The property lists parking as included, which is technically true; it's valet parking and it's free, but don't forget to be polite and to tip. :) The staff are extremely friendly. When we first arrived in our room, we noticed that the door to the adjoining room was not locked, but they immediately sent staff up to check and to lock it. Any other questions we had, they were more than happy to help with. Being able to just walk out the door to Fremont Street is pretty amazing too.

I like the convenience. I did not like the hidden fees and the fact we couldn’t get service for the room as far as bath towels or tissue without getting it ourselves. The renovated bathrooms are nice but tiny and no ventilation. This was a last minute trip and it was the cheapest on short notice. With the hidden fees it wasn’t much of a bargain.

Beds very comfortable. Bathroom small. Room was never cleaned in the four nights we stayed there. They can at least come empty our garbage. Very frustrating.

The room was a little small but not a huge issue. The bedding was a little older (stained and holes). Other than that everything was nice. All the staff were friendly. I felt safe the whole time.

Chris at the front desk was phenomenal. We were having trouble with my card because we were out of state guess and he was very patient, and loudest to take as much time as we needed to get checked in. It was late at night, and he was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Fremont street is bit crazy but a lot of fun! We would definitely stay again. Be aware that the hotel is valet only for $30 and if you want to self park, you have to do offsite parking for $25 a day. I have a commercial vehicle and had to park offsite, but the parking attendant was actually really kind as well. He told us exactly where to go and which parking garage was the safest to park in. The walk was not bad at all. I was very impressed with their level of customer service.

We had a beautiful room. I have stayed at Treasure Island, Excalibur, circus circus and MGM Grand. Even though it’s not on the strip you get everything and more than the hotels I named above and at a great rate. Best deal we have ever had with money left over for fun. I will be back in April and I’ll definitely be staying at The Fremont Hotel and Spa.

Great location right on Fremont Street. Free valet parking. New food court with variety food options. Lanai food court still there. Room has mini fridge. Room has coffee maker. Elevators old. Room & bathrooms tiny. When checked in noticed cleaners overlooked key spots in room - sink drains filled with guck & bad odor, shower drain filled with hair, urine when close toilet seat cover, coffee cups not replenished. Needed to request more pillows - only had 3 pillows for King bed.

Was not able to get Housekeeping service until I asked for it.
Worse thing is that I asked for the service twice to make sure the trash was emptied out and the sheets to be changed, but the staff did not do a single thing except putting new makeup napkin box and two toilet tissues on the bed.
Did get the refund of the 4days hotel fee but was not satisfied at all.
Lastly, no window? Means you have to sleep with dust everywhere.

One night stay
I stayed for one night and enjoyed myself, the room was comfortable. The check in was easy, finding the room was easy to find out was quiet checking out was easy the price for a one night stay was reasonable. I really enjoyed myself I would do it again.

Absolutely loved being able to just walk right out doors to freemont st. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Loved Tony Romas. Casino was clean and loads of fun. Didn't have to worry about transportation if you just want to be on Freemont St the whole trip.

We checked into the room, dead bug on the coffee pot, one towel and hair on floor of the bathroom and used filter in coffee pot. No housekeeping available to clean room and no other rooms available, left hotel at 1am and found another place to stay.

Nice long weekend stay
We were in town for some hockey games in Henderson and also caught a game at T Mobile. We rented a car because it was less expensive than 2 uber rides. The room was nice. The only drawback was the room was not cleaned once over the 3 night stay. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to come back to beds done and trash emptied. The location is great. The noise wasn’t too bad at night but if you are a light sleeper it might seem a bit much.

I like that it’s a small property so I don’t have to walk half a mile to get food or my car and there are plenty of things to see and do and eat in walking distance. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s an older property but well maintained and comfortable.
What I didn’t like was a lot of the food and beverage workers were very unfriendly and downright rude sometimes. The staff working night shift at the shake and burger place was horrendous.

My property was stolen by the housekeepers after I had left the do not disturb sign on the door, and the employees were unhelpful in assisting me to make up for this in any way. There was also a decent amount of false advertisement, as there was no gym, included breakfast, or even the breakfast buffet that was listed in the posting. Pretty weak stay

We stayed 4 nights, no housekeeping til last day, and we had to ask housekeeping. Trash piled up, no new towels unless we went to front desk. Operation’s manager couldn’t be bothered to return a phone message to his phone. Comped 3 nights resort fee, but not adequate reimbursement. Total lack of caring.

Affordable comfort on Fremont
Stay was good! Let’s face it when I’m Vegas I’m looking for the best deal on room price rather than blowing my gambling allowance on the room! However, with that being said I don’t want to bring back bedbugs either!! The room was newly remodeled including the bathroom and shower. Was clean and if u needed service for towels or blow dryer it wasn’t a 4 hour wait! Our room was provided fresh towels daily while we were out. Bed was comfortable and the AC and heater worked well!!! Unlike our stay last year at The Grand.

We had a very nice stay at the Fremont hotel, it’s location was convenient and was close to everything by the Freeemont experience downtown Las Vegas. The room was clean and cozy. The check in and check out was quick and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends

We have stayed at several Fremont Street hotels. Fremont was definitely one of the better ones. There is a resort fee of 30 a day, but that is basically there to cover valet parking, so if you are NOT bringing your own car, keep this in mind.

Awesome stay. We differently will return soon. The renovation to the hotel epic. Had dinner at Tony Romas. Specials were awesome price and the server’s, manager was very attentive.

The room was dirty the bedding and the shower were dirty we asked for clean bedding and we cleaned the shower ourselves. Also this hotel only had 10 channels mostly news to watch all movies listed you had to pay for extremely inconvenient for the cost we paid and resort fees.

The bedsheets were not cleaned properly. We opted for taking the cover protectors off because we didn’t want to be wasting time moving around trying to find something to my standards. It was just one night so we managed.

Highly recommended
I've stayed at the Fremont off and on for the past 15 years. The recent upgrades and renovation put this hotel on another level, and I would definitely recommend when staying downtown LV. Many restaurants added to the hotel & casino.

I had a bad experience in this hotel since I arrived they didn’t explain to me I have to request housekeeping and I was for two days with the room dirty also they disintegrated even change my towels and the person at the reception was very rude , I don’t know why they charged me a fee resero if they don’t have any good things to do at the hotel , I ven tho I’m Expedia VIP they don’t offer me a upgrade room and the one the gave me was not the one I expected I’m very disappointed.

Always a quality stay!
Whenever we arrive late, we usually end up staying the night at downtown because the check in process is so much faster than any place on the strip. We love the Fremont for the great staff, clean updated rooms but most of all for the food court downstairs with my favorite, Dunkin' Donuts!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. One of the best downtown.

Hotel is very clean, front desk was very helpful and friendly. If you stay here be prepared for lots of noise. Ask to be put in higher floors, keep in mind it is Fremont street, party goes on until 2 am. We were only in Vegas for the weekend, price was reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The surrounding area was as expected due to prior research. Hotel staff were curtious and helpful. Only issue was cleaning staff was opening the door to our room as they were knocking and announcing themselves instead of vice versa. I would recommend this hotel to others

Location was perfect, staff amazing and the room itself was fine. The problem was the bathroom.
It was so tiny that I bled from an injury due to running into the toilet roll holder. May I suggest that those are inset into the wall?
Light travelers who make use of hotel provided shampoo should be fine here, but a visitor like myself with makeup and hair appliances will find the accommodations to be challenging. There is simply no place in the bathroom to store more than basic grooming supplies.
