Hotel seemed clean & rooms comfortable plus pretty spacious. Now the property around area had tons of homeless all around. It felt super unsafe. I wouldn’t be caught outside after 8pm.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Had to ask about where gym and hot tub were. Hot tub pump not working but no sign on gate to indicate. Front desk staff didn’t advise, just told me when I went back to tell her, she just shrugged her shoulders and said she thought it was out of order.

Awful experience
We arrived at location and there was no parking spots. We went in and the front desk guy said there was a problem with the door that if the key did not open he would open it. When he came to open it the room had not been cleaned from the prior people that had stayed. The beds were unmade and there was garbage. We told the front desk and due to the hotel being booked he said he could not do anything. Gave me a phone number to corporate and they said they could not do anything. We were stranded in Pheonix at 1:00 am. I then told the front desk that I needed him to return my money of $635 that he had charged. He said he had not charged it and it would not be charged. It was charged and 6 days later has not been returned to my account. I have sent in copies of my bank statement for proof and nothing!

You have a wonderful staff...very accommodating to my needs. Breakfast was good. But....the apartment building next door had music blaring until midnight....not your fault.

Room was at best moderately clean. There were drippings of somecsubstance geled up on bedside table.The door key cards in common areas rarely work. Staff polite enough but are not geared toward service. Generally the facility is barely kept up to minimum standard and is not very clean.

No system to check in
It was late night with my babies and they didn’t have system to checking in even when I had a paid reservation. I needed to go and pick another hotel in the area.

First room assigned (301) was not ready, it had someone else's belongings (piece of luggage and other personal effects), had to go back to reception, was offered second room (327), which door would not open as the lock was not functioning properly, after a couple of attempts to open door by hotel staff, we were offered a third room, downgraded from type of room booked. The whole process took 45 minutes and was frustratig to say the least.

Spacious and bright reception area, great staff, breakfast offered multiple choices and very clean.
Extra blankets each room may be needed as comforters are very thin.
Coming back to La Quinta!!

Nice roomy family friendly room
Clean & the service was good. We had a family friendly room which was large with one king & 2 full sized beds. Excellent accommodations for my family. Parking was convenient.

The staff was very pleasant, but the rooms were horrible. I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms, as soon as you walked in, smelled very strong of cat urine. Plus there was no shower curtain. In the other room, one of the beds had blood on the sheets. You could tell the bathroom floor had not been mopped, and the towels were questionable.

It was ok i first got there i could not open the door to the room told Jessica about it ot got fix the next day which was not cool at all me being disabled floors need cleaning smelled bad on the room the exit doors was not working good had to go around to different doors to see whuch one worked breakfast was good

Best hotel ever….towels were thicker, pillows softer, there’s a ceiling fan, body wash, 4 big towels instead of the usual two and a bench and a tiny grass area for you and your pet. Wow! Also, they are eco friendly about maid service but she came in and resupplied the coffee and soap and empty trash cans….usually, at other hotels, you are ignored for three days.

Checkin was fine.
We were advised that housekeeping would not come into our room unless we requested service. We went out one day and came back to our bags packed and placed on the bed and some of our items were missing. The last night there was so much noise, banging of doors, stomping feet and yelling.
Mentioned these concerns to guest services and we were told oh well what can you do.

If you want to be treated like a criminal stay here! They charge your card in the early hours to and I quote "make sure you have money on your card" because again and I quote "guests like to move money around and not pay" and good luck talking to a manager they are never in.
As far as the hotel itself it's nice no issues with the room but go spend your money at another hotel that won't think you're going to not pay.

The hotel it’s self is really nice. The breakfast was good. Everything is clean. The homeless people outside made me feel a little scared that my car was going to try broken into. I tried to get a late check out but because I wasn’t a platinum member they denied me that which sucked but nothing I can do about it. Overall the hotel is nice, comfy, and clean. If you need a late check out I recommend checking before booking.

Check in process was horrible waited almost an honor because there was only 1 person working front desk line was out the door. My stay was for an event Check in process made me arrive late, mind you Check in is at 3 i arrived at 3:05.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. 1 worker on a Friday during check in time ? Literally took an hour to check in with 6 people in front of me. The guy had to run up the stairs every time, to make sure rooms were available. Keep in mind this was after 4 pm. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HOMELESS PEOPLE EVERYWHERE

Nice room!
Bed was super comfy, rooms were remodeled nice. The bathrooms products were all Dove :) Front desk service was excellent. Breakfast had nice choices with sausages & waffles. Parking lot was secure.

The rooms were fine; clean and comfortable and sufficient parking. The area was a bit sketchy. I saw a group of questionable characters hanging out by the Pollo Loco across the street which made me a bit uneasy. They might have been either homeless or on drugs or both.

Ghost in room 127
I stayed in room 127. It was a suite so I loved the space. It was an older building, but as every La Quinta I’ve stayed in, it was exceptionally clean.
The one funny thing about the room was the mirrored closet door in the bedroom. It kept coming open. I’d go to close it, come back and it would be wide open. Before I headed out to my evening engagement, I actually pulled the luggage rack from the closet and propped it against the closet door to keep it closed. When I returned to the room, I found the luggage rack turned over and the door wide open again.
I think room 127 might be haunted. I told your ghost I was tired and going to bed. I told him I didn’t want anymore shenanigans and to be quiet and I left the door open for him.
He was respectful and let me sleep the rest of the night.

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and attentive. the condition of the actual room was good, only thing is the restroom door was broken at the bottom like it had been kicked until it cracked. A little renovation to conditions but otherwise overall a good stay

The rooms where not a good representation of the image they portray on the site. They are much smaller, however, very nice, comfortable and clean, plus great towels and toiletries, but quite comfortable. I was not happy when I requested a late check out, typically they will give it to you but they would not even allow a 15 minutes late check out moreover, the front desk staff was rude in communicating that back to me it felt very unkind and unsympathetic. The free breakfast was bad on May 5, 2023, no eggs just undercooked bacon. On the next morning there did have eggs, but burnt and dried out. Not a pleasant experience. The kitchen needs some loving care. Other La Quinta do a much better job serving breakfast.

There was no one at the fron desk to be able to check in, we waited for 45 minutes. Some people were there before us. It was late, we were tired and unable to access our room. There was no parcking spaces we had to parck on the street.

Our room was not refreshed on a 2-night stay. No fresh towels, bed make or coffee. We were we could come to the front desk for supplies.
Also the front desk called at 2:45AM(!!) to ask if the green camper parked on the street was ours..it wasn't.

Disgusting hotel rooms
This is a horrible property. Toilet seat was dirty. Yuck! Thank goodness I travel with Clorox wipes. One of the bedspreads had a stain. I am not even going to describe it.
Air conditioning didn't work well. This was not even as good as a Best Western property. No information was given at check in besides our room number. We weren't greeted or asked how our stay was.
Breakfast was scarce. I don't know if you needed to be there when it opened? It wasn't replenished.

When I arrived, the front desk could not find my payment. Showed staff my receipt and still insisted on me paying again. The lady at the front desk seemed not to care, and her response was "contact Expedia," because that's where you booked. I called expedia, and right away I was helped as they contacted the hotel directly. After they emailed proof of my payment, I was finally able to check in. Once we arrived at our room, we saw they had not provided the room I booked. I had booked a 2-queen room and received a King bed and pullout couch. I called the front desk and was informed that that was the room I booked. Her automatic response was that it was an error on Expedia's side. I once again informed the lady at the front desk that my receipt showed I booked a room with 2 queen beds. She then goes on to say "Oooh, I see what happened. We oversold rooms, and we do not have that room available that you paid for". So pretty much, it was keeping that room or not. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable, and we had to go get pillows and blankets in the lobby because they were not provided.

Staff was not friendly. Garbage was in the ice bucket. There were 2 guys yelling and doors slamming at 3:30 am one morning. lasted over 10 minutes. No answer at front desk when called. No service to the room. Not enough toiletries for 2 people Bathtub looked dirty - had a fix but the fix did not cover the rust look
