Front desk rather rude very difficult to understand and would not explain the deposit to me which was not noted on the reservation site. The bed was lumpy and there is a lot of highway noise if you’re a light sleeper. But it’s a safe location just off the I 15 in an area that’s still rather sketchy

Sheets were suspect in cleanliness and housekeeping was not done daily..been to other hotels that charge a lot less and they change the sheet daily without asking….noise travelled very easily at night…was in a convenience place for my purpose..would I use again…probably not

The morning breakfast was good, and the host was on top of keeping the food well supplied. The rooms were clean, frig and microwave worked well. Lots of channels on the TV service. The owners/managers were nice and helpful.
For the caliber of hotel, they do a nice job.

The staff was awesome and helpful. The room was ok. The water pressure was terrible in the shower (makes it hard to rinse your hair when you have long thick hair) and for the toilet, it would barely flush. The air Conditioner was super loud and never shut off- no thermostat control and it would make a clunking sound every so often that would wake you up. The neighborhood is not the best, little run down. Felt a little unsafe If you have your window open you hear a lot of loud motorcycles and traffic, you can hear cars racing down the street. Over all for the price it’s a little expensive for what you get.

Good, basic and clean hotel. The only complain was that the WiFi wasn't working, and since it was a work trip, i couldn't get up to date with work, actually fell behind. I asked for help at the front desk and they couldn't do anything about it.

The facility was modern and cleanliness was superior. We have two unfavorable comments. The drapes ifor the window in the living/bedroom would not fully close. Sun and bright lights at night kept us awake. By contrast, the sofa seemed to be comfortable but there were no lights or lamps overhead or standing. It was too dark to sit there to read or even talk. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and the layout was good.
The desk receptionist took too long to check us in. We already had reservations, so the process should have been simple and quick.

Not the room I booked
I am 6'5" and cannot sleep comfortably in a small bed- I always book a King , especially when traveling with my wife. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 double beds. We were told it was the only room left. They did somehow manage to find us a room with a king, after I made an issue of this with the front desk.

Just an average room, nothing special. the pros: friendly desk staff, nice view from the room, good location for seeing the air base and fighter jets taking off and landing. Cons: breakfast selection was about as simple as it could be. it would be hard to call this a breakfast, since the hotel is located on a verry busy intersection (Lamb and Craig) it was quite noisy even throughout the night. ok stay

Our stay was very uncomfortable. We booked forb2 nights and could barely stay one. Theblobby floor and rug was dirty, the carpet in the elevator was coming apart, and whennwe go to our room it was worse. Holes in the curtain, a big burn hole in the carpet, hair grease on the headboard, dark stains on the pillow, tv was crooked like someone had tried to steal it, wallpaper pealing off the bathroom walls, bathroom tile cracked and coming apart, holes all over the wall where a bigger mirror once was, screetching sounds from the shower, and buildup on the showerhead. We didnt have anywhere else to go with such short notice and fear we wouldnt get our money back. The only positive thing i can say is we found another place to stay our second night so they only charged us for the one night. It was the worst place we have ever stayed.

This area is all under construction (and it appears this is not a new thing). Parking is along a street by a trucking company, about 1/2 block away. No outside lighting. Only one entrance (front door) with no other means of exit. Limited dining in the area. I am paying excessively too much for the inconvenience I'm experiencing.

Parking was a mess
This stay was about what you would expect for this price point, but the area around the hotel was under construction, and so there really wasn’t any parking on site. There were a handful of parking spots, none of them probably designated spots, around the front of the hotel. Otherwise you had to park on the street in a very industrial/kind of sketchy area. So that was annoying.

Maybe we were super tired, but the beds were really comfy. Slept sound all night. The room was clean and quiet. The rug could use a cleaning, but I guess that is typical. Other than that they should get away from plastic wrapped cups and other throw away products. Oh and better coffee! The area around the hotel was under construction so hard to comment on that.

Hotel itself OK, communication not so much... 3 of the 4 day stay we never received service. Always had to go get our own towels, beds not pulled up... the corker was when we had to ask for toilet paper and the night staff couldn't find it, being resourceful he gave us a partial roll out of the employee bathroom. Plan on eating out, meal staff was exstreamly nice but always out of stuff. Had to ask for coffee to be refilled, always waiting on eggs, nothing ever kept full where you could get your whole meal or snack.

Room keys did not work well, no help with it, just told yah, they know you just have to keep trying, everyone has a problem
continental breakfast way below what would be expected, staff was more interested in visiting at the front desk that refilling or even preparing what we had been told would be there, food was cold and hard, if there was much to choose from, they had cereal to offer, but no milk, cold hard bisquits, but no gravy
check-in staff was very pleasant
overall would not recommend this particular Comfort Inn
very noisey from outside street noise and other rooms

We liked the staff who were friendly. We liked how clean the room was. Did not like there were homeless people in the parking lot. There was no juice or water at the continental breakfast. There was milk in a pitcher but this ran out quickly.

Front desk lady gave me a attitude. First she couldn’t find my booking and claimed it was a mistake on my part. Later found out it was a mistake on her part in the computer. The second day she told me I was not allowed to eat my complimentary breakfast in my hotel room. The room already comes with mini fridge and microwave. I felt like she was profiling me.

Very nice. Breakfast excellent, Lisa was very nice and food was very good. Danish and cake slices huge and very good variety.
Infused lemon water in lobby very nice touch. Night clerk friendly and helpful.
Room nice and bed very comfortable.
I would stay again.

At the time of our stay losts of construction next door and limited parking choices. Excersize room/equipment good. Wish there was water bottlesnor foubtain available. Air conditioning not on so room was very stuffy. Attendant at desk when we checked in was a little abrasive personality and not very helpful with confusion on expedia booking. Hotel key pad for room key was not working well. Desk attendant was very frustrated with faulty equipment. Breakfast was okay. Eggs were very watery.

Clean and decent enough place but the staff are horrible and rude, i had a women very aggressively yell at me i couldnt being food from breakfast to my room (there was no sign up and was never stated before she just yelled at me in the lobby at 7am clearly trying to start a fight) apparently this location in particular came up with this on the fly and this staff member has made it her personal mission to yell at and fight with every guest that just wants to eat in privacy. She alone ruins the entire location, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Very spacious room. Front desk was always very hospitable. One issue we had was our AC unit broke down, we were able to switch rooms easily and did not have any issues afterwards. Would stay again.

Disappointed - but will probably stay again
I have stayed twice for business. Nice place. Nice breakfast in the morning, but housekeeping is a definitely a growth area for them. No phone in the room first time. No phone in the room the second time (and it was a different room). Wet cleaning rags left in the room (on the ironing board, I might add). No clean tea cups (had to go to the breakfast area to get a couple thermal cups to take to the room). Each time I advised, but across 3 days the first time, and 5 the second time, no one ever addressed any of the issues.

This was a nice place to stay for an overnight on our way out of Vegas after a late flight. Staff was friendly and efficient checking us in. the room was clean and the sheets were soft.

This place is great if you are not doing the strip. As a female traveler with my teenage daughter I felt very safe. I did not feel like I was in Las Vegas at this location, which for me was wonderful. My room was pretty dirty, especially the bathtub. It was quite and the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable bed, clean. Decent breakfast which included pancakes AND waffles. However, their coffee machine was broken so no coffee at the breakfast bar, only a 1 cup machine in your room. On the down side, hotel is close to heavy traffic, and our room faced the road, so a lot of noise and no curtains that go all the way closed, only sheer curtains. So no privacy or darkening the room.

This hotel was good for what we needed. Our room was clean and everything worked. The only issue we had with the room was the sink had a slow drain and the front door was finicky when letting us in. The front desk staff was nice. Overall the hotel was in a good location as it was close to the freeway and shops, restaurants, etc.

we arrived early on fri 31 before checkin. we had been driving for ours and was very tired and cold. i asked the young receptionist if they had a handicap riom available (my husband is handicap) …and she said YES!!! …we will be eternslly grateful for their hospitality🙏

Several staff members demonstrated exceptional customer service by repairing our door lock and offering a tray for my continental breakfast to take to the room. There is an AmPm and 711 next door, which was great for buying essentials before heading out for social outings. It’s an 8 minute drive from the speedway which is great. I think their breakfast has powdered eggs which I didn’t like. Overall my girlfriend and I had a great time and highly recommend this location for convenience and a great, friendly staff!!

During my stay, a family also staying there grabbed up every yogurt. When I asked for a yogurt myself the employee said they put out only x amount. So if you stay here, either be there at 630am or don’t plan breakfast at all. The second situation was the hot tub. It didn’t work. We informed the employee and his response was “ who wants to use a hot tub in this heat.” The other issues are no hot showers (lukewarm only), and the AC turns hot in the night. So for what we paid - we should have stayed on the strip.

Check-In was effortless, room great, only had 1 ding, free breakfast was usual fare but the Preparer(did not get her name) was a hoot to talk to. Straight drive on & off of I-15 to & from the Strip (15-20 min to Tropicana).
The One Ding-Housekeeping missed a couple bags of chips the previous guest stashed in a drawer. Not a deal-breaker. And no, I tossed them.

Had reservations for multiple nights but checked out after one night due to filthy carpet throughout, including and most IMPORTANTLY in our room. Other services and staff were fine. Could be a decent property after its thoroughly cleaned. Pic is carpet in the elevator.

We had a very good stay here. Lisa was so amazing! Good coffee and hot breakfast. The hot tub was nice. We had a toolbox stolen out of our trailer. Our mistake, we should have locked it in the car. Remember to secure your belongings!

Fantastic staff!
Wow - the two gentlemen working at the front desk were amazing! Very friendly and helpful - one even tracked us down when we started to drive off and forgot a pillow. The rest of the staff were very friendly and also Covid-careful. Highly recommend!

Property needs work. The back door lock was broke and had been broke for some time. The furniture was dated and threadbare and the sheets needed to be replaced.
The area was ok but not real convenient to restaurants and stores.

The hotel was quiet and the employees we encountered were very pleasant. They stated they were using updated standards to clean due to COVID-19. Upon entering the room I had to wipe everything down with disinfectant and found the cloths all black/brown. I would say there is no cleaning standard. Also breakfast was supposed to be included but they said the truck with meals to go hadn't arrived that day so no food or credit in lieu of.

The hotel had a horrible sack lunch style breakfast with a nasty bruised red apple and a tiny yogurt and dry breakfast bar. They could have at least had better options like a danish and greek yogurt like other Comfort Inns. The staff wasn't friendly either. The carpets were filthy too.
