Right next to the very very noisy freeway and the room had single pane windows. The “restaurant “ was a joke. The only benefit was how close it is to the airport.

A very expensive 2 star hotel at a 5 star price. We only stayed there 4 hours waiting for a late evening flight. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone., we ended up paying $550 Cad for a total of 4 hours

Property was fine for the rate paid. Entrance was a little confusing, map made us go through the airport to return to property. Not sure if maid service is daily but didn't receive any service during my two night stay. Room needed a little TLC (paint, windows) Bed was very soft, no support. Staff at front desk was very friendly and pleasant during check in and out process.

We needed a place near the airport to facilitate our late arrival in Oahu and continuing travel the following day. This hotel met the needs well being very close to the airport and other travel connections. The rooms and the hotel are not spectacular but they are comfortable . The staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating.

It is an older property with limited updates. Conveniently located to downtown and the airport but in an industrial park like area at the airport. Parking is a little expensive, but they do have regular shuttle service to the airport.

Don’t stay here it is infested.
Bed was uncomfortable felt like sleeping on the floor. But that was not the bad thing. I was getting bitten on my legs the first night and I didn’t think anything about it till the day we were supposed to check out. Around 7 am I got up to something crawling on my leg and found out that the room had bed bug!!

It is great if you are overnighting at the airport as we did on our way to New Zealand. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was 3 minutes from the airport. Uber and Taxis can also get you to the tourist sites.
We will be back on our return trip back to Florida.

Pros: very close to the airport and car rental return, reasonably priced for HNL. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and the staff was friendly. Good for a one-night stay.
Cons: the property is tired, $40/nt. for parking is a bit steep for this hotel (or any hotel). Not the greatest area around the property but I wasn't expecting anything.

My husband and I stayed here in January for a night and then again in February for 1 night. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. I would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay
We stayed for only a night at the Airport Honolulu Hotel and it was very enjoyable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent! I haven't slept that well in a long time! The hotel staff, store & lounge were outstanding!!! Looking forward to staying there again soon! Thank you so much!

Good for a layover!
If you need a place to stay as a one night stay to grab a early flight, or like us, got in late and did not want to spend big money on our hotel (Aulani) until the next day, than this place is an affordable and reasonable accommodation. Would not recommend for any type of extended stay. About as good as staying at a motel 8 or comparable. Does have a decent selection of fast food nearby within walking distance.

Arriving at the Airport around 7pm in the Evening, I was not aware of the Airport being closed to the Public a few hours after I arrived. I needed a place to stay in that short amount of time and Airport Honolulu Hotel delivered.

It was a bit damp - carpet dingy/damp, our towels were damp and a bit musty. Also, the hotel charges an additional minimum amenity fee but there aren’t really any amenities, not even a restaurant for breakfast so unsure what the fee is for. Also, very overpriced

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I booked the room for my father and expedia failed to inform me that he would need to pay additional fees upon checking in. Seeing how he only had cash and they would not take my card over the phone made it very difficult and I would have not booked the room if I knew this. Wont ever use expedia again.

Just stayed overnight for an early flight and everything was fine. Shuttle was on time, room was clean, staff was nice, but bring some earplugs due to the noise outside

The first day I got there it was a bug on the bed and I thought maybe a fluke, the next day there were more. I complained and they did give me refund of one night and my resort fee back. Staff is friendly. Hotel is ok nothing really special.

Great if you are planning to visit Pearl Harbor. $50-60 Uber ride Waikiki if you intend to spend a lot of time in that area of the island. Extending check out time by one hour is complimentary but to add second hour at $75 is too expensive.

The facility is a bit tired, but is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Their restaurant is open from 5-10, with a limited menu, but lots of screens to watch sports activities. There are limited restaurants nearby: Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, International House of Pancakes, Jamba Juice, and a small sushi-type restaurant.

This was ok for a one night stay, it looks like it is partly used for assisted living. The rooms are set up like that, some of the guests, looked like that and there is nothing around the "hotel" to speak of.

Perfect location for our 20-hour layover in December. Hotel front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Room was well-appointed. Transportation on shuttle was very convenient and driver very friendly. However, we had a horrible experience at the hotel restaurant, Lazy Fish Lounge. Our server was incredibly rude and provided the worst customer service we might have ever received. With both my husband and I having experience in the restaurant industry, we know what is acceptable and was amazed at her behavior. I asked for the manager, but she was "in New York" for a while. The property is great, the restaurant not so much.

Saw a least 4 cockroaches, even in the fridge. Just don’t bring anything food or drink in the room. You will regret it! The staffs are nice and helpful. If you don’t mind the bugs it is definitely good place to stay for overlay flight or business. Not a place for vacation or honeymoon. Your partner will be angry at you for saving a few bucks.

Our flight got delayed by 3 days, so we switched to a cheaper hotel by the airport. They have a pool, and a little guft shop with food items drinks and gifts. It didnt have a nice view but it was half the price of the other hotel in waikiki we stayed at, and had better features and a better bathroom

If you are looking to have a room with a beautiful view, this is not for you. It is located in the middle of an industrial area, but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
If you reserve through another party, the cost for the parking is $40.00 a day, which just was outrageous, and not okay with me. You are forced to pay this since there is no street parking. Also, most local restaurant menus onliine are not updated on their prices. Other than these few negatives, it was a comfortable stay.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I wish their airport shuttle was more frequent considering how close it is! Our flight arrived late so we ended up missing the last shuttle. It was difficult to get a taxi by midnight and it cost $20 just to get to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at airport honolulu. I loved the furniture in the lobby area. They were made of koa wood, i needed to get away from the stress & feel really good & glad i took the time to relax & enjoy my stay . My room was clean, nice & just right for me & my doggie. But parking is $40 a day. That is really steep. I've never paid that much for parking. Can i get a explanation why?
