Review
Stay was good. A little pricey, lots of kids. Complete turn off but the hotel was good. Not sure why it costed 150 in January. Breakfast was really good. Stay away from the sausage, really really greasy.

Bed was too small and mattress was way too squishy. It seems to me when you register on a cold day in January, the lobby should be inviting and the fireplace should be on. The breakfast is very good.

Decent Stay
Although this area is part of a long stretch of strip malls, the hotel is good quality and the king room well appointed and spacious. The dining area is decent with a reasonable breakfast. The hotel also uses products that do not contain chemicals, which is appreciated. The bed was fair but not that comfortable.

Would stay again!!
Parking was phenomenal! I did not expect that! Front desk was exceptional, very welcoming but not fake. Room was tidy, bathroom was clean, shower head needs replacing and pillows were too soft, but other than that, I would absolutely rent here again!! (Even with soft pillows)

This was as centralized as we could imagine to Edaville Railroad and Plymouth Rock destinations. Available eateries were plenty and shopping was within arms reach it seemed. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, breakfast was above average and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would recommend this as the price was right for a holiday weekend.

It was great, we were there the weekend before Halloween and they had done an employee pumpkin carving contest where the guests did the voting. It was fun and very creative. As always with Hampton Inn the amenities were wonderful and the beds very comfortable.

The room needed some deep cleaning, found some food crumbs and trash under the bed and a build up of dust on furniture and room edges. The free breakfast was fantastic.

The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful. Only criticisms were that the room where breakfast was laid out was a little on the small side, and there was quite a lot of noise from either a generator/ air conditioning unit in the evening as we were going to bed.

It's honestly what you'd expect of a Hampton Inn. The staff was VERY NICE and helpful. We were given a room on the first floor which is animal friendly.. we did not have an animal so couldn't stomach the smell of dog on in the room. They were able to move us to the 3 and 4 floors which were not animal friendly and our room was MUCH better. We had a roll away bed rolled in for our daughter which was helpful. The pool was nice albeit busy! Hot tub was a little too hot but the water was clean and that's important! Continental breakfast was really good and had many varieties of foods! Would stay again!

Nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at.
First impressions count - the car park, grounds and entrance/lobby are immaculately kept and spotless. Might sound weird but this is generally indicative of the management attitude.
And so it was - the welcome was genuine, friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel including our room was the nicest we have seen in a Hampton Inn.
Large room with very comfortable bed and working area - quiet and super clean throughout.
Nice breakfast and carry out fruit.
A very short stay but we’ll definitely be back.

The room was ok , but the shower was not ok.
The shower handle was broken and was not stopping the water, so I had to dress in a rush and call for someone to come and fix it.
This is unacceptable for the amount of money that I paid for the room.

Plymouth center. The property itself could use some updating and refreshing especially in the lobby/ dining area. The chairs in the lobby dining area were very old or had experienced a lot of wear and tear and really need to be replaced with something that is easier to clean.

Got in veeeery late with super cranky kinds. We were greeted right away, offered water and snacks, and the desk agent brought us toothbrushes for the ones we’d forgotten, at 2:30 am, with a smile.
Beds we’re comfortable, water pressure was good, room was smoke-free and quiet.

Loved the room, great choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly particularly Dave who worked in the kitchen and was kind and a terrific singer. I have never had anyone sing good morning to me at any other hotel, what a treat. We felt very welcome.

The only positive is that this hotel is in a safe location and nice people working there. Plymouth is a wonderful place to visit. Unfortunately the room my son and I stayed in wasn't a great experience. The heating/cooling system didn't work. beds were just alright. The water pressure in the shower was way too weak...took extra long to just get shampoo out of my hair, and wasn't informed that you have to request maid service which isn't that big of a deal, but would have been nice to know. We left a day earlier than expected to check in to another hotel and I didn't use Hotel's.com since they seem to be unwilling to help in unfortunate and unexpected situations. No help, No understanding.

Always a good stay here. It’s an older one but they keep it nice. This visit was very busy with weddings so the lobby wasn’t as quiet or our family wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast with a massive amount of wedding people down there at times.
We did ask to switch to a king room, but they were sold out, understandably. The prices were over double what they normally are for us - not sure if it was supply and demand that weekend or the summer. Usually, we are offered much better military family rates.
All in all, it’s always a decent stay with in a very convenient location.

My daughter and I were disappointed with the state of our room. We checked in online using the virtual key and found our room, but there were tiny pieces of food on the bed and a granny smith apple sticker stuck to the comforter...nobody wants to think about other strangers eating in a bed they are going to be sleeping in...yuck.
The 'free' breakfast was also pretty lousy, except for the fact that it was free. My daughter wanted a waffle, but the waffle machine was disgustingly jammed with batter, so this was impossible. We ate dry cereal with milk but had been hoping for more (especially for the price we paid).
There was also a GREAT deal of noise around 1:30am - 2:00am while we were trying to sleep. Both my daughter and I were awakened, and stayed up until the sun came up...not our ideal, restful getaway. We selected this hotel based on the good ratings we saw on Expedia, but unfortunately, the hotel fell very short of the positive reviews we read. We will be searching for other hotels the next time we visit Plymouth.

Always stay at Hampton Inns when traveling. Staff here very welcoming. High praise to the morning breakfast staff. They handled 85 kids that were staying there on a school trip and all of the other guests. Great job and very friendly staff. Thank you.

We have stayed at many Hampton inn properties before and this is not at the same standard as the rest. Seems like they ran out of money when finishing construction. The room and facilities was not as fresh and clean as others. One of two elevators was out of service for the whole weekend. We would not stay here again. Not the same standard as a Hampton inn.

The property is under construction, which would be fine except the service was ridiculous— little attention to any of the details. They ran out of towels, didn’t have enough food at breakfast and there were some sketchy characters hanging out drinking beer in the middle of the morning. In addition, kids snuck in to the pool and we’re throwing furniture in it, we will never be back there again

Oh boy. For all the Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at, this was the most run down. Our room had a foul odor that never went away, the carpet was sticky, and the only chair was badly stained. The bed was comfortable at least, the bathroom worn but adequate, and the pool was fun for my kids. Breakfast was ho hum and lukewarm but didn’t expect much and at that point I just wanted to get far away from my room.

At check in we were sent to a dirty used room(5:30pm) and then were finally given a clean room but only had a king bed and there was 4 of us(pull out sofa only big enough for one) and we weren’t given any pillows or blankets even after asking. Shower curtain had holes in it so the water went everywhere. Clearly this place is used by locals who take advantage and leave very small minor children alone in the pool(no one could enjoy it since they were running around, splashing, jumping in, etc) and when “dad” came back he came in with a bunch of beer bottles and drank for 5 minutes and left. People up and down the halls all night long going in and out of rooms down the hall(different people than who was staying there) and it looked like deals… I highly suggest not spending the ridiculous money on a room here because you won’t enjoy it.
