I always stay at this Hampton Inn every time I visit family in Moline. I have slowly become disappointed in this location...the towel quality is very low grade and the pillows are pathetic honestly. Our shower this time was intermittent hot/cool/cold at best. I am always placed on third floor-not sure if those are "Expedia rooms". This location is ideal for me -I feel very safe staying here and the updates to the hotel look great and were much needed. The staff is usually very friendly and hotel is clean, breakfast selection and coffee availability is great! Hot water for tea was not hot so husband had coffee, just minor stuff but it ads up.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was really clean except for hand prints on the window. The staff was extremely friendly check in was fast. Great location for all our needs. We will definitely stay there again!

The room we got was spacious and clean.
They had complimentary shampoo conditioner, body wash, and lotion and it wasn’t in tiny tiny bottles.
A wide variety of foods for breakfast. Better than any other hotels that we have stayed at.
All in all an excellent experience!

We were very happy to have a hotel option so close to the airport as we arrived rather late in the evening. Pleasant staff and comfortable bed except sheets don’t fit well and the contour pulled off during the night. We were given a handicap accessible room without our knowledge which meant water on the floor from the walk in shower. A suitcase stand was missing and the air conditioner unit had a blue light that constantly blinked. Worst of all was the shower temperature - uncomfortably cold at 5:30 in the morning! The room has insufficient lighting - too dim. Breakfast had nice fruit options and the usual sugary foods. It was not a pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. Very very disappointed when we got home and realized I had left my eyeglasses in the room. Called and gave them description and where they were left. Was told housekeeping would check and they would call back. They haven’t. Just ordered new pair for $400

We were very unhappy that there was no hot (not even warm) water in the showers. Both of us showered after letting the water run for a considerable amount of tie. The temperature of the water went between lukewarm and cold and back and forth several times for both of us.

Ridiculous Check In
I waited over an hour standing outside in the cold Just to be checked in. It was ta total of 1 hour 45 minutes. To get my room. THE line was out of the building. Only one worker there . My one bed was broke and was leaning to the side. My husband ended up sleeping on the flooor. My bathroom door didnt close and Lock and My bath tube had hair in it. Over all my stay was Terrible. WE didnt and get into our room untill 1130. MY KIDS HAD TO UP AND AT A WRESTLING TOURNAMENT AT 630 AM.

It’s being remodeled. The base boards are removed in the hallway. A third of the hallway has plastic down. The hot tub has caution tape around it. The pool has what appears to be dirt or mud at the bottom. The room was clean and the staff are nice.

This is the only place I stay when I go back to Moline 2-3 times/year. The hotel is under much needed renovation. I was placed on a floor completely under renovation. Room was fine, hallways had half of the sheetrock completely removed and carpet covered in plastic and wallpaper pulled back. the other two floors are not in this condition. I have no idea if other rooms on the other floors were available but no "heads up" given at booking or check-in. I chose not to request a room change as my room was fine. Even Expedia rate at this hotel is not "cheap" and feel at least a communication of the conditions of the floor is respectable to the guest who is also a Hilton Honors member.

Overnight surprise
The hotel experienced a water line breakage event that cascaded down to all the floors in the middle of the night on Christmas. Luckily it was confined to the hallway and didn’t enter our room. The staff was exceptional during this time and made things right upon checkout. We would stay here again in the future once they are back in operation.

Everything was good. Only issue was this Hampton didn’t have any alcohol to sell and there was nothing open in the area. Kind of a Poot area for anything. No food or anything around.

Great stay!

Predictably good.
I've stayed off and on at this property for over 15 years and have never had a problem. It's close to the interstate, airport, and amenities. Parking is free and plentiful. Location is safe, property well-maintained, rooms comfortable and clean.

Decent hotel near event location. New carpets in hallway were vibrant. Spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom was not clean to usual standard, but easily wiped down. Very quiet location which was appreciated.

Had an early flight so booked a night. Hotel was clean, quiet and peaceful. Dead silence for the whole stay. Any grocery shopping is a about 3 miles away. A restaurant, gas station and a couple of fast food spots nearby. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and it even had a fridge and microwave.

The property was nice, inside and out. Staff was friendly, and welcoming. Room was also welcoming, but disappointed with cleanliness. Under the beds were atrocious. You can definitely tell no one vacuums under there, and it made my fiancee, and I wonder about the rest of the room..other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The room itself was nice; however, I reserved and paid for an accessible room and did not receive what I paid for ahead of arrival. The bathroom lacked an accessible toilet and shower. When I reported my concerns, the desk clerk stated the room was listed as accessible in their system and did not offer an actual accessible room to correct the error.

Horrible, hotel is right off the airport grounds but no shuttle to/from the airport. Checked in and told elevators, hot tub and other items not working. Third floor room and had to lug suitcase up flights of stairs to get to room. No sympathy or assistance from check in clerk. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room badly supplied with toiletries and TP. Ran out. Bathroom flooded. Microwave barely worked. Floor unclean. Breakfast badly cut back. Hot tub closed for health reasons. Airport shuttle discontinued. Overcharged for food at on-site store (according to posted prices). Badly inferior to Hampton inn standards, and I’ve stayed in many nationwide.

This is only place I will stay near airport. Staff is always great! Hotel room, linens always clean! Hotel decor (carpet, wallpaper) looking a bit "tired" but understand travelers have not fully returned yet. Breakfast is fresh and hotel always clean and safe!

Booked (non-refundable) reservation thru Expedia. Upon check-in, no room available, no reservation from Expedia, and hotel fully booked. A room became available shortly, check-in lady rented to us, and (4 days later) still trying to get ($190 ) credit.

The breakfast was a joke, bagel, water or coffee, the juice machine was out of order. When I checked out the gal asked me for $10 IN CASH to pay for incidentals. When I said I wanted a receipt for the cash, she told me never mind.....RED FLAG! Usually your credit card is charged for incidentals and then released when you check out. CASH ONLY at check out was someone wanting to put money in their pocket!

The Wifi was broken and not working. I had charges made to my room that were not mine so obviously the desk clerk wasn't checking names before charges, or someone internally charged to my room. Thats why I don't believe in the policy of leaving a card for incidentals. Breakfast options were poor even with Covid restrictions.
