I had a room with nonworking appliances got switched three times in one night, last room one of the bedrooms in the suite was infested with bed bugs. The water coming out the shower n tub and sinks was brown. Elevators expired inspection. I addressed the manager of these concerns and she was rude , didnt care even with photos and videos of these concerns, she refused to refund me and basically told me i shouldnt have stayed in that hotel. She had zero concern for any safety of children which i traveled with because my daughter had special appointments at Boston children’s and near by clinics and i had no choice of staying due to a emergency with my child . Never again

Our stay was fine but waiting for about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk when we got there made me nervous. We were there for a wake and a funeral and I was afraid we wouldn’t make it to the wake. We did tho!

The place is clean, quiet, staff respectful. Amenities are great. Complimentary coffee and breakfast!! Great hotel for a brief stay with my family. Very close to Holyoke mall / Round 1

Booked stay through Expedia six months in advance only to show up at hotel and was told they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms left. Totally unacceptable for both Expedia and Homewood Suites/Hilton. Manager offered to comp stay for another date and I have yet to hear from her. Take my advice and stay somewhere else.

Went to the Big E, hotel was only a few miles away, very spacious, was able to do work and leave it in the next room when I went to sleep.

Had a terrible experience--our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was broken, we did not get a decent night's sleep and woke up in a ton of pain the next day. The floor was randomly wet in certain areas. When management was informed they just apologized but did not offer any compensation for the experience.

Such a great set up with the two rooms and the kitchen area. Super friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great for the kids. Good breakfast. Will be looking for similar in other locations.

Very nice stay abd awesome customer service! Bringing our dogs was a benefit as well.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly as well as efficient and professional . When we return to the area we will choose to stay here again!

Good location. Clean rooms.
Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was your average American breakfast. Overall good stay. My only “thing” was the pool - you need someone to open the door for you to get in and I honestly did not get a good vibe from the person that was assign to that duty the day we went, he had a stalker/creepy vibe.

I stayed for one night for working and I did a late checking. The stuff was very receptive and gave us all the information needed. Nice room just a little smelling smoke but was very cleaned and comfortable. The mattress was great too! We had a nice stayed and I’ll coming back in case I’ll be working around. I also really recommend enjoying the jacuzzi.

The hotel was clean and staff were great.
Unfortunately, there was a big party above is that went on past 2 am. Loud yelling and our room smelled like pot. Two calls were made to the office at 12:45 and 1:30 with no answer.
I guess it’s a party hotel? Won’t be back. Not great for a family with 4 kids

Nice amenities. Clean room. Staff was not very attentive and seemed to not want to be there. Breakfast in the morning was just ok. Items needed to be refilled and everything was room temperature. The pool was nice to have for the kids and we enjoyed the layout of the room. Overall pretty good.

Nice property, very well kept and clean. Staff is wonderful! The floor lamp in my room was broken; the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. I noticed the front desk, they didn’t seem to have been aware of either of those. No ice trays in the freezer, which would have been nice since the machine was out or order. Also, there was no dish washing liquid, which also would have been helpful. The hotel is right next to a huge shopping mall, which is convenient; but also right next to a major highway, which was a little noisy at night, but I got used to that. Some noisy guests in the parking lot, but the noise didn’t last more than a few minutes. It was 2:30 am, so kind of a pain, but again, not lingering enough to call the front desk. Overall, a nice stay and I would stay there again.

Right away let’s start with the staff they were incredible and very polite I love the suites it has a kitchen and a double stove I have a big family so my four kids were in the double queen and I was in living room.I love the privacy of being able to close the door and just do me I also liked the fact it had two tv’s and I liked the pool however I was very sensitive to the chlorine it was very strong but I still stayed and even enjoyed the hot tub.Breakfast was great and I love that check out is at 12pm.

Very close to all the shops. The room was very quiet even next to the road. However, a few of the tiles were loose around the sink and the drain was broken. The room still functioned correctly, but it looked in need of repair.

the suites are very nice, although check-in was a mess. Despite reserving a double bed suite, when checking in (after the check in time), I was told that there were none available, and that we would have to wait to check in to see if there were any that needed to be cleaned. Instead, we switched to a king bed suite instead since there was one ready. Not sure why we had a reservation but there was no room available?

We stayed on the 3rd floor - smelled of marijuana. We took our kids to the pool and there was a young man vaping in the pool area, hotel attendant did not ask him to leave or stop. At breakfast there was a guest in his bathing suit without a shirt on eating.

The room was dated and worn out. Cupboards had damage and the floor in the kitchen appeared dirty with stains.
There was hot coffee in the lobby at 5 am which was appreciated.

Do your research before reserving the room.
The hotel is clean, has a nice gym and pool. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. You must order in. The clerk at the reception desk gave us take out menus doe two local restaurants. The food was bland but edible.

First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Elizah in particular helped me solve a tough situation when I was checking in and he was extremely helpful and good willed - above and beyond the call of duty. The property is very comfortable because it's nicely laid out and furnished, and the suites have separate rooms with a reasonable size kitchen with fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. It's nice because the kitchen area is in a separate room with a door because you can't hear any hum from the fridge with the door closed. The breakfast that's included is good and on Wednesday nights (at least when I was there), they had free wine and snacks in the evening. I always stay here when I'm in the area visiting family.

I was extremely disappointed that a basic service such as housekeeping services is something you have to request. Also, we needed to use the pull out couch and no sheets, blankets or pillows were available. We requested them and they never were brought. We slept on a bed with nothing on it. Horrible.

Our alarm in AC vent started going off at 6:30 in the morning was advised by staff someone would be up at 8 to check it out. When we checked out at 10 it was still going off. No bedding was provided for pullout couch. Frist poor experience at this property in many stays. Typically a great experience so mark this up as a fluke (I hope).

Friendly staff, extremely clean. We loved the pool and the continental breakfast. Unaware the hotel allowed dogs, so we had some trouble with our allergies. Did not see anything about this when booking, but feel as this should be be made extremely apparent for those of us who have pet allergies.

Room was disgusting I have pictures of my dirty sheets dirty bathroom drug wrapper under the bed kibble on the carpet candy wrapper everywhere. EVERYTIME I ask for a manager there wasn’t one , we all slept in one bed. I’m upset this trip was ruined !

Will go back again, but room for improvement
Definitely enjoyed the stay and the environment is just splendid - very comfortable room, lobby and facilities. However, there is room for improvement. E.g. We booked the room for 4 people, hence needed the sofa bed and there was no extra set of bed sheet and blanket in the room. Long story short, called up the lobby once and went in person twice before getting the set after more than an hour.
