Perfect location for our 20-hour layover in December. Hotel front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Room was well-appointed. Transportation on shuttle was very convenient and driver very friendly. However, we had a horrible experience at the hotel restaurant, Lazy Fish Lounge. Our server was incredibly rude and provided the worst customer service we might have ever received. With both my husband and I having experience in the restaurant industry, we know what is acceptable and was amazed at her behavior. I asked for the manager, but she was "in New York" for a while. The property is great, the restaurant not so much.

Hotel was very convenient. Close to the airport and there free shuttle was a plus and very easy to use. It’s an older hotel but in good condition. Very quiet.

It was good to stay here because it is convenient to utilize more ground transportations near here. The hotel shuttle to and from the HNL airport is very helpful.

Cleaning!!
No next day cleaning! Was I suppose to ask?! If I were, the hotel should have posted something about it. Had to use towels during whole stay. Plus trash cans FULL!!

Saw a least 4 cockroaches, even in the fridge. Just don’t bring anything food or drink in the room. You will regret it! The staffs are nice and helpful. If you don’t mind the bugs it is definitely good place to stay for overlay flight or business. Not a place for vacation or honeymoon. Your partner will be angry at you for saving a few bucks.

Our flight got delayed by 3 days, so we switched to a cheaper hotel by the airport. They have a pool, and a little guft shop with food items drinks and gifts. It didnt have a nice view but it was half the price of the other hotel in waikiki we stayed at, and had better features and a better bathroom

If you are looking to have a room with a beautiful view, this is not for you. It is located in the middle of an industrial area, but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
If you reserve through another party, the cost for the parking is $40.00 a day, which just was outrageous, and not okay with me. You are forced to pay this since there is no street parking. Also, most local restaurant menus onliine are not updated on their prices. Other than these few negatives, it was a comfortable stay.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I wish their airport shuttle was more frequent considering how close it is! Our flight arrived late so we ended up missing the last shuttle. It was difficult to get a taxi by midnight and it cost $20 just to get to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at airport honolulu. I loved the furniture in the lobby area. They were made of koa wood, i needed to get away from the stress & feel really good & glad i took the time to relax & enjoy my stay . My room was clean, nice & just right for me & my doggie. But parking is $40 a day. That is really steep. I've never paid that much for parking. Can i get a explanation why?

No restaurant was a constraint essentially with a handicapped person. Breakfast should be made available
A/C fan was loud and needed adjustment
Staff was friendly and supportive
Maintenance quickly changed the broken TV
Computer keyboard is the lobby is old and many keys are faded

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the 30 years I've been traveling to and through Honolulu for business. It's conveniently located at the airport and has free shuttle to/from airport. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Close to airport and they provide shuttle to the hotel. But the facility is ok in regard to cleanliness. I did see a bug on the wall right above the bed. All the items in the room seemed pretty old.

.This is an older property. The room with a double bed only has a full-sized mattress. The airport shuttle only departs from the hotel once every hour.

Over priced, under performance,
This was the most no frills holels. This place is made for transients, people looking for a place to stay while waiting for a flight. My hut in Iraq and Afghanistan has much more to offer.
To make matters worse, they charge a resort amenity fee! There are absolutely no amenities!!!!
A homeless shelter has better services and amenities

The rooms aren't fancy, but they are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was having to pay to park my rental car in the hotel parking lot. I rented a room for a week and ended up paying an additional $310 to park my rental car.

Pool area was nice and relaxing. Shuttle was quick but would rather be able to book a spot the night before to ensure there was enough room. The system you have requires us to get up even earlier for our early flight than necessary when it’s a first come first serve system. It was easy to use bus system to get to Waikiki. There is an IHop restaurant within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room was quiet.

Hotel is sufficient but not nice. Way over priced. This is an $89 room all day long not $320. Great location but not great quality. Sufficient if you have a flight and need to sleep. Beds are not great also mediocre.
