I was charged a fee for my service animal, even though I called before I arrived to measure it was ok, I was not approached about the animal during my stay, and I called again after I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. I was not notified or given a receipt for this by the hotel. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express, or any related properties, nor will I ever recommend one. The manager, Nate, was also very rude over he phone.

Internet does not work. You cannot get online. Area unsafe. Also, Service was miserable. The front desk person was angry and stressed out. She was arguing with someone on the phone when we arrived, hung up, and then refused to talk to us or listen to any requests. We wanted to be away from potential noise and wound up In the noisiest room, close to lobby and on first floor. The hotel was clearly still empty at that hour, but she wouldn’t even discuss another room option with us and threatened to cancel our reservation when we asked. Horrible person, horrible service.

Great stay
Frank at the front desk is amazing.
He is very great at his job and he was able to help make our stay comfortable and wonderful. The breakfast is filling and clean and delicious. The other front desk gentlemen were also very amazing and accommodating.

Out of a 14 day stay the room was not cleaned 3 times. The room cleaner did a poor job leaving the bed sloppily made. Some times leaving bits of trash on floor like a used q-tip from waste basket. Also did not replenish cups and coffee pods. The elevator was out of full service the last two days. You had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor to get on. The price paid for this room should have come with really good service. Looking for other options for next time.

The room was missing a shower curtain and towels upon check in, and just in a state in need of repairs. Multiple signs throughout the hotel warning of theft and items that are commonly stolen. We appreciated the heads up, but it really made us also feel unsafe during our stay. The staff were great and accommodating - absolutely no complaints on the customer service at this location.

I needed to stay close to the airport and Spring Valley Hospital. The Holiday Inn Express met all objectives. Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean, quiet rooms, great air conditioning and excellent breakfast. There are very good restaurants close by. I used the Fitness Center and it had everything needed. I will stay here again.

I arrived at BNA at 8:50 pm, due to a funeral looked up flight said delayed till 9:15. Get to checkout and flight was gone. So had to scramble to get another flight with my daughter in another airline spend more money only to find out that had layover in Denver, and connect to Las Vegas. So I got to Vegas and had to go to convention called to check on my reservations and was booked . Now I am stuck with no room for the night charged me one night and still no resolution. My 10 year old daughter and I never got a call and have been up since yesterday morning around 8. :00 and they couldn’t even accommodate.

We stood three days ( Fri. to Mon). Friendly staff. Easy check in. Entered the room. Looked nice however desk chair had a hardened blob of fry sauce on it. Had that switched out. Bathroom floor could use a mopping. Refrigerator did not keep bottled water or soda cold. Housekeeping does not clean daily. Staff said the only clean on the seventh day. Which means you must stay longer than Seven days in order to have your room cleaned.So be sure to request clean towels or you won't get them. And don't expect to have your beds changed out or fixed. Housekeeping and fresh towels is a MUST in any hotel.

Almost perfect in Vegas.
Great front desk staff, very clean room at the right price. Breakfast was the standard fare but was on time and what was supposed to be hot was hot and what was supposed to be cold was cold. My only complaint was that there was no “do not disturb“ hang tag available in my room. I went downstairs and got one from the desk because I had a late check out so I could sleep in. I put the hangtag in the card slot but this did not stop housekeeping from removing it and knocking on my door before my late check out time. Unbelievable! I did notify the front desk and they said they would address this issue with all their housekeeping staff and I believe he will.

The housekeepers only cleaned the room if your stay was for 4 or more days. Only staying 2 nights our room was not cleaned. No tablet in room or pen, had to go to the check- in to get a pen and paper. Some of the necessities were not in the room. One of the bed skirts had stains on it.

I did like the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I did not like paying a premium price for NO Housekeeping unless you stay at least 6 days. What?? Also, for the price they charge for the rooms, there should have been more amenities, like, a shower cap, skin lotion, and mouthwash. They don't even empty your trash unless you ask which I did not. The breakfasts were free. But the food was awful. Eggs never tasted so bad anywhere ever. I would not stay there again unless absolutely necessary. It was convenient to the hospital. BUT WHEN i called from the hospital, the desk clerk could not even give me directions to get to the hotel from the hospital. That is ridiculous.

We were out in that area for my daughter’s soccer tournament, so the location was perfect on that side of town. Lots of dining options too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Only cons was the walls seemed a little thin. Road noise, planes and the people above us was thumping around a little more than I liked, but I believe it was just kids.

Not worth it!
Could not get a good setting on in wall a/c unit. Either too hot or too cold and it blew on me all night. Woke up with a bad head cold, which went away the day after I left the hotel. Refrigerator had no freezer section, no hooks in the bathroom, no restaurant in the immediate area except for a restaurant/bar next door that reeked of cigarette smell.Also for about $300 a night, the staff was mediocre and the stay was not enjoyable, especially for the cost. My $300/ night "King Suite", was really a $75 a night room.

The rooms were freshly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was light and airy; had good reading lamp and working desk. loved the Keurig coffee maker, frig, and microwave. Wonderful body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower.

Ripped us off and left us in the street
We booked and prepaid the room in full on hotels.com. we spoke with the hotel prior to flying to Las Vegas to confirm our arrival. When we pulled into this dump at midnight they had sold our room to another party and the hotel was full. No explanation, no apology and no attempt to help us out. Receptionist simply said "I just got here and I don't know anything". We were in the street after midnight with no help at all. Stay somewhere else. This place really sucks. They double dipped and sold our room to another party.

Great staff and the property was clean enough. The construction quality was distracting. Bathroom had leftover grout smeared on the floor, baseboard and door trim. The baseboard in the bedroom area was made of carpet and had staples showing randomly all over. Definitely not the staff’s fault but not expected in a HIExpress hotel.

I loved that there were no slot machines, no smoking,24 hour pool,lots of food and shopping close by, free parking free breakfast! Thank You!
We stayed a weekend in Vegas about 3 months ago and stayed at Excalibur they charged for everything! They have fees for being on the strip.....our weekend trip ended up being very expensive and the casino, smoking, lots of people. We won’t stay there again.
