Family suite is a plus!
Breakfast was awesome! Family suite had plenty of room for our family with the two bedrooms and a common space. My only recommendations would be adding a chair and another bedside lamp in the king size room, and lighting in the common room space (there was none). Only concern is that underneath the beds is not blocked by a box base like we usually see, and it obviously hadn’t been checked as we found a couple of empty Gatorade bottles and a pair of tennis shoes there.

Uhh our room was ok. Everything is beat up as far as furniture. Don't look under your bed unless you want to see dust bunnies and random crap from previous guests(socks). Our friends had their rental car tires stripped and stolen while parked on property. Kinda sketchy experience over all.

Not the best Hilton property
This property is not the best Hilton property I've ever stayed at, but the customer service is immaculate. We were driving into town really late and I called to let them know well in advance (also previously added a 'Late Arrival' comment on the reservation). From the front desk rep that I spoke to on the phone and then in person upon arrival, to the rep that I interacted with the next morning, everyone was so pleasant and genuinely nice. The customer service was more than enough to make up for the 'less than wow room' decor and sub-par cleanliness of the dishes in the full size kitchen or the corners of the bathroom. I personally wouldn't stay here again but I did appreciate the hospitality.

Do better Homewood Suites by Hilton
I had to switch rooms immediately because I found someones sock on the floor, therefore telling me that the room service didn't clean thoroughly at all.
The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and definitely didnt meet expectations.

The outside looks like a new hotel, but the rooms, carpet, furniture, seems to be outdated. The air conditioner sounded like a helicopter hovering over our room all night long and our toilet was broken.

Didnt like that there was crumbs on the floor, chips, moldy sausage, food debris on the walls, unrecognizable debris on doors that made the kids freak out, and bedding on the box spring cover made us nauseous there was some kind of splatter on the cover. Seems the space hadn't been tended to in awhile, floor boards were warped and for almost $400 a night it was ok but definitely not the cleanest and surprised on the price I'm an EA and have had better hotels that were 5 star, cleaner and for that price were much, much nicer and clean!

A quick overnight in Avondale
Check in and out were quick and timely. The breakfast was good with wide selection of items. We stayed away from the freeway but noise was still an issue. A fan or something cycled during our entire stay - we could not figure out what was making the noise. Loose tile in the bathroom and trash in cabinet from prior tenant. Good location in Avondale.

Our room was spacious and clean. The woman at the desk when we checked in was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to State Farm Stadium.

Good choice!!
The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the facility overall looks in good condition and well kept, inside and out. The size of the rooms are excellent. The only area that may need improvement is the maintenance of the AC units, they’re kind of loud and looked dusty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will likely visit again.

We liked the location of this hotel and the night manager, Marietta, was AMAZING-so sweet and efficient. However, this property is getting run down. The pool was freezing. Hot tub barely warm. Rooms are dingy-carpets need to be cleaned and all the furniture is getting worn out. Tile in the bathroom is dirty and needs a very deep clean. It’s Al super uneven and not laid well. Overall the stay was good but we won’t be staying here again due to the dirtiness.

To begin, my hotel reservation was canceled without my notice and upon arriving to the hotel I was told that the hotel had been completely sold out. I then left the hotel and made a new reservation for the exact same hotel and exact same room after being lied to that all of them had sold out. I was then given two keys for my room, one of which did not work and made it very inconvenient for my guest to enter and leave the room. Upon entering the hotel room, the toliet was completely dirty and had literally feces still in the bowl which was conditioning the air to have an odor. After settling in, my guest and I tried several times to connect to the WiFi provided by the hotel and was never able to connect throughout the entire stay, causing us to have to use our own data which was seldom available in the area. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay here and disappointed with Expedia being that I intended on being a returning customer up until this stay.

Overall the stay was pleasant. I was happy with how clean the room was. The location was built in 2007 but you can quickly tell the hotel has high standards for keeping everything very clean and sanitary. I loved the kitchen, especially the large fridge. For the price we paid I was disappointed with a few things:
-- The pillows seemed cheap. I needed 3 just to get comfortable and to feel like I was laying on something.
-- The comforters were very thin. Luckily, I brought my own blankets which helped.
--The microwave was missing the glass plate, so we couldn't even use it.

I was given a room where one AC was not working. I was then moved to a different room where two of the ACs were not working. If the air was not working, why would they put us in there. And then reception got upset because we switched rooms again, why are they upset that THEIR AC is not working and still booked it out in that condition, mind you it’s AZ heat.

Overall I would stay there again.
The breakfast and happy hour staff were great. Most of the front desk was great, except for one guy, who spent most of the time looking at his phone and when asking for something seemed to make him go out of his way. The room was good, the furniture could be updated, it was dated and dirty.

Too much noise on I-10 to get a good nights sleep
The good and the ugly. Nice location with quality restaurant next door. Front desk was professional (quick and helpful). If you are on side facing the freeway, you HEAR highway noise all night long. Outside the building, the noise is so loud, you cannot talk at normal level. The maids use too much bleach to clean such that room needs to be aired out for two plus hours to be usable.

Great place to stay
All of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and professional. The property had allowed all cleaning staff the day off for Christmas which was great to see that they value their employees and their families. Any additional needs you had to make a quick trip to the front desk which was quick and convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked so if you’re planning on staying for an extended time or are on a budget, you can cook meals, stock the refrigerator, etc. the dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator are standard size. The cooktop is two burner but sufficient for vacation. The location was great for dining, shopping and going to the Cardinals game.

The pullout bed sunken in , needs better pillows. Bedding for pull out . So you won't have to call for it. It should be in the closet rapped in plastic. Other than that its very nice.

The kitchen staff was amazing for breakfast!! She went out of her way for my child and I. Making sure we had enough food before they closed up. Other than that other staff was not so great. Got sprayed all over by an employee (manager I believe) for smelling like smoke. Pool was also disappointing since the gardener was using his leaf blower and dusted myself and family all over whole sun bathing.

Check in was delayed due to room not being ready but we were there about half an hour before regular check in time, so not their fault.
Everything was great! From the front desk staff to the room. We stayed in the 2br suite and we all loved the size & floor plan. A bit pricey but it accommodated our group.

The overnight ladies were absolutely wonderful! They even remembered that we were there for my godsons birthday the next night! The suite was nice and clean when we got up to the room and breakfast was fresh every morning! We will definitely be coming back!

No working exhaust/vent in the bathroom, very uncomfortable foldout bed, and they run out of breakfast well before 10 even though they only serve it on weekends...main lobby smells awful... you know you’re in a hotel as soon as you walk in....
