Good for 1 night stay
The room was nice & big. The bed was a bit lumpy but ok. Really the only minus for the room was the stale smell to the room.
The biggest - was the group of people sitting at the foot of the stairs “partying”. Alcohol, cigarette smoke and “other smoke” smells were super strong…

My daughter and I have been staying here for over a week. It’s clean, very nice having a kitchenette! For the most parts it’s quiet and safe! Friendly staff! They do not come to clean which is totally fine if I need something I’ll ask! Enjoying our stay here!

Stayed for 7 days while closing in house. A Women was attacked and mugged by 4 people in the middle of the night. I reported it to the office and they had armed security walking day and night. I felt better and my family felt safer. It was quiet after that. My room had a kitchen and was clean. I had to hunt down the cleaning lady to get clean towels several times. Never once came to the room to check on us to see if we needed garbage bags or cleaning supplies. Very close to the freeway and convenient stores. Much better than I expected from a motel 6

Only one towel for two people. No refresh on anything over the 4 days we stayed. First room smelled smoky. Slowest wifi ever, gave up and used my phone for a hotspot.

I tried 2 different rooms, both had an incredible stench. The walls are filthy dirty. Towels stained. Hot shower was Luke warm. The heat/cooling unit was so filthy I didn’t run it. I was gone in the day and returned in the evening for 4 days and the stink didn’t fade. Even after I Clorox wiped every surface down and used eucalyptus by the oven fan to circulate air. Save your respiratory system. Don’t stay here.

The 1st room was dirty, furniture in bad condition and smelled of cat pee. The front desk apologized and moved us to a better, nicer cleaner room. There's a lot of shady people staying there and roaming the premises.Office staff was very nice though.

Surprisingly amazing
Staff was really nice and helpful, the room was alot nicer than i expected and it was a quiet area no random weirdos runing all over like most hotels. This is a extended stay place and the remodel def made the place a nice stay the kitchenette was gorgeous and overall great place for a stay if u want something thats nice and quiet.

Non rentable room

Overbooked overrated
This is a typical motel 6 the rooms are overbooked they're very bottom of the barrel and because they overbooked everything in these places there's never anywhere to park when I was traveling I had a bunch of stuff in my truck that I was uncomfortable leaving just sitting in the parking lot and that's just the way it is it's motel 6 I guess I don't recommend this place find another $110 a night hotel to stay at this place sucks

Only if your desperate
Reserved a non smoking room and had to go to Walmart and by air freshener to get rid of the smoke and stink smell of the room. Hotel was loud and other guest were inconsiderate in starting loud motorcycles in the parting lot late at night.

Definitely a step above the rest
Most rooms at Studio 6 are clean, comfortable, and bug-free. However, I wouldn't recommend the smoking rooms – they need a serious cleaning. Overall, the place is solid in terms of cleanliness and comfort, except for the smoking rooms.

We didn't like anything about this property. During check-in, there were no towels of any size in the room, and no soap. Also during check-in we were told a military discount would have to be obtained from Expedia, not the property although I'm an honorably retired veteran.

I paid in advance for this room unfortunately.
I walked into a dirty room with no towels, no toilet paper and what looked like a size double ned on a queen frame. I tried to get a different room and was told they were sold out. No refund..nothing...it's a dive motel, avoid if you can.

Very Nasty Dirty Hotel Room
This is my second stay this week at this location, and again I was put in very dirty room, there was no sheets and pillows on the bed. Very dirty mattress with huge cigarette burns on it, tons of cigarettes and trash on the floors, no clean towels. Air conditioner barely work.

Dirty nasty room
I reserved and paid for the room in advance to stay at this location. When I check into the room it was very dirty trash everywhere in the room. So the agent moved me into another room which was very dirty too with back drop toilet was very nasty. Trash was up on the counters and burnt cigarettes through whole room. I called again to inform them on this and agent did nothing for me getting into another room which was clean. She informed me they had no more room. DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY DUE TO COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CLEAN ROOM. NO ONE HAS REACH OUT TO ME NOT EVEN GENERAL MANAGER ON REFUNDING ME MY MONEY......

My favorite spot
Everytime I stay here I have nothing but a good experience! All the staff is friendly and helpful. The two girls that work the desk in the morning are just absolutely wonderful and do everything they can do to help you and I appreciate them both!

Been here for several extended stays and I can't speak more highly about true customer service when it matters and actually means something more than regular "locked out" requests or even 3 am TP requests. If you see a beautiful milk chocolate gal with flowers in her hair that's Yamari. Say hello, she'll treat you right, really knows her stuff.when it really matters most. As do they all at this 6. It's why I stay. 10 stars out of 5

Overall, the outside of the property was well kept. The insides leave a lot to be desired. They were not clean. The bathroom was dingy. The tub was gross and every single morning at 8:00 the guy would come by and empty the garbage can so loud right outside our door. It woke me up every day that we stayed there, but if you're looking for a cheap place that allows dogs, then I guess you're in luck if you don't mind the rickety bed from 1994

Awesome rooms``
By far the best motel from motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable although the door was a little hard to open since they had just painted. I originally booked for just one night, but ended up staying for two. The office clerks were so very nice and helpful. Would def recommend this place to my friends and family

When we first checked in we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We were not given a new room quickly. We had to wait while staff discussed other topics and loitered around. When we checked out we forgot an item. I requested they ship it to me and provided a prepaid insured label to do so. The owner/manager stalled and stalled and then finally just flat out lied to me, saying she had shipped the package. The USPS label has never been shipped. Terrible.

Dirty, room was destroyed. Toilet paper holder was broken, missing a light bulb, crumbles of food all over the floor, empty water bottles under the bed, leftover food in the microwave, the shower and toilet looked like it was never cleaned, tv not working… I’ve worked in hotels for years as a housekeeper supervisor and stayed in many places, this was the worst one. Room 250.

Cockroach heaven. Staff wasn’t even surprised when we said we wanted to check out because of the roaches. Other guests were leaving because of the same reason. Girl at front desk said they spray once a week and it isn’t enough. No kidding!!!! We saw six!!!!

The cleaning staff rattled the cart down the walkway at 3am making a lot of noise.
There were no supplies for the coffee maker (filters, cream, sugar, stirrers)
The sign in the office says "more in the room, less on the bill," bit this is a lie. It is exactly the opposite.

This place was massively overrated with online ratings in my opinion. We stayed here with some friends for a night after the Era Tour. My Friends non-smoking room was given to someone else, and my friend was forced to a smoking room with her daughter. It stunk of 30 years of cigs. My nonsmoking room was a little better smelling, but it was more of a musty gym smell. Once in bed, it was quick to notice that they mix the bedding with the smoking rooms. My bedding smelt of cigs. (No offense to smokers). If you don't smoke, I'd recommend elsewhere.

Needs attention
As I walked into the office to check in I witnessed a staff member being rude and inappropriate to a customer. There were two groups checking in that did not have rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. I had a room but as soon as I walked into the room, I was struck but a very strong stench of smoke. The kitchenette had broken cabinets, a filthy stove and toaster and no dishes, pots or utensils. The shower floor was wobbly which made showering a balancing act. There was no hair dryer, shampoo or lotion provided. I was very cold at night so I asked for a blanket but was told there were no extras. The room in general was clean and slept comfortably but had never experienced conditions like that in a motel.

Arrived at 5:30 pm; room was not ready until after 6:30 pm. Walls and furniture had holes, entrance molding into closet was filthy, spilled substance on side of frig., no drinking cups, house phone had no cord-not functional. Brochure given at check-in said office was open until 11:00 pm but did not answer at 9:30 pm when I tried to call to get a drinking cup. Very bad place for nearly $200/night. Left a day early.

I asked for a nonsmoking room and the was a cigarette butt on the floor and the room smells like smoke. The tub has a layer of dirt that is keeping me from taking a shower. There are cars right outside my door blasting music. I DO NOT recommend staying here!

My experiences with Stidio 6 Deer Valley has always been great. I never had any issues with my bookings or stays. Front desk clerks are awesome & check in is smooth. I refuse to stay at any other hotel!

No one answers the front desk phone
I needed to call down to the office to let them know I have two dogs because I thought I checked off something saying I did. Rang for 10 mins no answer. Then I needed premium Wi-Fi for work so I called and again no answer for over 10 minutes.

I should have believed the review of a guest that said they got to the hotel and there wasn't a room for them. We got to the hotel at 5pm and they did not have the room we've booked, period. We've paid in advance so there's no excuse. It was a huge harassment to find another place to stay. You don't want to go though that, DO NOT STAY HERE. The only way businesses like this will improve is when people stop booking.

This was a pretty awful stay. From check-in, the lobby is small, hot, and uncomfortable, with mediocre service from the front desk. Only one person was actually helping guests check in (thank you!), but there was another girl just sitting around while a line of guests grew. Didn't get much instruction where my room was and wasn't even told which room was mine.
When I finally got to my room, immediately upon entering it smelled like cigarettes. Went to the bathroom, found different long pieces of hairs on several towels, fingernail clippings on the sink counter, and the fridge had not been cleared out. Several counters were still dirty and it had not been properly swept or mopped. I went out for the evening and let the bathroom vent on and febreeze and that seemed to help the smell a bit.
My fourth hourseman came in the form of roaches.
Several little roaches, taking a tour of the room when I woke up in the morning and was getting ready to leave. They were centralized to the kitchenette/bathroom areas. I had enough and god himself couldn't ask me to stay longer.
Definitely not worth the stay.

The room just looked dirty specially the kitchen. The cabinets had the laminate peeling off. Called front desk multiple times and no one would answer. Tv remote didn’t work. Bathroom shower was dirty had pubes in shower before we even used it. Yea just overall I’ll avoid studio6’s from now on. I had stayed in the motel 6 in Yuma before so I was hoping it would be nice n clean like that but complete opposite.

Won’t stay here again
First of all I checked in and went to my room and they put me in a room where the door battery was dead so we had to wait around for it to get fixed. Then the room was roach infested, we didn’t even bother staying the second night I had to get out of there. I refused to stay somewhere that pest control isn’t taken care of especially with a child in the room.

Worst decision ever.
Horrible experience. Labeled as a non-smoking room and it smelled so bad our clothes were penetrated witht the smell. Closet could not open because of bent railing, vent broken amd folded made horrible noise, tv wouldnt turn on, fly in the room upon arrival, calls to front desk was impossible, good thing a cleaning lady passed by so i can get new towels for next day. I definitely wont be staying here again.

There was not a toilet in my room. Switched to another room and the floor was sticky and the bathroom was dirty. No dishes or utensils were available. I will not stay here again nor recommend it.

The rooms were dirty. The floor had debris all over it. Towels had dirty spots as if they were used & left there. The kitchen amenities were in despair. The hotel staff is only there certain hours. This was frustrating when you needed to contact someone. Overall it was a bad and uncomfortable stay.
