Absolutely awful. Floors crunched as we walked in, wrapper on floor in bathroom, tile black in places on tub. The only good thing I can say is they refunded our money when we left without staying. When I asked about the man lurking under the stairs, she asked "was he in a wheelchair". Does that mean there are others???? Travelocity should NOT offer this place as an option for anyone.

The room's aroma is less than welcoming, reminiscent of an old, stale environment. The bed frame, unfortunately, adds to the discomfort, emitting creaking sounds with every movement and giving a precarious sensation, as if the bed might collapse at any moment. Furthermore, the dusty floor and the overall unclean appearance of the washroom, complete with a stained shower curtain, contribute to a less-than-pleasant stay.
In the interest of improving guest experiences, I sincerely hope that the management considers renovating the rooms soon. A refreshed and updated ambiance would undoubtedly enhance the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests.

We checked in our room was not available it was still dirty so they moved us to another room and we got our key went to the room the key did not work had to have housekeeping open the door and then the room did not have a heater and it was 40 something degrees outside the hot water was not working properly there is no refrigerator in room the TV did not work at times there was lines going through it so you was not able to watch it. Set the heater to come on so when we returned it would be warm inside the room and it was ice cold had to double up on the bedding that was on the other bed just to keep warm and it still was cold inside the room

Stay Away!!!
The room was not clean at all. There was gritty stuff all over the floors. The bathroom needed a makeover there was rust on the side of the tub and looked like they tried to resurface it. When checking in we couldn’t go in the lobby we had to check in via a window that felt like I was breaking out of jail with a little cash slot to give them my money and sign the paperwork. We got stopped by a young man walking to our room begging us for money. Horrible hotel we won’t be back.

The room has a lot of mold and mildew. Rm 107 had mold on the shower curtains, in the bath, on three of the lamps and on the floor. The staff was friendly but the condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired.

Hotel price was ok, but the room, the shower, the floor were very dirty. The bathroom door was rusty and difficult to close. The lamps were dusty. The floor and room ceiling was moldy.
We like the Dunkin donut next to the motel.

This MOTEL has embedded tobacco smells in the fabric. This place is very, very dirty and unsafe. My friends and I checked in and checked out immediately. They gave us a false advertising room that was “non-smoking” . Expedia should completely remove this as an option to book, it’s not up to their standards at all. DO NOT BOOK.

Key didn’t work - had to have work done on lock. Had to pick up new key when we got back to room hours later. Grasshopper came in under the door - space at the bottom. Came close to heart attack when it crossed my foot in middle of night.

Super clean hotel and rooms!
Great customer service at night time. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and cold. The bed was broken (mattress was not even, a deep whole in the middle of the mattress when you lay down) but ok. Softest comforter and sheet ever! Definitely will stay here again.

The rooms was so dirty, the bathroom walls had this disgusting yellowish substance stained all over, the baseboards were literally black from never being cleaned. The mattresses were encased which makes me think they struggle with bed bugs. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and I would not recommend this area to a family at all. Pretty sure there were prostitution going on as well as many drug users staying there. There is no microwave or fridge in the room. We ended up moving to a different hotel.

It was a dirty run down no refrigerator no microwave no full service from housekeeping the floors were filthy there were roaches no hot water for at least 24 hours fro t desk night shift was rude you had to take your dirty towels to the office to get more had to ask for more toilet paper no trash taken out when we complained or room keys got expired to where we couldn't get in our room

No hot water or Wi-Fi. Stayed only as long as it took to find a new hotel. Traveling with 2 kids and did not feel safe. Police cars with sirens going by every few minutes. People everywhere outside smoking and wandering around. Desk lady was super nice. Dated hotel that needs a lot of work but was clean.

Beds were not comfortable at all. The guy at ihop decided to power wash things for a couple hours at midnight, waking me up and keeping me up. Room just didn't feel very comfortable, no refrigerator or a good place to plug in my phone, only available outlet was by the bathroom sink. We did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here.

We got there and it smelled super bad like there was mold or something. The beds we stayed in mad so much noise when you moved that I could barely get any sleep. The ac was nice but also blew what smelled like in clean air. The shower and bathroom are pretty nice though.

The room was decent. It's an older motel but it was pretty clean. There we're a couple of noisy neighbors, but they calmed down around midnight. The TV stations could be much better, but at least I got to watch cable which I don't do at home. All in all it was a good stay.

Do not stay here, pay the extra 50 bucks to stay somewhere SAFE and overall clean. The floor was sticky, the place was crawling with drug addicts (I do not judge) but the place was very unnerving. I was worried my car was going to get broken into while I was asleep! We did not sleep under the blankets simply because upon first impression, the room did not seem clean. I would never stay here again. We were trying to be cheap because it was only for one night but I really wish I would’ve paid extra money to stay somewhere else.

It’s within my budget of one week stay.
Staff was helpful when our request to have the bathroom exhausted fan fixed the next day after our check in. We also made notes to the front desk about one of the beds was not in a good condition so I hope they will address it. We didn’t expect too much as for our budgeted stay.

.. out of 10 I'd give this hotel a 7.5 .. I like the fact that it's within walking distance to Ihop and Dunkin donuts. The room was also very clean and I didn't see any critters or insects. The water was also nice and hot...
Now I didn't like the pot holes in the road or the little holes in the bathroom wall near floor.
I would definitely stay here again.

The check in was fast and fine. But although the room was non smoking, it smelled bad and smoked appear to be impregnated everywhere. Furthermore, when we were about to leave we noticed that someone had scratched the side of our car with some metal object.

The first room (room 105) water came through the bathroom ceiling into the tub. It kept flowing until the water started coming down on the bathroom floor. It was coming down so much that the water was flowing into the light above the sink. Because of the possibility of starting an electrical fire I made sure not to turn on any lights in the bathroom. Staff move me out of that room to another room (room 103) and Black Mole was on the wall next to the tub in this room. I informed the lady at the front desk and she said she would take a picture of it and inform the supervisor.

IHOP was right in the same parking lot. Easy to walk to for breakfast.

This property was absolutely disgusting. The rooms are in total disarray with broken items and the floor was so dirty everybody's feet turned black. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The beds were big lots full size mattresses. And the desk table was broken along with the chair.

This property is disgusting dirty smells like cat urine the comforters were never changed never washed I sometimes wondered about the sheets. It seemed most of the employees also lived on the premises and their appearance was just as dirty and unprofessional. Most of them are extremely rude and quite a few of them are very nosy. One employee I'm in particular would sit up on the balcony and pray on every girl that walked by or walked in. My husband has a skin condition where at night if he moves around and the sheets rub on him his skin will bleed. I did make them aware of that and they refused us our deposit back because of it. That is something that he cannot help and it was brought to their attention and they refused us our deposit. I will make sure everyone I know and everyone I come in contact with will know how disgusting this place is how unprofessional and horrible our experience was we paid a lot of money to stay in a dump. When we ask to speak to management about our deposit there was no Management.....😡🤔

Very outdated and disheveled. We took a cab from the airport and walked in to the desk clerk arguing with 2 other employees about them getting paid. We knew it probably wouldn’t be luxurious for the small price we paid. It served its one night purpose before a cruise.

What I liked was my room is clean and comfortable and it was adequate for my short stay. I also was happy with a restaurant being right across the parking lot. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with especially when I checked in a little early. on the downside - there was a big pothole maybe two potholes in the parking lot. Hard to avoid with a full parking lot.

This hotel was close to being on the beach without paying beach access hotel prices.The staff at check in was pleasant and efficient. The housekeeper seemed frustrated with laundry. The pool area needs attention. I would stay here again.

The place in general is out dated, old, and not very nice. Door knob about to fall off, wet floors, pool not like picture. I guess you cant expect much for $100.00 these days. I went some where else after reading bad reviews about mold and bed bugs. When I returned my key front desk said they where old and motel had been updated. I wasn't gonna take the chance so I had to pay for first night.

We needed to spend only one night in the Cocoa Village area. When we checked in we were charged a $50 deposit on top of the room rate. The wall had posted a warning: "If the microwave was not cleaned, it will be removed." A man, who was quite large, followed us to our room on the second level, we were able to enter the room while he was still 30 feet away. When we checked in there were three rough looking men working a a pickup truck in the parking lot. We did not feel safe.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the general area was not very clean. We considered this a once in a lifetime experience because it will be. I would rather sleep in my car then stay there again.

I got to the property and immediately was questioning the booking upon arrival. The property is dirty. I was assigned a smoking room as i requested but when i got to the room there was a group of random guys hanging out in front of my door and the parking space in front of the door. The room is filthy. The blankets are staind and i had to just sleep with the sheets to avoid not get sick with god knows from the uncleanness of the blanket. The shower and floors around the bed are dirty and has piled up dirt as if house keeping forgot to sweep it up. There is a hole in my door with paper stuffed in it to cover the hole. My wife feels unsade because we asked for a different room only to have the same group of people congregating in fron of the new room door and this is an upstairs room now. I was told the room was and is cleaned by the person who checked me in. I need a full refund and i need to send pictures of the nonsense i had to endure at this property. I cant even work rigjt now because my eife doesnt feel safe in thd room that i got for her

We only stayed 1 night to be able to get on cruise next day. 1 of the ladies at front desk was very friendly. When we got to the room the key did not work no problem fixed it immediately. Then pulled covers back and they was a blood stain about the size of a dime. Told front desk and they never came. We had a huge throw and we put it on the bed. Im not a complainer but the beds was very hard. I have never even left a review on anything before but i told my husband and cousin i had always made the comment we just need a place to sleep before we get on the cruise but i will be reading reviews on places from now on.
