Past this one for your own sanity. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all so I did not have clean towels. I called the front desk for some towels and they never brought to my room so I was not able to take a shower.

Debra (the breakfast food “attendant “) did a splendid job, the food was delicious, the presentation was inviting & the selection was delightful! The hotel is so clean, the staff are so professional & the beds are so comfortable!

Could use a little updating
Very spacious room and awesome breakfast. The staff was very friendly and took care of the few request we made. However the bathroom was very small and cramped. There was no room to change clothes after you get out the shower and there was no ventilation. The sink was located outside the bath area which I felt could have served us better being in the same room as the shower. Overall it was an okay stay.

Manager to the property was super helpful. The hotel though was in disrepair had the king suite with no pictures on walls, no doors on closet no drain plug in tub—-all the repairs to room were done without skill. Overall the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

This property is nice and the breakfast was good but water supply was not as good as it shall have been. but out side bed was dirty and had hair all in one of the bed but staff came and made up bed with clean linens and that all we ask for a clean room and good place to stay

Very disappointing.
Front desk lady (older) at night was rude, ask for a bar of soap since there was one piece and she told me that the bar soap was obsolete and that the hotel was doing away with that.
Have u ever..... after paying for three nights, beds were not comfortable and bathroom needs updating and tiles were popping up.
I will had that the very young lady the check me in was very kind, nice and helpful.

Stay was peaceful and staff was courteous. Room was also nice. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard and leaning and is it needed to be flipped or replaced.

Nice but need some upgrades.
The hotel is nice but dated. It was clean but they could do a better job at cleaning the toilets. The halls need some work. I could see tears in the carpet and door trips and walls that need some work and paint.
The door did not lock on the first room they gave me. After I switched rooms, the door did lock. The room had an old smell to it. The TV wasn't securely attached to the wall. The staff was very nice.

arrived a little early after a 3 hour drive. was told couldn't check in until 3pm sharp
sat in lobby, asked for lobby restroom. Mens room had no toilet paper. upstairs carpet was dirty. hotel is behind a business and is very noisy

Always enjoy my stays here. They are very accomodating with early check-in requests as well as very accomodating in general. Rooms are always clean and the morning breakfast is decent.

Reservation Missing
My reservation was not in their system. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate me but not at the same rate. I had to pay an additional $152 or be without a room.
Although this is the 1st time Hotels.com let me down, I was super peeved.

I loved staying here. It was clean and I felt safe traveling with my young child. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even when I had an issue with my reservation it was cleared up in no time. Definitely recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible rooms
I would never ever stay here again. The rooms were beyond disgusting. We stayed with friends who had a room across the hall and their room was equally disgusting. Huge and multiple stains and cigarette burns on the carpet, chipped paint, worn/chipped furniture. The AC was so loud it kept us up all night.
The person who checked us in and out was lovely and helpful. It is a sin that the hotel is in such terrible shape.

Hotel was overbooked and we were kick out after our first night unexpectedly We were 7 hours from home for a college showcase and had to scramble while trying to attend the college schedule to locate another hotel in the area and move It was extremely difficult and unacceptable

Ok but probably not again for the price
A short trip so we wanted a nice night witout a lot of frills. It was a bit uncomfortable walking in as there was a gathering of people in front that looked a little rough.
The room was nice but not properly cleaned. The shower had scummy edges that looked dirty

The staff was very friendly and showed concern regarding my satisfaction with an issue that was not even reported by me.
It would have been nice if the pool were open or if dinner was available onsite, but there were local restaurants that delivered to the hotel so these were minor issues.

Construction dirt on 2nd floor hallway, room 206 bathroom toilet not cleaned, toilet paper holder fell off mounting bracket when touched, paper towel on window area above air conditioner, ceiling over shower paint and sheet rock coming apart.

The only thing I seen that needed a little attention was in the bathroom shower. The area under the metal bar looked like it had some old brown glue or caulk under it. We were very comfortable and it was a clean room. Definitely stay here again!

The toilet was filthy upon arrival and we booked a 1-King bed room but stayed in a 2-queen bed room. We called the front desk and were told our room was given away because we didn't check-in sooner.

The hotel looks nice in the lobby and common areas but my room didn’t match those areas. Damage walls, patched ceilings and bathroom areas, frig was dirty and room did not smell clean. AC unit had dust and lint on it because vent needed changing.

The desk ckerk, Erica was excellent and very professional. However, the sofa upholstery stain needed to be cleaned or removed. We did not want to sit on the furniture.

There were a few drawbacks for us: #1 was definitely the lack of water facilities to fill our bottles up. Nothing for water at the breakfast, no drinking fountains, and the ice machines didn’t work (but also didn’t have a water option).
Second, the pillows were way too flat and made getting to sleep hard.
Otherwise, the stay was good and staff was friendly, things were clean.

Bathroom needs total overhaul and deep cleaning
The lobby was nice and check in was great. I entered my room and the sofa was missing, no place to sit. The air conditioner was full of dust. Then I went into the bathroom and this is my biggest complaint. It was run down and very dirty. The toilet had dried urine on it. The shower had crud around the base of the door. When I went to turn on the shower, most of the handle came off the wall. The sink sits on a wooden table that is ruined by water and the floor was gross underneath it. I never took my shoes off in the bathroom. Since I was just there for the night to sleep, I made the best of it and left. it sure wasn't worth $150. At check out, I was not asked "How was my stay:", only did I need a receipt. I said no and they said " Ok, thanks." and they were done with me.

Poor comfort & stay
I am very disappointed as Hampton Inn is a hotel I’ve stayed at many times before, but this was one probably thee worse one in cleanliness and comfort. The person next door had the TV on for the entire day & two nights we stayed so loud we couldn’t sleep.
We only two bath towels, one hand towel and two wash cloths. No extra toilet paper either! The shower looked molded and the glass barn style door felt like it was going to break off. The towel hooks were so far from the shower door that we had to step out to grab one. There was no room for a bath cloth or the shampoo inside the shower. So much wasted space in the bathroom it was ridiculous. The cleanliness was poor. The AC unit blows straight to your face if you are in the bed watching TV and the comfort itself was poor. I won’t be staying at one of these for a while. Very displeased. I highly believe the cleaning people wanted to clean any of those rooms since it didn’t even look like the floors were vacuumed. Good I took some slippers!

Find another hotel
Overall terrible experience. At checkin my reservation was wrong. Had me for 2 days instead of the 3 that i reserved. Then i was charged for the two nights even though i prepaid through hotels.com. Came back down after realizing i was charged. Supposedly they got the reservation fixed and the gentleman at the desk said he had to leave a note for the manager in order to refund me. Touched base with front desk the next day and the girl confirmed with the manager and he told her the refund was done. The next morning we get a call that we need to check out. I got down to the front desk and the woman had an attitude from the beginning me. Told me that there was a 2nd reservation set up for the 3rd day. She insisted i must have made that reservation and o told her i didn’t. She kept insisting and basically saying i was lying. She finally spoke with the manager and got it straight. The hotel itself is not overly clean. The room was mediocre. Shower appeared to have mold/mildew. Bath Towels were tiny and rough. I will not be staying again.

The staff was unfriendly, the room was disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower and there was still hair from the last guest. The shower had mold and mildew in it. The room had broken furniture and was not clean. I had booked for two nights and tried to get a refund after getting there after 8pm on Saturday and leaving at 8am Sunday and was refused a refund for the second night. I would not recommend.

Housekeeping is very below average and I don't believe it is Covid related. There is excessive staining on carpet and walls in room, food left on floor including a chicken bone in the bathroom, mold in bathtub, spiderweb on ceiling with active spider and no refrigerator or microwave in room as advertised "All 86 rooms provide sofa beds, microwaves, and refrigerators".
I travel with weekly hotel stays so have experienced many hotels, but this Hampton is way below average and is in need of management intervention with housekeeping and maintenance.
