The pool was broken
The toilet water was hotter than the water from the shower
The shower head was busted and would not work as it should
The bathroom itself is very old and in desperate need of repair so is most of the hotel
The bed sheets smell and feel very old
The Windows have no protective screen so guests should be careful
The only good thing was the service, they are very freindly and accommodating

This is a very nice and comfortable property located next to the outlet mall near McCarran Airport. It's convenient to food and gas, too. I really appreciated the affordability, too.

The hotel over all has a dated look. And no matter how much those ladies clean there is an enclosed smell. Our bathroom had the paint from the ceiling swollen and peeling off and the door was swollen and was hard to open and close
BUT the ladies at the front desk were amazing and very helpful with my autistic sons needs

Dog piss smelling room
The check in was smooth and very nice in great customer service. As soon as I walked into the room I got blown away with muggy Dog pee smell. Think gonna had a room spray. There was a noise coming from the refrigerator it was very disturbing at night. You could not even walk barefoot on the floor because it had red stains did not know if it was blood or if it was marker or paint it was disgusting the rugs need to be washed. The air conditioner Was not working that well.

This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. No soap, shampoo, or amenities of any kind. Only had 2 towels, 1hand towel and 1 washcloth. They didn’t clean the room the first day so we asked if we could get it cleaned and they said they only clean every 3rd day. Floor was filthy gross. Shower wouldn’t turn off and leaked the whole time. Breakfast was the exact same every day. I know it’s free but come on! Change it up a little

Our toilet, sink, and tub all were clogged, our bedroom walls were dirty and the bathroom was dirty and all they gave us back was like $40 for the inconvenience for a 4 night stay. Run away from this place

Rooms were not cleaned properly and there was no hot water! After driving 18 hours all I wanted was a hot shower. Couldn’t reach anyone at night couldn’t reach anyone in the morning. Can’t call to complain in person you have to do it online. Don’t stay here unless you like cold showers, dirty rooms and no staff to be found for assistance!

Very clean and good location. It gets a 4 because the toilet had a slight running water sound which was solved by keeping the bathroom door shut while sleeping. The refrigerator went tick, tick, tick ALL the time. Very annoying. We didn't notice it until we went to bed and it was quiet. Otherwise we would have asked for another room. Only stayed two nights for sleeping. Visited family for the holiday. Would stay again but would check on these 2 things before unpacking.

I won’t stay here again I checked in Thursday night and I noticed the bathroom light didn’t work I be never got in option to move rooms the manager offered to get it fixed by Friday and I come back ant the light still don’t work.This terrible and un excitable.Horrible experience

Almost perfect?
I stayed for two nights. One the morning after the first night a leak started over my shower. Obviously from the room above. The staff was apologetic and re-roomed instantly. The 2nd room was perfect.
What's around this locale? The outlet mall is a five minute walk.

The room smelled like clorox when we first arrived. The shower curtain did not close due to the bar being half out of the wall. The faucet leaked continuously. The walls were dirty. It was very dusty throughout the room. The room door would not close unless we pushed it closed.

Door to the room was broken, door going in and out of the building was broken. Very little security and the room was not very clean. The front desk help was immediately rude. I did not find any information on pet deposits online or through Hotels.com so I was not expecting to pay $90 deposit for my animals considering I have been saying hotels across the country and they’ve been free for every hotel but that one.

The front desk said that I wasn’t going to have a handy cap room, and they put me in one anyway. The room smelled like URIN, and ODOR was really bad. STAINED CARPET, very DISGUSTING. I would not recommend this place at all.

Overall dirty and run-down
The bed was comfortable but the overall condition of the property is poor. The lobby and hall floors are dirty and the breakfast is sub-par. My room had a handicapped shower and the curtain allowed for water to flood the bathroom. The wait staff was friendly.

Most dirtiest place ever. Bugs on wall, dirty sheets and blankets stained. Had to get a new key 4 times it never wanted to work to let me in the room. Switched rooms and the remote is gone for the tv. One of the worst places to stay at.

Blood on bed.
Room infested with flea or bed bug. We sent our picture of flea bites to Expedia on chats, and called them - they told us to check out. So we did, and still charged us full amount - so currently under dispute.

Everything in this room was trashy or broken. I left so fast i didn't get a chance to take pictures. Dirty, broken or stained. Refrigerator had mold or broken. The microwave and refrigerator had food all around it. The lights was missing parts. We had to leave bathroom tub water running because we couldn't turn it on or off. All the other hotels were booked or i would had left. The carpet didn't get vacuum there qas food on the floor. Hotel.com needs to remove this hotel from list. Never had a problem with a room so dirty.

I booked this room for my daughter and her husband and their kids. They checked in and got to the room where the card key they were given did not work. They had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get a new key and when they got back up to the room and opened the door to the room they were given, there were other people already occupying the room! They were so upset they went back down to the lobby and said to refund the payment as they were leaving and not staying here one more minute. They said it was sketchy and not clean from the area they seen. I better get a full refund as this is totally unacceptable!!! How do you not know what rooms are already occupied? Seriously ridiculous!!!

WiFi connectivity was terrible. When trying to connect, I often got the message "Too many subscribers are using the system. Try again later." Or "S227 Internal Error." I wanted to shorten my trip by one day, but because I ordered through Expedia it was not possible. With my 3-day stay, I had no daily cleaning/refesh.

This place needs TLC.
Location was good for what we needed. Felt safe. The property is showing age. Hallways carpets stained and hallway air conditioners are broken so it’s muggy. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. But the shower had some mold spots and the carpet badly needs replaced. Can’t say it was terrible, can’t say it was great.

Rooms were not clean nor maintained. Leaky shower, no hand soap or toilet paper provided. Vomit stains on wall outlet, wifi did not work. Two pillows for one queen bed. Found a wedding ring in one of the pillow cases. Very pooor experience. Would not recommend.

very outdated and dilapidated. first room we got previous guest had a weed smoke out in the room. front desk changed us to another room. it smelled musty but no weed. but it was dusty. bathtub leaked and cracked. paint is chipping. walls are dirty. hair dryer dont work. pillow cover looked really used. one too many wash cycle. continental breakfast is mediocre.
for the price, we paid $200 per night we expected better over motel 6 or even circus circus. but never again 👎👎👎👎👎

I checked in and the receptionist gave me a room with disgusting smelled like urinate right after walking in to the room! I was terrified that really happened in these days like I was a homeless person and like this was for a charity or something like that! Unbelievable and unacceptable the service in this hotel, I returned to the front desk and was able to change another the room. This room is a little bit better because there is no noticeable smelled inside, but there is no lights functioning right, the room was so dark and when the lights disfunction started turning on, it didn’t work properly! What’s a terrifying experiences in life!

My 3rd floor room was noisy, zero wall insulation.
Hotel is showing signs of age and wear: carpet, walls, doors all need a refresh.
Good: The helpful manager provided a much quieter room. They are pet friendly.

The lobby and check in were average. The carpets are dirty and need replacing. No hot water in the shower, but the towels and sheets were good. You can hear the outside traffic and adjoining rooms. The workout room had a broken thermostat and was 85 degrees. The water dispenser. Was also broken and most surfaces / doors throughout the hotel are scuffed and scratched. AC was subpar as well. I do not recommend staying here. Pay the extra elsewhere

Carpets were really nasty and needed to be cleaned. Plumbing seems to be a real issue there also. Water constantly dripping from tub/sink and toilet runs. Hello it's a desert and water is an issue besides listening to it all night long. Definitely will not stay there again.

over-all the entire hotel needs to be updated and rooms need better cleaning. Carpet in hall way smelled funky. The room also needed to be cleaned. The tub had hairs as a possible result of room not being properly cleaned :( I don't think i will be returning or booking this hotel.

It seems to be older and well used. Hallways have stains and so does the carpet in the rooms. Tiles were broken in the bathroom and it appeared that water from the shower was running down under floor tiles because the shower was a handicapped accessible shower with no barrier on the bottom. Water ran everywhere.

Room filthy, bathroom was disgusting and things broken. Floor, shower head, and tub filthy. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Tub leaked all night. At checkout the lights started leaking and they had to bring our buckets and could not print receipt so I asked them to use my phone and take a picture of the screen. They made attempts to email me twice and never received so asked them to take picture with my phone. I would like to send pictures and videos to you if these horrendous conditions. I would like a full refund!

The person who checked us in was super friendly. Some of the patrons were sketchy in the lobby.
The ice machine was leaking in the hallway and left water all over.
1/2 the parking lights didn’t work so we had to park in a very dark location.
There were no Ramps out back so when we tried to get our luggage cart into the building we had to lift it over the curb.
When we got to our room, 1/2 of the lights didn’t work, above the bed and the switch by the front door. The shower was broken, and sprayed all over. The floor seal was broken in shower so water leaked into the hallway out side of the bathroom and flooded bathroom.
The pillow cases had brown stains all over them. There was garbage under the beds. Clearly it wasn’t cleaned underneath.
The entire room just felt nasty and dirty. I WILL NEVER STAY here ever again.

Hotels look dirty, our restroom was dirty, carpets look dirty, no hot water when I was showering or washing my hands. Front desk forgot to give me my drivers license and didn’t try to locate me to give it back. They knew what room I was staying at and had my phone number to let me know. Only reason I got it back was cuz I had to ask if they had it. If I hadn’t noticed, I don’t think I would’ve gotten it back.

Dirty sheets and towels, the bathroom flooded every time you tried to take a shower, hallway was filled with smoke from neighbors hot-boxing rooms, transients walking through the hotel. Overall bad experience, and won’t be returning.

Well folks, the Baymont has been our go-to place to stay for a one night visit on our way to California. This trip the hotel is really showing it's age. The staff is excellent! Josette was extremely helpful in getting us a replacement room when the AC unit began to rattle and shake terribly. The replacement room had a bathroom door that took both hands to open and close as it got stuck about halfway open/close on the floor. There was a large hole in the wall where the bathroom door had hit the wall previous to our visit. A plastic disc has been placed over the hole but it doesn't look good. Also the carpet in the hallways looks pretty beat up. Looks dirty/worn/stained in places. Even though you have a non-smoking establishment it still smelled like smoke as we walked down the halls to our room. We were not too surprised when the bathroom light fixture decided to quit working as we were ready to go to bed. Luckily it worked again in the morning so we could get ready and head on down the road. We probably won't be able to stay here on our next trip through Vegas. It used to be a more well kept hotel but things are going down hill.

Convenient location, but not very modern
The hotel is definitely not an upgraded property. But it’s convenient, quiet and has free parking, Wi-Fi and a very limited, so-so continental breakfast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My favorite staff members are Josette, Renee (front desk) and Isabel (housekeeping).

It was a last minute stay from a very long and tiring 7 hour drive. We arrived past midnight and we just wanted to rest. Upon arrival the bedding wasn’t clean on both beds with gross stains. It smelled like sweaty old man and menthol. The front desk lady named Josette said they didn’t have clean linens and we had to wait another 30 minutes for pillow cases? After 1am! Come 6am we found out that the shower wasn’t working either. It was like it had been glued shut. The phone didn’t work either to call front desk...it was unplugged. Then we noticed trash wrappers under the mattress and God knows what on the floor. Surely wasn’t vacuumed. We got out of there as quickly as possible, not showered and tired still. When we checked out, the lady said she “tried” to help and that we should have told her about it so she can switch our rooms but this wasn’t an option at check-in. Only until the next morning after we were checking out. I clearly told her she did nothing to accommodate us. Don’t ask about breakfast because if that’s the filthy condition the room was, heck if I would trust the food. I would never consider staying here ever again!!!

Broken air conditioner in main hallway with broken pieces hanging from the bottom. Exposed wires in the elevator. Bare minimum provided in towels. Hair on the bedsheets. No plastic bag for ice container. TV had “no signal.” Stayed one night to be close to airport, couldn’t wait to get out. Would not recommend at all.

Service was great. Parts of the room were a little worn down like the doorknob felt like it could come off and the hair dryer wasn’t fastened properly to the wall. But otherwise did the trick, was easy, convenient location and great ac! Free breakfast was a nice perk! Staff was very nice!

The room had a terrible smell, bed was definitely not a king size, it was a double. The carpet was wet and stained from shower and sloping bathroom floor. The staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Breakfast was okay. Honestly, do yourself a favor and just stay somewhere else.

Worst stay of our lives..
The hotel is old and dingy. Sheets still had hair on them, not sure if they’re not washed all the way, or it’s the way they were washed. Bathroom is the same way, hair on the floor and sink area. Hair dryer had some kind of stain on it, not sure if it’s blood. But it was gross! Staff needs to do a better job of cleaning. There were also bugs on the floor. We had a hard time sleeping because the whole time it felt like something was crawling on our skin.

Staff was awesome
The staff made this place decent. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Not a no but not a yes. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool is relaxing. Staff was honestly just so awesome! The rooms need work. The mattresses, pillow covers, towels & floors were borderline disgusting. Really bad stains and just need some improvement. The doors to the hotel are broken.

Stained & hairy sheets
The 1st queen bed had stained sheets with hair on them. Yuck! The 2nd bed had only 2 hairs. Was too tired to switch rooms after being in the road all day. Would not recommend.
