Lots of mold in bathroom and bedroom ceilings.also the walls were dirty inside the rooms and the paint was chipping in the bathroom as well.

The property needs updating. The bathroom doesnt even have safety bars when you take a shower. The towels are cheap. The staff is very nice, especially lady who prepares the breakfast. The bed pillows are small,cheap and kinda crummy. I wont stay here again.

Good but could use updates

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. My only issue was the room door would not close properly without kind of lifting and slamming because it looked like the door had been damaged and was repaired.

some loud large groups disrupting dining and swimming. I had hoped for more relaxing. but it has a nicely decorated lobby and the staff was nice. breakfast was not great-but the lady working there was working very hard. underdone sausage and potatoes and semi stale croissant.

I was very pleased with this hotel. We checked in with Nick and he was very friendly and helpful offering to assist us in any way we needed. The room was clean and neat. The pool was enjoyable. The only thing is that the front desk person had to use the master key to let us in the pool area. Our room key did not operate this door. When my grandson had to leave the pool area to go to the restroom down the hall I had to wait at the door to let him back in or the front desk person had to let him in again. Breakfast was excellent. There were hot items (bacon, Fench toast, biscuits and gravy, waffles) plus other regular breakfast items. There are only a couple pricy restaurants near by. Any other places require driving.
I was very pleased with and highly recommend this Country Inn and Suites.

The worst hotel I have stayed at by far. They put me in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and walls that were filthy with some kind of reddish brown substance. The bathroom floor was dusty and not cleaned and the toilet kept running. When I requested to be switched, I was put in a room with no working thermostat. I won’t ever return there

I thoroughly enjoyed this property and the extent of my stay. I'm very picky about cleanliness and good customer service is important to me. This hotel checked all the boxes. Breakfast was robust and tasted great, the fitness room was clean, updated, and overall great to use. Front desk associates were nice and also helpful. If I'm in the area again, I'll be choosing this property!

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was larger than I expected, also.
The breakfast had a variety of foods.
The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas.
The location was very convenient, too, just off LaGrange Road.

I stayed several days never asked to clean or refresh the room with towels or linen change. I had to go to the desk everyday to ask for things because no one would come to the room. The dining for breakfast was supposed to close at 10am and they would take everything at 9:30.

I’ve traveled a lot with my job and have spent most of my time in hotels. If there’s a problem in my room I will find it . I was please with my room it was clean the bedding was nice comfortable. The staff was exceptional. I’m also very picky about the food being served at hotel I take note on cleanliness how the staff handles the food etc. I was very impressed by your staff I would definitely stay at your hotel again . Still a nice hotel in a great location.
I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem. That’s why we keep coming back but last nights stay was heartbreaking. There was black mold in the bathroom. We were moved to the next room but there was mold in there too however not quite as bad but still present, along with some hair that definitely wasn’t mine or his (he’s bald) We dealt with it because we didn’t feel like moving again. The young lady at the front desk was awesome and got us our second room really quickly. We appreciated that. My husband is asthmatic and I was worried for him but he was ok. Over all the stay was decent just didn’t feel as clean as it could have

Not so great a stay, no point to complain…
Arrived for check in with no staffing knowledge of crib options for infant, even though it was requested and confirmed on the reservation. Staff handled morning fire alarm well informing guests it was a false alarm before evacuating building. Requested assistance with TV not responding to remote 3 times with issue never resolved. No point in paying for a suite when the additional amenities are not functioning. Maybe with the same layout for every hotel, one day Country Inn and Suites will figure out how to not have the bathroom door block everything in the room. Is barn door an option?

This was not a cheap place to stay at and the lack of cleanliness was ridiculous. The bedding had a weird smell and it seemed hard to breathe. I will not stay at a country inn and suites again. Worst play to stay ever. Unless you enjoy dirty place and being with guests that truly dont care about spilling things in the hallways and let their kids run up and down the halls, So disappointing for my family. First and let visit to country inn and suites.

The room didn't feel very clean at all. Also could hear kids running up and down the halls, lots of them. Love kids. But they were not being supervised. Liked the suite setup as our grown son stayed on pull out couch. He loved his own space.

I liked the size of the suite. It was like a little apartment instead of a tiny stuffy hotel room. Everything was in good condition. The only downside was the water pressure. But wherever we go if there is a Country Inn we will be staying there!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel could be cleaner. I really don’t think the maids clean the floors the bottom of the kids feet and our white socks were black after walking on them. It was disgusting. The lobby also had quite a few ants on the floor which I believe the front desk took care of.

Good but take caution handling hot objects
The stay here was great until the next day at the breakfast time my daughter went to get some water and it was too hot that the cup fell out of her hand spilling onto her leg and burning [causing hospital visit]. But other than the hot water incident, my children and I were very pleased with our stay. Front Desk Staff is aware of incident. Caution - for hot water and cups.

Paid for a room that was not provided to me
I booked and paid for a room with a King bed and the hotel refused to provide that for me. They gave me and my husband a room with 2 smaller beds instead. We were forced to sleep apart during our night there. I specifically booked this room for the size of the bed. I would have booked elsewhere had I known they would not be able to provide that for us.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I could not hear any of my neighbors or anyone outside my door. Breakfast was fantastic each day and had plenty of delicious options. The inlet in which the hotel is located offers respite from the busy interstate and a quiet nook to rest and relax. Staff was incredibly friendly and was incredibly welcoming.

Stayed 4 nights, first suite was filthy and noisy. Did not have walk in showers as shown in photographs. Was downgraded to a double suite which was better but right across from elevators. Between people bumping and partying upstairs, and noise in hallway could barely rest. Staff did what they could but they stated they get lots of guests on the weekend who come here to party. That sucks and they need to address guests disturbing other guests and being a damn nuisance. It seems as though this hotel is made from matchsticks as it is so noisy. The staff was great, breakfast was great. Overall hotel wasnt bad, just make sure u try to stay o. A hallway end and avoid the first floor.

I picked this after reading though the reviews. There were a couple negatives. Don’t let those dissuade you from staying here.. the staff was very pleasant and courteous. The morning breakfast crew was great. The room was clean the bed was nice. We only stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant stay after a 10 1/2 hour drive would stay here again.!

Not a true Radisson Property
No sense of urgency for check-in time. We arrived at 2:00 pm and check-in was at 3. So no big deal our room was not ready. We went to have a bite to eat and returned at 3:00 to check-in. Only to be told our room still wasn’t ready and there was no timeframe for it to be ready. Now having said that, knowing we were there, the room should have been a priority for cleaning and getting ready for our stay. Finally after sitting in the lobby for around 30 minutes or so, I went to the desk and asked about the status of our room. The indigo at the desk stated the prior guests did not leave the room until 2:00 pm. And that he was sorry to cut into our stay with a very rude tone. The Lobby and lobby bathrooms were filthy. Dust all over, toilets were filthy and there were paper products all over the floor. I would never stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived we were given incorrect room. Staff were efficient, polite and professional in correcting error. The floors were wet and being worked on. It was very loud from machines, and slippery with water across the lobby, hallway and dining area. The elevators were not working well, and shook or quickly dropped when stepping in or when going up. The mattresses, bedding and carpeting had stains. The face towels had holes in them. The people working were always very polite and friendly. The property itself needs some investment.

Tub plugged up. Desk lamp broken and ketchup/ tomato sauce/ unknown red stuff on curtains . This was my second stay at this hotel. I frequently go to Chicago and will not book again.

A bad experience from start to finish. As several other reviews note, there is a raw sewage smell. They are not joking! This was just a pit stop for me, and I have pretty relaxed standards, but the smell was overpowering, and it was everywhere. It hit me the moment I walked into the lobby. The guy at the front desk was pretty whatever about it. I'm sure there's nothing he can do about it. But I did not want to even use the gym or other facilities due to the smell.
The room itself reeked of stale cigarettes even though this is supposed to be a smoke free facility. It was fairly clean beyond that, but overall everything felt dated. The plumbing is extremely noisy. Whenever someone near me used the toilet, it sounded like a sudden rain storm.
The included breakfast was not great but it is free. The parking is standard open lot. I read about cars getting broken into, but nothing happened while I was there. It's a bit out of the ways from food, shopping, the convention center.
Someone also tried to get my door open. I was in the shower and called out, but for several minutes there was loud banging and the door handle shaking. My do-not-disturb sign was up, and fortunately the latch was up. When I opened the bathroom door, my front door was open up to the latch. It slammed shut as soon as I came out. No one was outside when I checked. The bathroom is right by the entrance, so they knew I was in there. I told the front desk, and she said she'd tell the manager. Never heard back!

Pick a different hotel.
The hotel has a sewage smell in the lobby. The walls are thin and hallway noise very loud. There was no one at the desk for check in. The toilet was abnormally short and wobbled. We moved to a different hotel for the second night of our stay.
