The staff was very accommodating and professional. The room and whole place seemed clean and well maintained. The main entrance could be made more visible. The convenience store on the corner attracts some bad crowd. Overall a great stay.

The room was nice, I expected it to be a little bit larger. The heating could use updating and the brick walls we nice but had holes in them which made me a little nervous . The bed was amazing and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was difficult to
Figure out and the closest parking garage the hotel did not validate the parking. That was a negative because the cost for one day was 100$ which is crazy for Boston.
The food at the restaurant attached was delicious and definitely worth the money. The ambiance was beautiful.
All in all it was a nice experience with a few areas to be improved.

Its hard fo find an affordable, spacious, clean, ..all the things when you start looking in the North End area. Tried them for the first time, and would definitely go back! Very clean and up to date. The rooms were spacious, not a cubby like you get in some cities. Im a neat freak, and everything was all clean, fresh, updated around the property. They even have fresh lemon water waiting for you in the lobby. Staff was nice. Parking is never fun in a city setting, but they actually have a pricing deal with a garage close by for discounted parking. We were only in town for one night, so we really didnt get to explore the restaurant etc in the lobby, but would most definitely stay again!

Hotel and staff were great! So close to so much in the North End. It was somewhat disappointing not to be able to get coffee in the morning without walking to get some.
The restaurant Joia at the hotel was great! Really awesome staff!
We just missed having coffee available.

Great location! Enough space in front of hotel to park and unload car before heading to parking garage, which was right around the corner. Staff was friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing and lots of them, which we love. The hallways are narrow so maneuvering the luggage cart was a little challenging, but I had a lot of heavy stuff making it difficult. We will definitely stay there again!

An above average hotel. You can stay without any problem. Level B rooms are named Cabins. There was no water provided in the room. At least a free water bottle will help. Thanks.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and whilst it was pleasant, I was a bit disappointed.
The beds were very comfy but everything else was lack lustre.
Hallways were loud in the early mornings by cleaners, there is no tea and coffee facilities in the room, our bathroom smelt very strongly of bleach. I would prefer the bathroom to be clean, don’t get me wrong, but this was excessive.
We were woken at around 5:45am one morning by an evacuation alarm over the hotel speakers. This eventually turned out to be a false alarm luckily. There was no acknowledgment by reception though.
Reception in general seemed disinterested.
The location is great though and very convenient for tours etc.

Everything was fine. Room was small. No coffee machine in room or in lobby, so coffee has to be purchased elsewhere, there is a 7-11 right outside but still. Shower water pressure was low. All in all, it was clean, friendly and affordable.

We stayed for one night for New Year's Eve. Great location. The room was very clean with a strong smell of disinfectant, so we knew it was clean. We were surprised that when went downstairs for breakfast on New Years Day along with coffee since no coffee pot in room and was told no one showed up to open and cook breakfastt??? I never heard that excuse before, but the girl offered us 4 coffees at $22.00 which we thought after no breakfast it would be complementary. Quite shocked.

Staff were exceptional in detail and knowledge of the area as well as very kind
I wish I could remember everyone’s name as they get a bonus if you name them
Rolando was the gentleman at the desk whom I called for directions and met me on arrival
He was wonderful- as well as the other front desk staff
But it’s the housekeepers who made or break a room and the cleanliness was outstanding
The rooms are also well designed - a bit light on the drywall so there is some noise. However it’s not intolerable
It is convenient, well run and excellent value!

We stayed in room 415. It had one small window looking out on an airshaft. The room was dark and the lighting inadequate. The bedside lamp was too dim to read by. Could have used a coffee pot. Location was excellent with T-station right outside.

Our stay was fine, good location, the staff was very nice, the hotel was clean and quiet but we were placed in a very small room with the only window looking into an airshaft. I assume this was due to the fact I used my hotels.com points to pay for most of the room. Also the shower had very little water pressure, it was difficult to wash my hair. I don't know if I would go back.
