Good stay!
Conveniently located. Not a lot of restaurants close, but there are several within a few miles. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. They were extremely nice to a guest who had some confusion and mental difficulties. They were extremely polite and attentive.

Good room for the money, liked the complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again!
The only negative was that it was difficult to see any signage indicating what hotel the building was. We walked into the lobby not quite sure we were in the right place. While we were contemplating that, a guy walked in and directly asked what hotel it was. So it wasn't just us. A sign at the front door would go a long way.

Firstly, room I reserved ( king bed) was not available, gave me a depressing handicap room, no parking close to hotel, ròom was dirty, shower heads did not work well, deplorable and noisy ac stystem, the output of air never matched the settings making sleep almost impossible....never in a Hampton Inn the rest of life.

Upon getting to our room, we found a bedbug on our bed. We told management who immediately moved us to a different room on the floor, where the wall thermostat was not working and there was sludge on the bathroom floor. We had to get a towel and clean the bathroom floor before we went to bed. The manager did the right thing by us by not charging for the night and waiving the cancellation charges for next night so we appreciated that.

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Our first floor room had a shattered exterior window (inner pane was intact) which looked slightly off-putting, but did not otherwise detract from our experience as we kept it covered with the curtain.

The only thing I really didn't like was there is only one bench to sit on next to the outdoor smoking area. Not only was there only one bench but there was no shade. There is plenty of room to place a round patio table and 4 chairs with and umbrella to shade the visitors when the sun is out.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was good too however, the breakfast server was non-English speaking and didn't understand simple words and severed cold potatoes. There is no sign that would lead to swimming pool.

The hall on our floor had no air conditioning which was absolutely terrible in the 100 degree weather. At the same time, the carpet of our room was dirty and made the bottoms of our feet black. We had a hard time falling asleep because the air conditioner kept rattling on and off, to the point where we had to call the lobby at 3 am to see if there was anything we can do about the noise. Although the cleanliness was questionable, the staff were really friendly. Shout out to Austin.

The staff was very courteous. Free parking and a free full breakfast can be hard to find in the Austin area. Also, they have a security guard who patrols the entire parking lot and surrounding area non-stop during the evening hours through the next morning which so many other hotels don't have. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I also recommend it.

No soap in the bathroom, the bathroom was pretty dirty, floor was very sticky. overall the hotel was ok but the room wasn't very clean. We were also on the 3rd floor and it was very humid on the floor. Were able to keep our room decent but the floor itself felt like a rain forest. Definitely not worth the money paid unfortunately

We had issues with our A/C in the room, but we didn’t have it set right in the beginning. The staff was excellent and quite helpful, explaining how to set it. It ended up being an issue with the unit, but by the time we woke up and checked out there was nothing they could’ve done. I don’t fault them in any way, sometimes systems have issues. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was a great stay. At arrival the front desk was extremely courteous and check in was such a breeze. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was great! Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The sheets are always too narrow for a king. The duvet is polyester and too hot for summer. AC was too cold or too warm / never a consistent temperature. Bed was hard. Worn out after a sleepless night.

The staff here have been the most friendly and professional I’ve ever experienced. My stay felt very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable as well, I almost wanted to stay another day just to have some more comfy sleep and relaxation.

Ok stay but over priced!
If you paying more than $99 a night it’s not worth it. I stayed at way more nicer Hamptons and they were remodeled or nicer than this one.. My room was ok but little over priced. The breakfast was fresh though! 😊 10 stars but the hotel needs some work. Oh my room was very stuffy.

I recommend this hotel!!!!
We had a little hiccup at check-in, but the gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our family gives extra kudos to Jay!!! He was friendly and welcoming. Quickly learned our names. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service. Eleyda in the kitchen was also kind and helpful.

I liked how it was exactly described on the website. The breakfast was good. The Pet's policy was great. When coming back to Austin I intend to stay here again. I also like the fact that it wasn't so far in town that the traffic was terrible. A little off the path was good for us in our needs.

I did not like your breakfast they told us the omelet was vegetarian but we found a piece of ham inside told the kitchen but no response. We only eat halaal food so this is very offensive for us. Not good breakfast selection for us. The coffee ran out breakfast they should keep an eye on it poor experience

Nice hotel with a bit to be desired for the price
Room was modern and cute. Comfortable bed and in a nice area. Hotel was beautiful and clean. For the cost of the hotel though, breakfast was a bit of a bummer. The sausage patties were worse than McDonald's and I had some internet bandwidth issues. We should be able to pay for faster internet for streaming or gaming.

Room 128 isn’t for anyone!
What can I say about room 128. Firstly at check in she partially told me what I needed to told. I’m glad that I was listening to the other lady explain it to another guest at chervi check in. The bed seemed to be broken or needed new mattresses. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I voiced my concerned with the guy at the front counter and was pretty much blown off. The breakfast was less than mediocre. They potatoes looked under cooked and there was no meat for breakfast. I looked at the stars and the reviews upon choosing this hotel. It was disappointing to say the least.

This is the WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life. First day-dirty bathroom at check in. Broken toliet that kept flushing through out the night keeping me awake. Then early in the am hours guys fighting and screaming in the hallway and slamming doors. I called the front desk and reported it and it never stopped. I reported the dirty bathroom and the broken toliet the next morning and said they could fix it right away. Day 2 once again in the early am hours guys start fighting and yelling and slamming doors and people up against the wall where my headboard is and the whole wall shakes. I call the front desk again. Once again the men never stopped. I called the police. Now someone from the Hotel starts pounding on my door and yells at me for calling the police becasue he had the situation under control. Which he never did. He said now there will be a bunch of paperwork that has to be filled out so its MY problem to take care of now. I can't believe what he is saying to me. Also the men I called the police about are standing with the employee so they know its me. He has now put my safety at a great risk. I dont sleep all night and leave the next morning due to safety concerns. DO NOT stay at this Hotel if care about your safety and the safety of your family. I have tried to reach out to Hotel management with no luck.

I stayed 3 nights at Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Lakeline On 3rd day of my stay Sep 22nd there was no water on second floor at all from 12PM to 2 pm Hotel didn’t informed about water shut untill I went to take shower and found no water called front desk she said water be back at 2 pm so I went out for lunch came back at 3 and took shower . So next morning on 23rd I have flight at 9:30 So I wake up went downstairs to get coffee around 6:30 am came back and used toilet and realize that again their is no water in toilet It was frustrating so I told the girl at front desk their is no water in my room and I am checking out in 30 minutes so I need credit for last night she said that Manager will contact me but I couldn’t wait for Manager and checked out head to airport . I freshen up at airport public restroom. I called Hampton Inn customer care file a complaint Case Number 142578401 but unfortunately no one called back Hotel or Hilton Customer care. Very Disappointed will not stay here again. I have pictures video to prove no water I will post my experience on social media .

Bar needed next to toilet
My stay was fine. The bathroom we had, had No bar to assist me on getting up from a low position toilet I had to put something like a cushion that was put in the room for the luggage in the bathroom. There was a bar in the shower.. but nothing next to the toilet.

Secure location close to highways, fuel and shopping. Friendly and helpful Front Desk Representatives. Excellent breakfast buffet with a roomy eating area. Clean room. Free and secure parking. Well equipped fitness room. Nice outside pool and hot tub.
The only two negatives were (1) the shower head in our room needed to be replaced and (2) the hot tub was warm, but the pump didn’t turn on.

Friendly staff. Room was clean but the rooms pictures theme are different. One picture was cowboy boots and the other was hot rod. Room Key cards stop working if you put them in Your wallet or purse near cell phone. Breakfast is over at 9am most hotels its over at 10am. When on vacation last thing i want to do is get up early for breakfast.

Got to my room past check up time and got to my room and it was dirty. Trash everywhere. Beds weren’t made. Looked like someone was still there. Never have I ran into a situation like this. Receptionist was nice enough to get us another room luckily there was one left. I essentially got a downgrade with no compensation.

Great place to stay with a great staff, but this motel has maintenance issues: the spa was out of order, one of the plastic pool table tops is cracked as all of the pool furniture should be upgraded and replaced. A cover on the pool water fountain is about to fall off. Disappointing that there are not microwaves in ALL of the rooms. The breakfast is outstanding!
