We enjoyed the easy and convenient check-in and check-out. Also the daily breakfast and afternoon Happy hour.
All the staff members were encountered were Happy and Eager to assist us.
We would definitely stay at the Embassy again and refer them to our friends.
A shuttle from the airport would have been a plus, since the location of the Embassy does not call for the need of a car (walkable).

I like the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Aldrin, the one who works at the breakfast buffet. He greets everyone and asked them if they needed anything.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing for easy beach access, and dining. Easy walking distance to everything. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was extremely accommodating.
Amazing breakfast every day and we couldn’t stop eating the fresh pineapple!
The only thing we didn’t like was the timeshare sales pitch that we were given after receiving our free gift of 500 rewards points. One other thing that wasn’t a huge deal but occasionally the showers wouldn’t get all the way hot.

Air conditioning in the room was mostly ineffective. Regardless of temperature setting, the room stayed at 75 degrees. We had to request a fan in order to sleep.
Despite the hotel having a recording that promised a partnership with local restaurants to bring food “straight to your room” our pizza order was left on the floor in the lobby with just a text to let us know where to look.

We stayed for one night and were really impressed with this property from the moment we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room and the staff worked very hard to make sure we had what we needed. The free breakfast was great and the views from the room were lovely. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Location, Location, Location ! You will be hard pressed to find a better bang for the buck in downtown Waikiki. Continental breakfast was great and they switch it up daily. You will pay a daily parking fee but for its well worth it and the team in the Valet are great. The room we had was not perfect but for the price we paid it was great, the pool and hot tub are nice and have a great rooftop setting. We booked for 2 days giving it a try and extended another 4 since it worked so well, will definitely come back here again. Don’t let any bad reviews on this place scare you try it you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is very conveniently located near beach, shopping & dining area. The rooms are bigger than other hotels in the area and have microwave & mini fridge inside.
The free breakfast option is good as long as you keep your expectations in check. There is usually a line for breakfast and especially for made to order eggs which is to be expected. The line moves relatively fast. You also get a ticket for one free cocktail during cocktail hours in the evening, which provides nice break.
The parking in hotel is expensive but other hotels in the area have similar fees. Also, valet parking is the only option which limits access to car.
Overall very nice hotel, would recommend with one caveat - we had to spend two nights in a noisy room next to two or three elevators (that's how the room was structured). It was like freight train passing through the room all night. We were moved to a quieter room when one became available. If you are a light sleeper then this can become a major issue. For two nights I had trouble falling asleep and woke up abruptly in the morning to the sound of elevators. If I had to spend rest of my vacation in that room this review would've been very different. None of the above things would have mattered without good sleep.

Location is 5*, 2mins walk to the beach and in the heart of shopping strip. Valet parking service is excellent but the price of $50 per night is a little too much. Breakfast comp but almost the same items everyday. Kitchen should highly consider new menus instead of repeating. Comp 2 drink tickets to happy hour is great. Lenora checked us in but customer service not upto par. No smile and not willing to create conversation or welcome guests. Asked about weather and said dont know coz i dont live around here. I guess staff should know basic answers related to hotel and location. Rita at valet was exceptional. Awesome service and helpful. Men desk staff very ignorant, only service who they felt like. Not welcoming and not offering to service, not even looking at you.

Picked this hotel based on reviews. Would not trust Orbitz reviews ever again.
Mold in the bathroom, doors which scratching walls in elevators with other walls scratched already. Interior which had to be renovated many years ago, cheapest quality breakfast, huge lines, limited quantity of tables... All these thing never associated with the name "Hilton" for me. And extreme prices for cheap things. It was my first and very last visit to that hotel.
Only thoughts about hotel is "poor old woman who offers her body to survive".

Great stay! Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great area although not beachfront, lots of shopping and dining options around that are easily accessible by foot. The beach is also very close where you could walk to it. Loved the stay and will be staying here again!

We always enjoy the breakfast in the mornings and the hospitality in the evening.
We also enjoy the spacious rooms and space to allow our teens separate beds without having to pay for another room. Embassy Suites is always are go too and this location did not disappoint.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the only thing I liked about it was the location, super convenient to get to shopping, dining and entertainment. The breakfast buffet was packed everyday, dining room was run down and needs renovation. Food of breakfast should be more varied because after eating there 2 days, we were sick of it. Pool was not heated during winter time, kids could only swim in the small spa. Will prefer another hotel for next trip.

Great service. Room cleaned everyday. Drinks in the evening. Towel service for beach towels. When we had a late flight they held our bags and gave us a courtesy room to freshen up when we picked up our bags. Def recommend

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I requested early check in and a room with a view of the pool and away from the elevator and ice machine. I was very pleased with the hotel staff accomadating my requests. The room was clean, spacious with a balcony accessible from the front room and the bedroom. The city views were amazing. The extensive buffet breakfast that was included in the price of the room was varied and tasty. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The pool towels were large in size and soft. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One day it was raining off and on and I asked the FD if they had an umbrella I could borrow for my stay. They happily obliged. There is a resort fee that you pay when you check in that covers all the various amenities: Wifi, pool, breakfast etc. I decided not to rent a car since the daily parking fee at the hotel was $45.00. You can get around the island easy enough by booking tours and riding Lyft and thus save money. I would definitely book this hotel again when I visit Oahu in the future. Centrally located near beach walk, many shops, eateries and 1 block from the beach.

Just an excellent stay. I have a family of 4 and researched for weeks for a Hotel that would fit within my budget and this was PERFECT. Great pool (Otto the pool mgr was so amazing), a great bar, free happy hour and free breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Rooms are dated but the beds and pull out very comfortable. You will also pay $45 per day for Valet (so beware) but, seriously, stop your research and stay here

Well all the staff are very attentive and good service from the receptionist, Velvet, Bell Boy, Janitorial, Bartenders, and all staff at pool and also the chef who are cook my breakfast like Mike is so very friendly 😀 and funny guy. This place is very for suitable for families like me that i have 5 travelers stay,my kids love to stay and have a lot of fun. They're nearest to the Mall and 3 minutes to the beach. Very comfortable to stay and very secure for all. Foods are perfect, my room is so cleaned and more accessible to go out to market. I recommended this Hotel for have a big families to stay,like us. Me and my wife have fun on the night with Jing our Bartenders.

The property provides free all you can eat breakfast and two drinks for each adult each day which is very good. However inside the hotel room, you can hear loud noises from the streets. Also when the air conditioning is on it is a little noisy.

Great stay, we got sucked into a room upgrade and glad we did, we ended up with ocean view near the top so nice and quiet. Pool is good, but maybe a bit small. Breakfast had a good choice although sometimes could be hotter. Staff across the board very very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I’d say overall the stay was good. The location is amazing, the staff is friendly and ready to serve. One of the main draws to stay at embassy suites was the breakfast and extra amenities offered with our stay, although the quality of the food and drinks left a lot to be desired. We ended up not participating in the breakfast buffet or the free cocktail hours as the quality of these extras was horrible. Other than that our stay was amazing and the location was perfect for our needs.

Service was outstanding, my only issue was I was supposed to get a two bedroom suite WITH an ocean view and got a two bedroom with a “partial” view I was told that the rooms with views were only 1 bedroom, a two bedroom is a lot more. Otherwise awesome time.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our 10 day stay. Breakfast was delicious, drinks by the pool were super yummy!
Eric on the pool deck was absolutely the most attentive person! He went above & beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and made sure the entire pool area was spotless at all times. He truly made our stay here extra special! His smile and laugh were contagious to all!

We had to evacuate the hotel twice in three days, for fires. First time was at 1am second tome 9pm. Could not get information from staff as to what happened.
