One of the best dog friendly hotels we’ve ever been to. They have upgraded our room and gave my husband a birthday package (wine, chocolate, and jam) along with a personalized card. They were always quick in responding and very polite and professional. Location was great for us, as we purposely did not want to be on the Ocean Drive, to have more quiet sleep with our dig, however it was very conveniently located only 10 min to the beach or so. My only comment would be on the maintenance for the pool which happened during the last 3 sunny days of our stay when the main rooftop pool was closed. We could still use the main level pool but I personally did not like the main level pool as much.

The front desk staff was excellent,
Especially Jose. The bar staff was definitely good.
The daily cleanings were very thorough, but very slow to get cleaned. Maintenance needs attention. Certain outlets and lamps did not work, and our sink had a drainage issue.
Room service was timely, but seemed to miss something with each of our breakfast orders. They solved it each time, but those issues should have been avoided.
Overall, certainly a good hotel, with a good location, and a good price. The small issues we had are easily fixed

My main complaint about this property is that there was no full length mirror in the room. Actually there was only one mirror (bathroom) in the entire room. I asked for a steamer which was delivered to are room immediately. Everyone was nice and helpful. The location is a couple blocks off the beach. You will have to rent lounge chairs. There aren’t any exclusive to the hotel. But generally hotel is in a decent location with short Uber rides to main areas of Miami.

After spending a large amount at this hotel over the years, I was extremely upset to be treated in the manner I was ate my last stay.
The hotel management was rude and not accommodating at all.

Perfection in Every Way
It was an amazing hotel to say the least. The staff, the hotel bar, the pool, and the room were top notch. The beds were super comfy and it was hard to get out of it at times. The happy hour at the hotel is perfect and priced lower than the ones in the surrounding restaurants. If thats not enough there is a free wine hour where they have a cart wity wine bottles in the lobby where they hand out free wine, if youre interested. The sparkling water they provide upon arrival truly helped my hangover from a boozy brunch I attended next door to the hotel. They even have bikes for you to use for a leisure stroll around the neighborhood. The hotel was also in a perfect location. I was close to Collins and Ocean Drive so you can walk to most venues. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit.

The hotel grounds were lush and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing and i could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs. The free wine for a hour a day in the bar was really a treat! Our villa was beautiful and peaceful. The kimpton blew me away and would definitely stay there again.

All staff was super helpful and friendly. Morning coffee hour & evening happy hour were much appreciated (I'd say we got our use of our resprt fee in coffee/wine alone). Atmosphere was very relaxing & the hotel was perfectly located for us (close to everything, but not in too busy of an area). Only complaint was that there was some hair left on the bathroom floor on arrival & after cleanings, but not bad enough to deter me from coming back.

This hotel had everything that you want and need in a hotel. From the time we walked in they were very helpful and accommodating. The aesthetics were so calming, it gave you old Hollywood but in a modern way. Even though we were only a 3-4 minute walk from the busy Ocean Drive, we felt like we were in our own private oasis! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay, and the staff was fantastic!! Anthony one of the shift supervisor is very nice but most importantly professional, when it comes to Monica the receptionist she is wonderful!! She’s very friendly and is delightful to come and see her smiling face at front makes you feel like home very professional and helpful! Also Gabriel another shift supervisor very professional helpful and thoughtful in making sure you are enjoying your stay! From the guys at the parking lot all the way to the cleaning lady’s and the guys are the bar they all wonderful!!! They all do work so hard!! That I feel they all deserve a rise!! For the wonderful work they do to make this place so good thank you all!!

We were so pleased with finding this hotel for our night layover in Miami. It was easy to get to and the front desk checked us in quickly. They have a texting service so whenever you need anything, you can just send a text. We were bummed that the rooftop bar/food was closed but the staff was happy to deliver food to us from the bar downstairs instead. Lots of food options nearby and within the hotel including room service options. We would stay again!

Top notch customer service at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and hotel is close to restaurants and beach. The rooftop pool was very nice. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning (I think they should add complimentary food). I would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at a Kimpton and the Angler's was outstanding affordable luxury. The staff was attentive & just a text away for all our needs. Received complimentary drinks upon arrival & was able to check into our room early. Loft was spacious, mini bar was stocked and the toiletries smelled heavenly. Complimentary F45 HIIT classes for guests right across the street which we did daily. Coffee & tea service every morning. Walking distance to beach, shopping & sidewalk restaurants & cafes. Quiet enough in the evenings to have peaceful nights. Will be back next time we are in Miami.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Kimpton Angler's in Miami Beach. I cannot say enough good things about this property. First the location is excellent...you are a 5 minute walk from Ocean Drive and the beach which is very convenient but not TOO close so that it is loud at night and hard to sleep. Our room was great and the rooftop pool was outstanding. Such a great place to hang out. But the very best thing about the property was the staff and service. Staff were always smiling, helpful and friendly. We especially wanted to shout out Chawki and Hussein. They helped us book and Everglades tour which was much appreciated. Then when we returned from our tour the next day they remembered we went and asked us all about our trip. So great. We will definitely stay there again

Loved this property, the service and staff was top notch, the location is perfect, without the crowds on south beach but close enough to walk over in 5 minutes. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, this is my new goto location when in Miami! Felt super safe for my partner, our kid and I, as it was well lit at night.

I loved the decor of the hotel both outside and inside. It smells wonderful and they offer ice water and lemonade at the lobby. hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. I loved the rooftop pool and the service they provide there too. They keep this place very clean and it’s also a wonderful location to all of the south beach restaurants and close

The Kimpton Anglers is a lovely hotel in the heart of South Beach. The room was perfect - spacious and clean! The only small issue is it could be slightly noisy on some evenings - though it is in South Beach so to be expected.
What really made this hotel special were all of the staff. They were simply fantastic and made our stay so lovely. All really friendly and attentive. The staff should all be very proud of the service they provide, from the front desk team, to the bar staff (Damika - I may have got that wrong - was awesome!), and especially the cleaners who were all really lovely.
A brilliant place to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting South Beach.

The property was beautiful. The rooms are very simple and modern. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The vanity light in my bathroom was flickering and they fixed it immediately. I was given a welcome beverage upon arrival. The decor is beautiful and the smell in the lobby was amazing! The outdoor lobby was my fave place to sit and eat breakfast. Balcony was beautful but street side room was a little noisy . The area has a lot of attractions, beach in a quick 2 block walk very great and reasonably priced places to stay

This is a plant lush property with a very nice restaurant attached. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and pretty. A 3 block walk to the beach where a lot of action is but a lot of people. The Anglers is an oasis in Miami. Small details would make your hotel room better like, a bench seat in shower and lush bath towels. The staff is friendly and helpful- and the roof top pool and bar is great. I would stay there again

Me and my husband stay on Mother’s Day weekend which was also both of our birthdays. It was amazing the staff greeted us as we walked in and out of the hotel. Room was nice and clean balcony was amazing overall was an amazing hotel. Just didn’t like the smell they had in the lobby/elevator I stayed for 3nights and all nights I didn’t like the smell.

It’s was perfect as we arrived great room as the days went by we had a problem as me and my couple arrived from a day out to relax as we were laying Down we heard snoring looked out of belcany window there was a homeless man asleep on the patio furniture we were freaten and went directly to the front desk they ask if we seen him before made us feel uncomfortable to stay there (took it as a joke) real unprofessional. So I ask to get moved they moved me to a special needs room which I really didn’t like.it’s not what I paid For really bad experience there

Had the worst experience Ever waking up to someone snoring homeless man asleep in our belcany Felt real unsafe went to the front desk to let them know the issue and smart remark ask if I knew him after that I asked to get moved and I was moved to a special needs room witch made it worst they treat this issue like it was common real un professional

Guess one thing is there can be coffee in the room but if you need it you can ask for a coffee machine in your room. They did have 7 am to 10 am coffee downstairs which was good.

Hotel had a great atmosphere, beautiful roof-top pool, and our room was spacious and really nicely decorated. We loved having the huge, wrap-around balcony w an expansive view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely return to this hotel and other Kimptons.
