Off the highway pit stop for the night that was clean and convenient. I found the staff to be particularly helpful and welcoming - unusual for a pit stop kind of hotel. Otherwise, just another reliable Holiday Inn Express.

Time for a redo
Service and comfort great. Rooms in need of a redo. Tub had some rust and carpeting throughout looks very outdated.

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Eggs and sausage were literally cold. Hot water dispenser didn’t work. Not many options compared to other Holiday Inn express hotels.

It is near I-84 and the noise from the traffic is quite noticeable. Otherwise, the surroundings are quite as the hotel is an isolated area.

Everything was really nice. Staff was friendly. Property clean. Only downfall we experienced is coming back from a function there was no parking as many trucks and uhauls were taking up multiple spots. We had to park at a vacant property in the parking lot next door.

Great place
I traveled to go to medical appointments. There was great access to my room and proximity to elevator. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite, attentive, and I plan to stay again.

Stayed an extra night.
The hotel was great but we found out we had to stay an extra night. When the 2nd night was added, the room we were placed in was different and more expensive. We had to move all our belongings to a different room.

Nice bathroom!
Only thing - channels on tv pixelated or froze on some channels. Unfortunately, one of the channels, we really wanted to watch, especially that night. Dish tv - not a fan.

Friendly efficient staff. Pleased with cleanliness of our room, hallways, lounge and breakfast area, fitness center and parking lots. Breakfast selections above average. Close vicinity to restaurants and shopping areas. Great selection’s for purchase in the foods and staples department.

The only concern was the condition of the carpet in our room - other rooms I’m sure was good.
Staff was/is very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again as we pass through, but just ask for a different room.

Our flight from California was delayed so we arrived at the hotel around 3:45am. Front Desk was friendly and the Maintenance Associate helped me with my room key as I wasn’t using it properly-very helpful and caring.

It was a cute little place. We were only staying to nights to bring my niece back home to this area from another State. Staff were very friendly. The simple accommodation of Dove soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner was amazing. The breakfast options was better than expected and I was more than satisfied. I hope to come back in February, when my niece has her birthday party.

Booked via Travelocity. At check in we were first told that they were sold out. Then they gave us a room. At 10 pm we were startled to find someone trying to unlock the door to the room. Another couple was given keys to our room. We told them that the room was occupied. The front desk clerk called the room to apologize, but it made our stay very uncomfortable. It was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff at the front desk both days were very personable and pleasant to deal with. The only issue and I wouldn’t even say issue is just that the breakfast area is not set up very well. Love all the seating that was great just the very small room where all the food was is very hard to maneuver through with a lot of other guests. Not even complaining just making a suggestion maybe for the future.

There was no pressure in the shower, last time I stayed there it was the same thing. It took about 10 minutes for the sink to drain after shaving. They put me in another room and the shower was OK. Neither of the bathroom fans worked. Got up the next morning, the coffee maker didn't work. The staff has always been good. Ive stayed there many times but I won't next time I'm in town. I was there over memorial day weekend, I understand prices go up, but for $185 a night I expect a lot more than what I got there.

The hotel was clean, the room spacious, and the free breakfast adequate. Very convenient off the highway but not so close it was loud. Liked that there was a minifridge in the room. Would have liked a restaurant onsite to be able to get a drink at the end of the day, but we knew before we booked it didn't.

We arrived late in the evening and there was a huge bus group which arrived just before us. But the reception staff checked us in readily and we were able to get to the room (taking the stairs since there was a long line waiting)
Room was clean and very spacious but we had trouble with the temperature adjustment. Either too cold with A/C or too warm when off. Generally, we had a good stay and staff were very helpful.

Depending what side your room is on determines how quiet your sleeping experience will be. One side of the building faces the highway therefore more noise. Very clean hotel and included breakfast are positives!

Clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff! Only reason to take off a star was the refrigerator motor making loud noises throughout the night, and the very small, inadequate dining facilities. Went early and dining area was so crowded we decided not to risk the mad dash once the doors opened up, and had breakfast elsewhere. Other than that, great!

This property overlooked the highway so rooms on that side were noisy and you could hear traffic all day. My room (not facing the highway) was quiet, but my TV did not work, only 1/2 the outlets in my room worked and the lights next to the bed did not work. The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom was spacious with a good work desk. The overnight front desk woman was grouchy, unhelpful and unpleasant. Overall not the standard I've come to expect at Holiday Inn Expresses.

They are 2 for 2 on staff friendliness and assistance. To be honest, they stand out as superior compared to recent overnight stays at other hotels in the area.
Will prioritize them in the future - we tend to do last-minute travel so they are sometimes booked up.

Pipe burst and they had us staying directly in it with the loud fans and wet floors. We had to ask to be moved to which they knew was coming… and seemed annoyed by the request. Alarm went off middle of night. Key did not work two different times and had to be replaced

The staff are wonderful, but the owners haven't invested anything in that property in a very long time. You get the outdated vibe the minute the elevator door opens and you see inside it. The mattress on the bed was so hard and worn that you rolled into the indentations left by years of previous guests. The sheets were clean, but you could see mattress stains through the sheets. I slept on top of the duvet with a towel for a blanket. The furniture in the room was outdated and grubby, as were the fittings in the bathroom. the room was clean, just worn. The whole hotel just looked outdated and neglected.

My first room I was put in was disgusting. It smelled awful and the walls had dried spit and various liquids all over the place. The carpet flooring was stained everywhere and had dried food chunks in various spots. The chair with ottoman I would not sit on it was so gross. I took a video and showed the front desk. They put me in another room. This one was better but I had to fix the toilet because the chain in the back of the toilet propped open so the water was continuously running. Everything else was okay. Just NOT CLEAN!

For 200 bucks a night I expected much better. The hotel was directly next to a major highway so all you heard all night long was cars driving by. The hotel room was extremely basic, the keurig was broken, the tv barely worked, the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We might as well have slept on the floor that’s how hard the mattress was. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The only redeemable things were the hot water was really nice and the staff were very, very friendly.
