeping service was available unless you ask for it. The thermostat in the room was ineffective since the room was cold. When requested for blanket, it took the staff to deliver after 2 hours. We "pre-paid" for the breakfast ($55) but were treated as if we had a "free" voucher and were asked to eat from the buffet and we couldn't order from the breakfast menu. Very disappointed with the experience.

The absolute best!!!
It was amazing!! This hotel I have to say was the best I have stayed in. The staff was so nice and always on point and at any hour. I will always pick this horse from now on.

Five Stars!!
This is the second time that we have stayed at the Hilton convention center in Branson, Missouri. It has been amazing each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend! We are locals that like to do a staycation.

Had a wonderful time celebrating here, the Level 2 steak house was fantastic, this was the perfect place to spend the weekend and they are very helpful and catering if you have special occasions, like my proposal

Hotel, hotel staff and stay was good as usual, we are big fans of Hilton properties. The only issue we had was after checking out we headed to parking garage through the hotel (catwalk connecting the two) we passed a police officer and several employees apparently handling a problem at the hotel, not yet knowing what it was. A few minutes later my wife, kids and I witness a body in the street apparently from someone that jumped from the top of the parking garage. Although it was a unique situation I feel like the hotel should’ve closed the catwalk or used their valet drivers to retrieve our vehicle so we could’ve avoided the disturbing sight of the body. To say the least it was a somber ride home, prayers for the person and their family.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We were there at a quiet time of year…it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location is great…within walking distance to Branson Landing and unique downtown shops. We would definitely stay there again.

It wasn’t the worst stay at a hotel we have ever had, but it’s close. We’ve been coming to Branson since the 90’s but this is the first experience with the Hilton there. We are used to a firm mattress, but the one in our room was ROCK HARD. I ended up having to sleep on the chair. Our check-in experience was good, until we were checking out and discovered everything we weren’t told (I.e., complimentary coffee is available daily in Level 2 Steakhouse instead of walking across the street and spending $10-$15/day on coffee!) Driving anywhere near Branson Landing where the Hilton is located is AWFUL! Parking for the hotel is $15/day and the parking garage is across the street. You must key in and out of the garage every time and it only works 1 out of every 5 tries. We will go back to the west side of Branson next visit.

Parking fee as a guest more than $10 a day, boo.
Everything closed at 10 PM on Friday and 10:30 on Saturday. For a traveler, wanting to rest and then get out, or order late this was discouraging. Finally, vacationing and want to stay up late. Nothing to do, or eat. Best loc for Scenic Train Dinner and Tour. Loved It!

Not what I thought we were paying for
Valley team was awesome. Water in showers was never hot…. The light outside on the balcony never worked. Hole in the floor. Bed half ass made. Housekeeping never came in our room for fresh towels. Paint chipped off. Poor patch job in holes in walls. TV had issues working half the time.
Check in went well they were able to change our booking after we didn’t book right.

Great property. Minor issues in the room but nothing that degraded our stay. Will definitely be back. This property has both an indoor & outdoor pool. There's an outdoor firepit. Rooms are nice. The hotel is across the street from the Landing so there's plenty for all to do.
The biggest disappointment was the poolside bar - advertises that it's open until 10pm however it shut down at 7pm on both Friday & Saturday night.

Expensive places to stay.
Got there early at 240 thinking check in was 3, well it was four but the clerk did she would get us in early so we waited 30 and clerk said just a few min we will get the room, 30 later she said just a few min. Then at 405 she said our room wasn't ready and she would up grade us but the room she gave us was not an upgrade from what we had.. rooms were ok but very nosey.. room had no view.. to expensive for what you get, we will not go back to this place.

Constant buzzing in bathroom and the only way to turn on shower is to get wet with a blast of cold water. Sho9wer is very fine, hard spray. This morning there was something ringing outside our room...maybe an alarm in another room?

Inconsiderate guests.
It was clean. Towels scratchy. Doors were extremely hard to close so slamming doors was very annoying. We had young teens who were extremely inconsiderate and up until after midnight screaming in the hall and slamming doors. Just our luck. Overall service was good.

When finding our room, we came to the hall and trash and linens lined the walls. It looked like a bomb had went off. Once in the room, it was clean, but the pillows looked a bit dingy and didn’t smell fresh.

This has been our go to spot for years. The beds and pillows have been, in the past, the best we have found in a hotel. However, that changed with this trip. The bed had a cheap spring mattress, which I can only speculate was an emergency replacement...it was not good. For 300 bucks a night you need to get the bedding right in my opinion.

The ac vents were not placed very well for the room layout. The room was hot all night so neither of us slept very well. So much for a relaxing night away from home for our anniversary. At least we didn’t have to drive home though.

Wonderful Stay at Hilton Branson Convention Center
We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. The hotel was well upkept, clean, and beautiful. The upscale restaurant was very good and the bar attached to it was nice, but closed a bit early for our liking.
The good news is that the area is full of other bars and eateries. The location could not have been better as it sits at the edge of Historic Downtown Branson and at the edge of a new outdoor mall overlooking Lake Tanneycomo. A 2nd Hilton is a part of the new mall...so, yes there are two Hiltons next door to each other. From what I could tell, I preferred the Convention Center Hilton. Back to the hotel itself, there is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and workout facility. The hours of operation are very lengthy, so these pleasures can fit into virtually anyone's schedule.

We made the best of this location even with all the hassles we went through it was clean, spacious, close to great walking shops, local dinning and my favorite there was a starbucks right out front! I was not aware of parking fees for everyday we were staying there. I think we should be advised ahead of time to plan accordingly. Also the key card for the parking garage was terrible it never worked!
The pools were nice to have but I have to say the jacuzzis were a bit dirty the walls were stained so it was a bit gross. We only used the facility the one time. Also we did feel a bit unsafe with the doors coming from the parking garage crossing the bridge to the hotel entrance was always open even though the sign said after 11pm we had to use our key cards that was not true. Anyone could have gone in which was pretty scary. Beware we had terrible sleep the 3 nights we slept there the bed and pillows were absolute terrible. No support cheap feeling and very uncomfortable.
Not sure if we would come back or suggest this location to our friends but we made the best of our time there.

This is a great hotel within walking distance to downtown and Branson Landing. We had a very comfortable room with a balcony to enjoy the nice view and weather. The Level 2 steakhouse was pricey but very much worth the it for a classy and delicious experience. The only downside is the bedding--basically a thick comforter between 2 sheets--I hate this!--but seems pretty typical for most hotels these days. Overall a great stay.

There was hair (plural) in the “clean” bedding along with a mystery smudge on one of the linens. The glass cups on the desk both had smudges on them. As I was getting ready to check out, I was looking out the window through the sheer curtain and looked down to notice there was MOLD on the bottom the sheer curtain. We were given a room that is handicap accessible (walk in/sit down shower) and the device that holds the shower head was cracked to the point that it doesn’t hold it up so I had to hold the shower head the entire time while showering.

I thought they had lovely rooms. I especially liked the moveable table. However I almost could not believe they did not have a microwave for the room. They also did not have streaming APPs on the TV. There was no way to watch my Netflix or other streaming services. If I am stuck in a hotel room I sure do not want to stare at the walls!

This location was nearby to many dining options and lots of shopping. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful!
I was bummed that the room was only serviced if you requested it...we were there 4 days and we enjoy coming back to a cleaned up and fresh hotel room.
The one day I requested the room to be serviced they came at 5:30pm...we'd be gone all day and by then we were all showering or relaxing to get ready for dinner so we declined.
However, any time we needed toiletries or towels they were brought quickly so we didn't go without :)

Property was beautiful and within walking distance from the Landing and connected to the Convention Center. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had one in the bar area seem very unfriendly and seemed to not acknowledge my presence when I sat down. However, it seemed it was very busy before I arrived so she may have had a rough night. Overall I had a wonderful experience at the hotel!! Will most definitely return!

I had a great stay at the Hilton. The hotel is gorgeous and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extra welcoming and super nice. We ate at the Level 5 restaurant and I highly recommend the butter cake desert!!! So worth it!!!

In our room there were several areas that needed repairs. The bed backing had a huge piece pealing off as well as the bathroom mirror. The covers were also stained. Not worth the price paid.

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Everything was great. Check in was easy, valet was really fast. The hotel is close to attractions, some even walking distance. The room was very clean. The lobby was beautiful! All the bellmen were so friendly, helpful, and speedy! Its nice that you are pet friendly too.

It’s nice they allow dogs but not when the dog in the next room is left alone and barks incessantly for hours upon hours. Please, if you must bring your dog take it when you leave your room.

The air conditioning didn’t work room very hot. Called for help never showed up to fix air. Been at Hilton several times and this was the first bad experience. The mattress at the convention center wasn’t comfortable at all compared to the mattress at Branson landing was
