The photos were pretty deceiving. I needed a place to lay my head and couldn't even do so because of the lack of cleanliness of this facility especially in the room. The sheets were stained, this hotel needs to be sprayed for a foul odor especially in the hallways. I got a non smoking room and it smelled like a smoker room. Needs to be updated and importantly the front of the building needs to be hosed down. The staff that was working in the front seemed sweet but was young and literally appeared to just woken up out of bed. Once I saw my room and had a weird encounter a strange guest which made me feel uncomfortable, which had nothing to do with the hotel, I had to leave asap.

Nothing like the Expedia photos. Furniture falling apart. Mold in the room. Way hotter inside the casino than outside. Random people complaining about the inside all the time. Single pane sliding window opens to the outside on the first floor with security bars that just swing open and can’t be locked. Called Expedia and they did nothing. Told me to talk to hotel management. Switched rooms twice the first night due to above mentioned problems. Was on business trip as always so stayed the week. Soothing sounds of road construction constantly and cars running over multiple metal plates the entire time. This is my first ever review in many years of traveling all over. I waited a few weeks to post this to be objective as possible. Do not ever visit this place. If I had paid my own money I would be more furious than I already was.

Very dated and worn down… Beds and furniture was broken down and worn. Linings were stained and mismatched… rooms were not the cleanest and need renovations. The lobby and casino floor weren’t the cleanest and the cigarette smoke was overwhelming!…

We had a baby shower near by and chose Arizona Charlie’s Decatur. We requested non-smoking rooms and noticed the whole floor was supposed to be non-smoking. This was NOT the case. We didn’t mind how outdated it was, you get what you pay for. But I could not handle the smoke smell, whether it was cigarettes or weed. They could’ve bought a cheap air purifier or even opened the windows. Honestly the lobby wasn’t as much. GREAT housekeeping though!

Hotel was cheaper but very smokey as you walk through casino to check in. The wifi sucked, the bed was not comfortable and i was annoyed that i couldn't get herbal tea at any of their restaurants . They shouldn't be charging an extra resort fee, totally not worth paying.

This hotel was decent, I was looking to get away from the crazy casino's. The casino downstairs is pretty small, but still smoky, there were cigarettes in the elevators which I know is not the hotel's fault. The room was pretty clean, there's a charge for wifi, needed a new shower head but that's minor. No real complaints, the hotel was just average.

My room said no smoking. But it smelled like an ashtray. The restaurants inside of the casino were absolutely horrible. It took one hour just to get a short stack of pancakes. And the place wasn’t crowded. As soon as you walk in the whole place smells like cancer. Imagine 500 people smoking at one time. It’s absolutely horrible. You save money but it’s not worth the extra 40 or 50 bucks. The towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper. I’m pretty sure you can remove paint chips with them all in all, it felt like a truckstop with the casino.

Employees are very courteous but was unable to unclog tub to drain with out having to stand in water while showering. Property is tired and needs updating badly but the employees and prices keep me coming back.

This property has really gone down hill in looks amenities cleanliness etc
The headboard in room wobbled there were limited plugs for phone chargers, room had a smell ( not clean) to it, filthy carpets, no closet space at all to hang clothes, bathroom was not the cleanest, shower curtain was horrible, blow dryer started to smoke when I turned it on, called to report they never came in time to replace and or fix.
All in all accommodations were literally a 2
So sad we used to love this place!
Staff, restaurants all excellent, housekeepers very nice, registration desk all very nice and helpful!
Smoke level in casino very very high, even tho we asked for and got a smoke free room the smell did penetrate the 4th floor!
Very very disappointing.

We like it.
No, its not a luxury hotel, but it works well for us. We try to stay here when we come to LV several times a year from the Nevada outback for doctors and errands and shopping. Its the best bargain in town in our opinion! Always get a treat from the Dunkins on site, too.

Sketchy people all over the casino. Rooms are old and outdated. No cable. No wifi. Systems were down.atleast it was free parking!! And the walls are very thin,you can hear the neighbors entire conversation!!

Smokiest hotel I’ve EVER been to. My clothes smelled like smoke for the rest of my trip, even though I only stayed here one night. Otherwise, room seemed clean. In a pinch, it’s ok.

Dirty and outdated
this was a awful experience, front desk help was rude, room was not up to any standards, very dirty and outdated. I wouldn't even shower as it was so bad. We stayed here several years ago and it was nice, but it has gone down hill horribly. Very disappointed in this stay. Would not recommend.

Good value for the price
Best room I've stayed at for the price in Vegas. Had items that are often missing from rooms of this price -- good size, comfortable bed, lots of towels, frig, coffeemaker, strong shower faucet & water flow, renovated bathtub, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, lots of hangers. Will be back.

Staff was very unprofessional and rude. When asked for assistance with respect to plugged toilet, they said it would be looked after before we returned from our 8hr outing. Upon return the toilet was still plugged so they sent up another maintenance staff who brought a plunger and unplugged the toilet. The toilet overflowed and he said it’s not his job to clean it, that’s housekeeping responsibility. So I called the front desk for more towels and somebody to clean the bathroom. Somebody brought the towels to the room but said they don’t do any cleaning. I ended up cleaning the floor myself and left the towels that I cleaned it with in the hallway and they were not picked up for 16 hrs. Disgusting to say the least. This hotel has no facecloths or small towels or at least that’s what the front desk and staff said. The hallways and elevators were dirty and dangerous as the carpet was full of lifted and rolled areas. The pool and the hot tub were so so filthy, unusable. Complaining to staff about our issues they said it’s not their issue. The best part about this hotel was being away from it , while we enjoyed the rest of Las Vegas.

Security was everywhere, inside and outside.
The location was good for being off the strip. The room was large and had a fridge.
The rooms could use a serious update, the beds were worn out, the bathroom had peeling wallpaper, the hairdryer didn’t work (they did change it the same day I told them about it) however they didn’t come to clean my room a single time.
The casino smelled of cigarette smoke.

The check in line was very long, and you had one person checking everyone in. She was nice, so no issues with her, but I did with credit card machine. It wouldn’t “catch” my card when swiped or when she tried to have me use the chip. She wasn’t able to manually enter my card number, and no other way. Thank god my debit card took. Had that original card been my only card, I would have been sleeping in my rental car. Having a huge line behind me was a lot of pressure, which I did not appreciate because they were all waiting too and I didn’t like this was holding up the line. Worst check in experience I’ve ever had. Again, the girl was not at fault that the machine wouldn’t take my card. That card has had 0 issues, except here at this hotel.

We booked a king bed non smoking room and when called them letting know that we were going to be doing late check in. When we got there they gave us a smoking room with two bed and it smelled horrible. Went down to the lobby they gave us another room but it was still smoking with two beds and they gave us a spray bottle to spray the room with. Finally the next day they changed our room but not what we booked. Never going back to this hotel

When I got to the hotel I checked in. The lady at the front desk was rude.
When I went to my room. There was a vacuum cleaner running by itself with nobody in the room. Then I went downstairs. Didn't complain about the vacuum cleaner but asked where could I get something to eat? The gentleman at the bar pointing me to the cafe. So I went to the cafe to have some dinner. I sat down. I was there for 20 minutes sitting down. Waiting for somebody to give me some coffee or take my order. So I left and made a complaint and went to my room. I had left the air conditioning going and the air conditioner was just blowing out hot air. It was 5 in the morning and the front desk told me. I had to wait 3hours until 8 o'clock to give me another room.
I called hotels.com and complained about my situation. Didn't refund me my money back. They basically told me to go get screwed so I left,
I will never return to this place again.

No maid service
We stayed for 4 days and never got clean towels or sheets. The sheets were not a big deal but it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels. Our trash can was overflowing. You could see light coming in from around the door so we heard all the noise in the hallway. We chose not to stay in a big casino because we didn’t want to walk a mile to our room, so in that sense it was good.

Nothing special about property. Very load traffic noise all night. Never received wash clothes even tho requested. Refrigerator malfunctioned. Television was static, poor quality viewing and no tv guide.

It was an ok hotel, but I wasn't too happy with the bathroom. The linens had not been restocked, so there was one wash cloth, one hand towel and 3 bath towels. Also, there were no towel racks, anywhere, to hang towels, or to drape clothing while in the bathroom, other than on top of the sink counter.

Photos on website likely not from this hotel
The pictures on their website about their rooms are not accurate. The room I was in had old stained carpet and a loveseat that should have been discarded 10 years ago. While I stayed on a non-smoking floor, you couldn't tell when you stepped into the hallway and were overwhelmed when in the elevator. The connection to the casino had smoke permeating every nook and cranny.

Only about 75 parking spaces for how many rooms? I think most legitimate overnight guests arrive by car since it is far from Airport. Fix this! Not a great area.

The important part, the room itself, was spacious and clean. There was also a requirement to use your room's key card to get in the elevator up to your floor from the casino and then again to get through a door leading to the rooms.
The casino was exceptionally smoky so these added steps helped keep the smokiness out of the rooms. The parking lot was filthy with garbage and seemed sort of sketchy, but every time I went out to my car there was either a security vehicle driving around or a security guard on a bike patrolling the lot.
I'm not that familiar with Vegas so not sure if this was average or not. Didn't bother me that much.

Middle of winter,, check in day gray, COLD raining,, maybe 52*. Check into room, air conditioner ON set at 60*. Talking later to an employee, told that's management's policy.,!!! Dirty looking, and black stains on wash cloths. Outdated furniture that's falling apart. Shorts in electrical Lights wiring and switches. Pointed out to,, 2 employees, pushing garbage dumpsters,what looked like a rolled joint laying on floor, they looked at it,, discussed if it was,, then walked away. It was still there 12 hours later. Oh Well,,,,,,

The room was nice. My only issues were with the television they had the worst possible cheap cable set up which is no big deal but they also left no option for attaching a source like my amazon fire stick light since they had no original Samsung controller in the room just one that I guess was meant to be a universal designed for them.
And the fact that you had to pay for the wifi after paying for the room seemed shocking. I tried to log into their wifi and it said it wasn't free So I just kept to my roaming data.
Otherwise a good stay in Arizona Charlie's.

I want my money back
Even upon request, we couldnot get housekeeping to do our room. Also, there were two power outages affecting the casino floor and restaurant. My slot machine was one of the ones that crashed and aside from giving my money back,they offered no other comps for our troubles.

Very nice hotel, no shade for pooch!!!
I stay in Vegas frequently and need shade for my Dog-child. There is no parking garage or shade to park in which is difficult in hot weather. That said, I was pleasantly surprised how secure, comfortable and quiet my room was! I needed service a couple of times and they were on it!! Friendly staff and a nice room, that was a winner.

Do not book. Worst place ever didn’t even stay for the 2nights I booked. Doesn’t look how it’s described on pictures, very dirty & smells disgusting inside. Worst experience ever & Expedia couldn’t even give me a full refund when I didn’t even stay at the hotel. Horrible!!!!

It was ok not the best or prettiest but it was clean and bed was not bad. Hate the cigarette smell in casino, but love that after hrs u have to use ur room key to get on elevator. Other than that it was pretty good
