The only problem we had was a plumbing issue….the bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom, foyer, closet floors and also a small area by the bed. We were unable to use the tub or shower for the remainder of our 2 day stay. Your front reception desk staff member, Sarah did a great job in helping us with the entire situation and even offered the second night free of charge. Excellent response! Thanks, Sarah!

Great 2 night stay
Really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The employees were very friendly, especially the young man who checked me in (I believe his name was Chance). Very quiet, clean, and comfortable.

I was so blessed by my stay at Hampton Inn Easley. Chance at the front desk was such a gift, and provided incredible service. So professional, responsive, and considerate of all hotel guests. He truly made a short visit a beautiful stay. Thank you so much, Hampton Inn Easley and Chance, so grateful for a wonderful stay.
If I am in Easley again, Hampton Inn Easley will be at the top of my list.

Great Hampton location!

Great service, Chase took care of my check in, added my Hilton rewards, fast and easy. Best check in ever. Quiet room, BLACKOUT SHADES!!! Good shower, clean, nice updated room, USB outlets, nice TV. Good wifi. Top 5 stays ever.

Nice hotel
Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. We asked a maid to replace our towels and clean the bathroom. She did this to our complete satisfaction. Front desk were professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice and prompt in replacing food items when the quantity became low. The only complaint we had was the quality of the breakfast options could have. Een better. were

Comfortable hotel, but in need of some clean up

Everything was good. The only minor thing was that the tub didn’t drain fast enough during a shower in the morning so it built up some water in the tub where you were standing. It is likely slightly clogged since it’s a shower drain. Easy fix for them. Everything else from linens to the room to the staff was great. Would use again definitely.

I checked in around 10:30pm. Unfortunately, the clerk at the desk could only offer a room with a king bed on 2nd floor. I reserved a two queen bed, 1st floor, near the exit room. I made reservation over 5 weeks ago and paid for the room at that time.
Also, she had to pull out instructions on how to enter my credit card in the system. It took over 15 minutes to check in and I was the only person in lobby at that time of night. I don’t know why she was having such difficulty.
Next, the bedding smelled bad. It was like a musty body odor. The pillows smelled too. The pillows were too flat even though there were 4 pillows I couldn’t prop my head up.
The comforter was scratchy and stinky. It may be time to get new, fresh linens.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this was not the best.
Not sure I will come back to this hotel when I visit family.

Very Good Hotel.
I was at Easley for training and there are only three hotels in the area. This Hampton Inn is the only one I found with interior entrance for the rooms. It was very nice and very well kept. The staff was very nice, and they offered a complimentary snack upon check-in. I was disappointed that they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested. I only stayed for two nights so it wasn't a big deal.
The free wifi worked well. I was able to stream Netflix. The breakfast was typical with other hotels that offer free breakfast.
Overall it was a nice stay.

Just went upstate SC for a wedding, stayed overnight. Everything was fine. They did stress to me on checkin that there would be a full breakfast buffet from 6-10. We made it down about 9, a little disappointed in the absence of any kind of meat, but I’m not a big breakfast person so I didn’t complain. The refrigerator in the room seemed to have a problem with temp control. Ice would melt, then refreeze, before melting again. But all in all a good stay compared to some others I’ve experienced.

Our reservation was on their list as 1 king bed when I clearly showed them I had 2 queen bed room reserved. At first there was nothing they could do since they were completely booked. Had to get the manager involved. He got our reservation straight. Apparently will have another customer not happy for the night. Not my problem though. I clearly expressed and showed what I booked and since that’s what I was paying for, that’s what I expected.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered was we feel our car had been tampered with as we had a nail in our rear tire after backing out of our parking spot. As soon as we made it to 123 bypass we had to pull over and have the tire replaced.

The first room we were assigned smelled of smoke, which is unusual for a non smoking hotel. We were reassigned a new room which was much better. The second room had a VERY slow sink drain. We didn’t report it until we checked out. Seems housekeeping would have noticed it and reported it.
The phones in both rooms we entered did not work? Had to call the front desk from our cellphone.

Very clean even though we were told up front that due to staff shortage they didn’t do everyday cleaning. However told us to leave note on items or services we needed. Anything we needed they provided. Love their beds- so very comfortable.

Pricey for level of services provided
My reason for not rating them higher is that I felt the price was high for this level of accommodations, and there were no automatic services offered. You had to request fresh towels, any cleaning, or even to have trash emptied. Even if you made a request, there was no guarantee that it would be responded to that day.

This was our second stay here and I'm sure we'll be back. The room is clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful in accommodating us when we needed a slightly later checkout time. There's an Outback Steakhouse and Golden Corral within easy walking distance, and several other stores and restaurants within easy driving distance in Easley.

I think your strongest asset is your staff. I have never met more helpful, concerned, competent staff, from the maintenance worker stopping to give me directions to the ice machine, to the kitchen server 'toasting' my bagel ( just right) in the oven, to Lisa and Sarah at the front desk reaching out with incredible kindness to our family, which includes my disabled son,offering to do anything for us to make us more comfortable.

The property is nice and clean and off the main road. The thing that was above and beyond for me was how friendly every staff member that we encountered was. From calling for late checkout, to checking in, to the woman serving breakfast, everyone was super friendly and that made the stay very enjoyable. I would go back to this hotel just because of their staff members.

The room was clean. Overall look was inviting and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Lisa at the front desk even called us after we had left to say my son had left his switch (gaming system) in the room. We were grateful to how quick the call was since we live in Georgia. Of course we turned around and went back to get it.
