Got to the property at 3am after driving from Washington and they didn’t have a room for us. Even after calling to tell them we were coming in late. Complete crap and would never recommend trying to stay

There was a connecting door in our room not for any of our party. At 1:00 am the people next to us tried to come through that door. We called Security. We were told they would be right up but they never came. We barricaded the door with furniture after we figured out Security wasn’t coming. Did not have a restful night the rest of the night. Felt our safety was not taken care of. In the morning I checked With front desk about the lack of response and no information was on file about our cal in the middle of the night. Very unhappy about the whole response.

My boyfriend had lung surgery 2 months ago so when I checked in I asked if we could get a room close to the elevator he put us in a room right across from it and was so nice. The valet even ran across the street after they parked our call to get a cell phone we left inside. Everyone is so nice and friendly!

The property was very nice. It has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Indoor pool has lots of tropical looking plants. The outdoor pool is small but clean. Lots of lounge chairs. Restaurants are very nice. Great food!
There is only outdoor parking.

It was nice. I hate staying at the effing casinos because they smell so freaking bad. Get rid of the cigarettes! I shouldn't have to walk through a cloud to get to my room or to the lobby or to find a meal. Non-smoking area is tiny. Make that you're smoking area and close it in. Let all those d******* smoke themselves to death.

They didn’t have the room I had reserved. On there was only one bed. Had to sleep in a chair, which wasn’t the most comfortable. There was crumbs on the carpet, and a few other things that i personally felt like the house keeper just being lazy and not actually taking the extra 2 seconds to do the some things that make a huge difference. It’s a nice hotel, but kinda has almost a cheap feel to it, even thought it looks very nice. They don’t service complementary breakfast unless you’re in the super fancy rooms on the 25th floor, so that’s kinda dumb. But it’s ok overall

Wi-Fi substandard
Business trip and the hotel’s Wi-Fi would not stay connected. Their IT team said their Wi-Fi does not like VPN’s. My job makes it necessary to use a VPN. I had to go to Business Center to work. I would have preferred to be in the privacy of my room.
Also the “blackout” curtains fit poorly (inch plus gap on bottom and edges) so not really blackout curtains at all.

I can hear the people in next room, walls are thin or they were just so loud. The slot machines were so tight! We lost over a grand fast and no bonuses. The food options were nice, we ate At all the restaurants and thought that the prices weren’t to crazy and the staff are friendly. Although i didn’t use pool etc much that was also nice. Just the slots were bad and people being thrown out by security and puking in casino made it feel unsafe for my 1 year old to be with us. I would try another place next time since if I’m going to lose money to slots that’s fine if atleast I’m having fun and getting some bonuses to keep me entertained for a little bit atleast.

5 stars. However…….
We enjoyed our stay very much. We all booked a facial at the hotel and that was amazing. We arrived early so we could use all the amenities that went with our spa reservations. My daughter is 7 months pregnant and she was looking forward to floating in the pool. We were excited that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. When we got there both pools were occupied with a lot of children. So floating in either pool was out. Also, there was no chairs or loungers available because all the families had them. My thought is the outdoor pool should be for families the indoor pool should be for spa guests. We pretty much spent our time in the jacuzzi area but my daughter was uncomfortable in the jacuzzi so she just sat with her feet in the pool. Eventually the jacuzzi got too hot for all of us and we sat with our feet in the jacuzzi until our reservations for our spa treatment. We would definitely stay at the Atlantis again and probably go to the spa. But it would be nice if we could use the indoor pool without children screaming and splashing.

The most spacious, comfortable room I have stayed in. Immaculately clean. Great food venues. Nice amenities. Good shuttle service. Will definitely place high on my list of places to stay.

Great stop for family on our way to California. The rooms were very clean and there were a few fun things for the kids to look at walking around the casino and hotel areas. Great price too!

Must try the Concierge Tower!
We stayed in the newly remodeled concierge tower. It was very nice and we loved the exclusive lounge that had complimentary breakfast, snacks and appetizers in the evening.

Atlantis had uncomfortable beds and too noisy from outside street driving and noise from the grounds keeper doing the lawn. We didn’t get a good nights sleep.

My wife uses a wheelchair and the handicap room that we were rented was #653 which was the room furthest from the elevator as it could possibly get. TV was non-operational as the remote batteries were dead and after two request to have them replaced, no one did. Very disappointing.

The room we stayed in had been newly renovated and it was very comfortable. On the first day we arrived it was a bit warm and stuffy in the casino and on the second day we tried to enjoy some time by one of the pools. There were a lot of kids running back-and-forth between the two pools, it would’ve been nice to have one adult only pool area.

Room, Staff, Hotel are all nice. But the pool and the hot tub are terrible. Lots of kids use the pool, so there were socks, and other nasty stuff floating around in there. Buffet is overpriced too.

Check in staff could really be more friendly. Also didn’t provide a map for. Property that’s super big a map at Check in would helpful. Also when I asked about extending a night a night they told me to check online. I travel quite a bit and never in my experience the front desk refers to online they typically help out on the spot. I ended moving to the Peppermill hotel to extend my stay. If I would been help from the beginning I would have stayed but clearly you don’t need my business.

Upon check-in, I was aware I needed to pay the resort fee; however, the price was higher than what was stated on my confirmation. When I asked the employee why it was more, they just said that's what they charge and Expedia made the error. The Atlantis' own website shows the same price for the resort fee as Expedia, but the employee had no explanation as to why I had to pay more than either posted price.

Disturbing morning
Everything was great except the morning of our check out. They start the hallway carpet replace and it was noisy plus all the hallways were sticky to walk out off. They should have wait until everyone checked out first or don’t book any room on that floor.
