There was hair all over my bathroom. The in room coffee machine was broken and spewed coffee everywhere. The pillows were flat. When I chose this hotel I was lead to believe breakfast was included with the room but alas it wasn’t. The bar was worse than the cheapest dive bar I’ve been to. Definitely not a good hotel for the price

I booked a room from Jan 1-2 and when I tried to check in they didn't have the reservation. The person at the front desk had to create it I suppose and then they charged me twice for one night. When I asked about the charge at check in the front desk (different person) said it was a charge for an extended stay. I did not extend my stay I had already paid for that night. Bad experience won't be doing business with this company ever again.

We had an easy check in. The lady who served breakfast was friendly, offered to help and made breakfast pleasant. Xchecking out was easy. Everytime we stay at this Hilton we enjoy staying there

Honest Review based upon two overnight stays, two
Jake, an assistant manager was GREAT!!! Jake, upon request, was able to provide us with extra pillows that we needed to sleep comfortably. Steve was very pleasant as well.
We stayed at the hotel one year prior and noted the facilities seemed to need a "tune-up", painting and deep cleaning.
Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the Keurig and two complimentary K-cups. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The TV options were nice as well.

Average hotel stay
Had to wait about 15 minutes for anyone to come up to the front desk to check us in. The room was alright, a little bit on the rundown side of things. Scratches on doors and just not kept up as well as you would hope. It was decent to spend one night in though.

The property needs an update. The room was very spacious and clean but old. The bathroom sink drain was clogged.
Liked the extended pool/hot tub hours.

Caution- hidden fees everywhere
Overall it needs redone. Rooms are ok. But out dates. The issue I have is the overwhelming amount of hidden fees. I asked point blank about the incidental hold and refund. Never ever once was it mentioned that parking is withdrawn from that. Be up front and honest. Sneaky business leads to a lack of confidence in your hotels

very very very tired, needs renovating
tile loose in bathroom, bugs, dingy furniture, a very tire, tire hotel. need alot of renovation, could hear music in room from below parties. air conditioning not functioning well, too much forced air. really needs updateing.

Hotel was clean and ac worked great being we were there when it was 118° out. Friendly staff and close to freeway, easy to get to downtown Phoenix and Talking Stick Amp. Would def recommend and stay again.

Location is great. Elevator and hallway had a strong smell of marijuana. Upon check in we got a room with a broken a/c. They gave us another room which had an awful unbearable smell. They gave us another room with good a/c and clean smell. Even though we had an unpleasant check-in the night clerk was very polite and pleasant.

The property was very clean, rooms a little outdated. Restaurant and hotel store were well stocked. Pool wasn’t open for duration of stay, but we’re allowed use of other Hilton pool across the parking lot. Strict check out times with no accommodation for a late checkout, despite the hotel being relatively empty for the duration of our stay. Charged additional $25 for checking out at 11:10, vs 11:00. As were multiple other guests. That was the big negative mark on our stay here

Not Horrible at all - but definitely disappointing
Hotel itself was nice. Service not exactly what I'd hope for. Reservation was for 4 guests, only 3 towels. Called down for another towel - had to call twice to get anyone to answer - I'm still waiting for the promised towel to arrive (and I checked out yesterday). It took 2 calls to get ahold of the front desk the following morning to request a late checkout. Then even though normal checkout is 11AM, housekeeping was knocking at the door at 9:30 - waking us up anyway so they could see if anyone was in the room. Very frustrated - not the worst hotel stay - but definitely not the best. Lots of other hotels in the same area, I will try another one next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is nice. When we checked in the front desk lady was a little cranky. The equipment in the work out room was not working. Three out of the five workout machines were out of order 2 were out of order the last time I was here almost a year ago. The pool and hot tub were also out of service. the room was nice and it was very quiet.

Let’s just say I won’t be back. Not up to the standards I expect with the Hilton brand. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Apparently the vacuum cleaner was too by the looks of the hallway. Carpet in lobby was worn and bumpy. Decor is dated. Christmas decorations looked like leftovers from Walmart on December 26. Restaurant staff preoccupied with money: recommendations based on how much food you get for the money. Very odd interaction over a muffin from the complementary continental breakfast. I just walked away and had breakfast somewhere else. The pillows and the window dressings were good. Overall, you can get better value for the price.

Unfortunately, a big reason we booked this property was because it had a hot tub. When we got there we were told it was Out of Order. Fortunately, we were allowed to use the one at the property across the parking lot. If that weren't the case, we would have been extremely disappointed.

We stayed one night only. Room and beds were comfortable and quiet. There was a pretty good-sized red stain on the room carpet (lipstick or other) and the toilet seat was offset and easily loosened. Otherwise, good.

It wasn’t quite up to Hilton standards if you ask me. Lots of improvements needed. The staff was a mixture of sweet and sour. You had a few friendly and a few prickly. The breakfast we purchased was maybe a step up from McDonalds. Not impressed

Good location on the west side of Phoenix!
Great location and the food was excellent. The only issue I had I ask for late checkout and they did not accommodate. It was not sold out. I just needed one hour more.

The stay in the beginning was great until a group of pot heads came in and stunk up one of the floors and the elevators. This went on our last 2 nights here. We said something to the front desk and they basically shined it and said there was some sort of something going on. The smell was so bad it actually made my wife nauseous.

Bad initial front desk encounter.
The hotel and accommodations were fine. However the customer service was unsatisfactory especially from the front desk clerk and her manager. The front desk clerk was not hospitable. She did not greet us, smile, or introduce herself to us. She didn’t go over our amenities and she rushed us through the process. For a first encounter into this hotel this started our vacation on a bad vibe. The manager seemed unapologetic and even made excuses for her behavior instead of owning the error and offering to make it right with us. My family and I didn’t feel welcomed there at all and we stayed clear of the front desk for the duration of our stay.

A lower than average hotel
It is located in a quiet area, the room had been re-done, but some things were obviously dated and it showed. The beds were not very comfortable, kind felt like I could feel the springs in it, and the pillows were okay. I had asked to see if I could get late checkout early into the trip only to be told I had to call early in the morning to ask on the day of check out. They will only extend check out 1 hour. Would I stay there again? No, I wouldn't. I'm sure there are other hotels in the area that I can stay at the next time I go with more comfortable beds.

We stayed one night for an all night softball tournament. The room and bathroom were very clean. Some staff were rude. I called the front desk to see if we could have a later check out and she said No and hung up on me. Check was suppose to be at 3:00pm and rooms weren’t ready, we had to come back at 4:00pm. They didn’t give me a discount. No free continental breakfast. Not enough parking.
