The stay was comfortable. The property is older with a serious need for upgrades. Lack of upkeep was my major issue.... Electrical Sockets inoperable, bathtub bottom bouncy...thought I was going to fall through, badly stained carpet.... Channel reception very poor😞😞
On the positive side.... Room space and bed comfortable😌 Staff friendly. Restaurants were very good , great portions and excellent specials. We will definitely go back to eat at the restaurant ‼️

It was just gross and the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Also we were in 3 rooms because of how gross and dirty it was. Thank goodness the staff did accommodate, but even still it was not great.

Room was large, but meh. Had no blankets, quilts or comforters. No bottom sheets. Slept on a pile of top sheets....
Hair dryer broken and shower was jank.

The property was clean but the bathtubs drain plug was clogged and I couldnt get the water was very slow to drain after I showered. There was a homeless person outside that kept yelling and cursing. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

This property should be condemned! It was HORRIBLY UNSANITARY! Such as stains on the carpets and curtains, dirt in every corner of the room, when we walked in, the front panel of the heater was laying on the floor, it smelled, and obviiously the maids werent doing anything to make it look better! We walked out as quickly as we walked in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Dropped my earpiece under the bed in a non smoking room. There were plenty of cigarette butts with thick dusty bunnies & a bouncy ball that was flat ( do you know how long it takes that ball to deflate?) someone’s hair was still in the dryer. My bed sheet had a large hole at the bottom. They tried to tuck it in hoping no one would notice.

I didn't stay after all because my flight was delayed and hotels.com nor the hotel could do anything about it. This is just a layover book to sleep over night with my kids to get from Colorado to San Antonio and I recieved no help at all. Will need to stay at the airport over night with my kids. From 19pm to 4 pm. We just needed a nice sleep I didn't expect needing more money.

PRO: sheets were clean and towels clean
CON: Filthy sticky rugs, bathroom floor sagging, furniture stained, furniture worn. Fire alarm went off at 8am in entire #6 building where I was. Front desk said they didn't know what was going on. Lots of security running around.
Charged 95..00 hold on card. $25.00 which was resort fee which is crazy for the condition of this property and also states no resort fee free parking in add. 70.00 for security deposit for a filthy run down room. There is no way this place is even a 5 rated hotel. I own an Inn and would fire the entire staff. Huge homeless issue hence a lot of security. |

Walls dirty, carpet soiled, couch that goodwill would not sell with hole in cushion and soiled, soundproofing was bad hearing people talk outside, and alarm in building went off and was going on for awhile with nobody around to silence it. Bed was old but comfotable, pillows were GREAT, must have been My Pillows,

I didn’t like that the elevator wouldn’t go down, we had to take the stairs and one of us has bad knees.

Bring your own blankets
We froze! No blankets in our 2-bed room! Couldn't reach the desk to ask for some. We slept with our jackets on and extra clothes we brought with us. The good side: we also couldn't reach the desk before we got there to tell them we needed a late check-in but they let us check in late anyway.
Light in the bedroom not working, generally an old facility in need of upgrades and repairs, but not surprising considering the price.

You get what you pay for
Was disappointed in my stay. Although it was reasonable and the room was spacious. I doubt I will be staying here again. This seems like a haven for druggies, vagrants, and other undesirables. If they're not lodging at this hotel, then they are passing through and walking around. There were a couple nights that had people making noise during the night. This went on for a long time. Although the last two nights were really quiet, it still left a negative impression on me. The bed was ok but the sheet was too small and the heater would get too hot for the desired temperature. While the front desk was very pleasant and helpful I was glad to have checked out.
While the price favors those who are on a limited income I would recommend better lodging if one can afford it, since this hotel and the surrounding neighborhood seems to have a shady and questionable surrounding.

Christmas Nightmare
Our stay this time was the worst.
House keeping had not clean room properly.
there were last guest clothing left in room no mattress pad on bed . We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean tub and wipe down room. People wandering around property site fighting and yelling kicking on walls and doors.
Not sure if I was staying at a Hotel or a weekly Motel.
sour dough cafe and bingo was the best thing

Always a great place to stay
Always a great place to stay. Separate bedroom from living area. Makes it like a home experience. Food is always great. $8.99 steak and eggs all the time. Other good deals on meals. Parking is close to room.

My view from window was homeless lots. TV, Internet was outdated and slow. Shower faucet was in poor shape. Prepare to be burn for taking a shower. Never saw housekeeping when I was there for 5 days. Took me 20 minutes of wandering around to find the front deck.

My room wasn’t very clean, the end tables had cigarette ashes from the previous person, the remote to the television was missing the battery cover so the batteries kept falling out, toilet needed repairing, old shower curtain rings were left on so the curtain wouldn’t close properly, no microwave and the room had a bad cigarette smoke odor.

The stay was okay
Overall it was a good price for the stay but there were some stuff that needed improvement. The toilet was pretty loud when flushing and the shower handle was not working properly as I was having a hard time getting hot water. I did like that it had two separate rooms and a refrigerator.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, necesitaba pasar la noche solamente y el precio en relacion a la habitacion estuvo bien , solo para pasar la noche y seguir viaje , las habitaciones son ochentosas pero buenas camas, toallas y ducha relajante. Amplio parking y tenia una cafetera para cafe de cortesia que a la mañana sirve para desayunar algo rapido.. Si te vas a quedar mas dias o mas tiempo en la habitacion, busca otra cosa

Turning on the water in the tub to take shower ants spilled from the faucet and started running up the tub and walls. Had to spray them with water to have them go down the drain.

Good place to stay for couples and small families. We never had housekeeping service so that’s what the low rating in service is for. When going into the room there was no TV remote so the TV remained on whatever channel the last folks left. There was a stuffed toy dog and quite a bit of trash on the floor. - There are ZERO blankets in the room, had to call to get one. Everything else was nice. Check-in was simple and friendly.

It was a dirty room that directly overlooked a noisy homeless camp from our 3rd floor room which was difficult to find with an elevator that looked sketchy so we took the stairs. Got locked out of our room prematurely on last day and waited in a wind tunnel for 30 minutes for security. Bad traffic jams to get to the strip. Never again! Avoid this place like the plague!

Way too expensive for what we called "crack city"
The room had no light bulbs when we arrived because the tempered glass was obviously used by the previous tenants to get their fix. If that wasn't off putting enough- there was a blood smear on the wall and I felt dirty showering or walking around the room without any shoes or shower sandals. Casino part was nice though.

It’s not worth your stay. They charge a resort fee, ridiculous. Broken toilet, noise of water flushing in wall day & night, fridge seal loose & door won’t stay shut.
Only 4 tv channels & 6 sports channels.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Getting run down. Not much selection on Tv channels. Food selection not great.
Leak in wall that sounded like a toilet flush, every 4-5 mins
& they didn’t move us. Shouldn’t charge resort fees.

I spent 2 nights at Arizona Charlie's Boulder hotel. It was quiet with not that many guests - I stayed there Monday with Wednesday checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is about 20 minutes away from the Vegas strip. Pool/ spa closed for the season :( and no fitness center, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay.

Disguting Smoking Rat Hole
This place was very dirty! Stains all over the carpet, couch, and walls. Found a type of feces in the refrigerator and the air conditioner. I was too disgusted to take any more pictures because I was trying my best not to lose it. Says it's a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes. It is definitely not worth the price we paid for to stay here. The staff was amazing though! Very friendly and understanding. Helped us cut our trip short with no issues 3 nights in that place was torture.

Shut this place down. Unsanitary.
This place was absolutely disgusting. The floors weren't vacumed. Gross stains on carpet. Mold in shower and on showsr curtain. Gross hairs in shower and all over hair dryer. Switched rooms hoping for better conditions. Found bugs crawling out of the sink. I asked to be refunded and am still waiting. Will never ever ever go back again. That place should be shut down.

SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY!!!
Booked three nights in a "suite" for a few friends and I for the three day weekend. First thing we noticed when entering the room was the musty moldy smell. There was dust caked on every surface imaginable. A suite in this hotel's mind is a bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a twin sized bed. Not enough for four people. None of us dared use the shower, and I ended up driving to a store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room MYSELF. Even so, it needed to be vacuumed badly. My feet were black after walking on the putrid carpet. We also encountered THREE ROACHES!!!!! Absolutely disgusting hotel but we figured we'd deal with it in the morning because we were all exhausted. Unfortunately at 1 a.m. a man attempted to break into our room!!! We called security but never showed up and one of my friends ended up having a severe panic attack while the other couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. When I informed the front desk the next day all they had us do was "talk" with security. And when I asked for a refund they told me i would have to contact expedia which I did, but then expedia tells me the hotel will not return the funds. It was a back and forth "he said she said." I noticed many other people checking out early, and askung for refunds and it's like the front desk lady was used to it.. one woman even said she found bed bugs! Eek!!! If you value your safety and health you should not go to this hotel.

The Hot water wasn't working, very dirty, full of dust and cigarette smell inside the rooms, the Pool and hot tube was dirty, and the staff lock the doors of the pool and hot tub for that reason.

This place was filthy. No blankets on bed. Dirty, stained, used tooth picks on floor. Mold in bathroom. Because we booked thru Expedia and had a cheaper price they gave us their worst rooms. No cleaning people over Friday thru Sunday. No manager followed up with us after numerous complaints.

Resort fee
They charged me 150 dollars for resort fee , said i would get 75 back when i left. The invoice at hotels.com site said 47 dollars resort fee, not 75 dollars. I know its only 28 dollars but i believe the integrity of the site is at stake, ive been booking my hotel reservations here for years and ive never been lied to before about what is due.
The hotel is going thru some remodeling but it has great service.

No bed sheets, blanket or pillow cases. Bring own
The first night was good, no problem. But when I left the next morning and came back towards evening housekeeping took off my sheets and blanket, and pillow cases. They emptied the trash. They didn't put new sheets and blanket or pillow cases on bed and pillows. I called housekeeping, now answer. Then I called the front desk. They told me they ran out of sheets & pillow cases, and didn't have a blanket. I said what am I supposed to do then? They said they could bring me bed sheets. But why didn't they make my bed with the sheets? I went out again and looked in the windows of the vacant rooms and noticed that they didn't have sheets or blankets on the beds. So if you are going to stay there, I'd recommend bring a blanket. I'd expect some kind of compensation.
