The internet did not work (in the room). I complained/ explained each morning of 4 days as important to have the ability to do work from room vs lobby.
All i received was (sorry for the inconvenience) (it should work)..(not sure what the problem)

Beautiful location and view. Everything was excellent except for the lack of an anti-slip product in the shower. I fell and suffered several severe bruises on my leg. I am concerned that someone could seriously injure themselves.

Best place we stayed at during our road trip! Great scenic location by the river. Friendly service. Heated pool. Washer and dryer available. Modern decor. Only downside is no breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Jupiter waterfront inn. the view of the water from our room was beautiful. The rooms were so clean and smelled fresh. our bed was made everyday, fresh towels changed out and new travel size essentials. Staff was super friendly. we loved Sara! she was the best! they were very accommodating when we were running behind on checking in and willing to stay pass office hours to get us checked in. definitely plan to stay here from now on!

Our first stay! It was very clean and the staff treated you like family.
Very well maintained and lovely view of the river.
The only suggestion is that they get new beds.
In our room at least, the mattress and coverings were fine but the base was very creaky and loud anytime you turned over. It sound like the springs of the old days! Lol!
Would definitely stay again despite that!

This was a surprise getaway that amazed both my husband and I. Sara at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was EXACTLY what was advertised. The ambiance and atmosphere was amazing!!! We didn’t want to leave.

Jupiter Waterfront Inn - Great place to stay.
On arriving at the hotel I was warmly greeted and had everything explained to me.
When I checked out I was thanked and made to feel special.
The room was comfortable and clean. All in all a good stay and I would definitely return.

Great Family Weekend Getaway
Our stay was fantastic. Right from the start Sara made us feel right at home and got us checked in quickly. Always nice to walk into a place to a kind smiling face and a great sense of humor. The room was very clean and comfortable and the heated pool was a surprising treat. Nothing better than getting some December pool time in when it’s cold and rainy back at home.

This property was so well kept up. Nothing was shabby or worn out. The lobby was very welcoming and pretty. Pool area was neat and clean with newer furnishings. Pool was clean. Great view of sound. Our only complaint was the extremely loud construction noise coming from a marina next door. I think they were building a sea wall with metal and rocks. But hotel had no control over that and we were gone most of the day visiting other areas.
The staff was polite and helpful. Expedia said they offered breakfast but they hadn’t for years. They need to update their info.
It was easy to get to attractions but the traffic was very heavy and there was a big detour off main road.
We would return to hotel if we ever go to Jupiter again.

This place was gorgeous and unbelievably within my budget. I wish I had a reason to return to Jupiter Florida because I would absolutely stay there. I wouldn't mind just living in that room for the rest of my life! The view was stunning. The refrigerator was the perfect size and it had a little freezer unlike some. I had a jetted bathtub and a separate shower. I had my own balcony overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and Jupiter island. It was just glorious! The staff was friendly and kind.

Pro’s - well lit and safe area and gorgeous views, staff very friendly. Con’s - no coffee pot in room, hot water in shower was every other day, water pressure not so much, toilet only flushed by holding handle down until empty.

Return visit? Absolutely!
Wonderful spot! Despite its location off a busy byway, the moment you walk into the (immaculate) lobby, the sound disappears. The hotel is oriented to the water and around the pool. Across the way is Jupiter Island and the lovely Nature Conservancy.
The staff were kind and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony with both pool and inland coastal waterway view. I really had a lovely time and will return with my husband one day soon.

I most liked the intimacy. It is a small, inviting place with no complications or crowds. I rarely heard my neighbors. The balcony and views are extraordinary! I enjoyed the slower pace and relaxed atmosphere away from the bustle.

The INN that Wins
My husband and I had an amazing stay. The views from the patio alone overlooking the bay, takes all your stress away. The front desk staff were welcoming, took time to familiarize themaelves with the needs of their guest and were very professional. We never choose Inns as a place to get away. However, this little jewel was kept spotless inside and out with a sense of pride. Only downside is the leftover scent of dog smell in rooms. I could tell they tried to remove but heat makes it difficult.

I loved this little gem outside of the hustle and bustle of town. It is clean, convenient and the staff was so kind and welcoming, it didn’t even matter that I didn’t get free breakfast. I highly recommend this adorable Inn!

Wandering from West coast of Florida with nowhere to stay for night. Found this little riverside gem and was delighted with recently renovated room...clean room, clean bath, clean pool. Requested handicapped room as needed 1st floor. The expressed genuine concern and even offered choice of room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed my stay here . Check in was easy . Staff was friendly. Room was clean and maintained. I will definitely be going back. There is not much to do at the Inn but they do have a pool. It’s located in a convenient area not far from shopping plazas and restaurants. Beautiful beaches in the area to go check out. So happy I found this place.

It was very nice. We stayed in Room 109. It was water view but we couldn't use the balcony because it also overlooked pool where people were coming and going. Called the front desk to see if they could move us. They said that I booked with Expedia and that is only what they could give me. Overall it was a nice place but make sure you get either an A or B unit.

Affordable, not every room is waterfront
This was a nice place. Great location, beautifully maintained property. Sara at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were semi-comfortable.
Here was my one issue, they made it sound like EVERY room has a water view and technically mine did too (room 106), IF you're sitting outside and turn yourself to the left. I felt a little duped about that. Whoever was staying upstairs was stomping around at 1am and I'm a very light sleeper, so it kept me awake.
Other than those issues, nice affordable waterfront place with a view (IF you have the right room). If I stayed again, I would ask for a different room.

My husband and I live locally and decided to do a weekend staycation here for our 10th wedding anniversary. We can't say enough good things about JWI. The staff is friendly, and the rooms, common areas and property were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view of the intercoastal is beautiful and could be seen from the jacuzzi in the room. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. LOVE this place.

The property is great. Clean large rooms. Beautiful view and a great pool on the water. But I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and they refused to reimburse me for the last night. I wouldn’t recommend this property in the future because of that.

We enjoyed our stay. Dock and water our view outside our window was great. Walking distance to two great restaurants and music. Both with water view. Water sports with kayaks, paddle boards great for everyone within walking distance as well.
We walked to the Lighthouse exhibit and other areas as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Inn well maintained and clean. Love the city and felt safe at all times. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful, quaint waterfront accommodations with a nice pool, comfortable lobby, and exceptional staff. Every person I spoke with, on the phone, or in person, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and did everything they could to accommodate us. I would recommend this property to anybody staying in the Jupiter area
